I purposefully invested in both a Kate Spade purse and a wallet to match the purse because I thought I would be receiving a good quality product that would last me a long time . However, I was sadly mistaken . The piping came off on both items and had to be sent out to be resealed . I dropped both items off in store on Dec 4, 2018 . I just got the purse back last week with the repairs completed ( it is now Feb 14th, 2019!!) . I had to wait two months to get the purse back, but the wallet was no where to be found .I called the store two days ago and was informed my wallet was in its way ( it was being shipped back to MI ) w/o the repairs done because the zipper to the wallet also broke in half and they didn’t have a matching zipper to do the replacement . So, why would they need my wallet for over two months if none of the repairs on it could / would be done ? That is seriously not right . Also, the manager informed me my wallet was scanning in the system at $142. so if I wanted to exchange it for something else I could . Here is the problem - the wallet matches the purse, and the next current item that might slightly kind of sort of match my purse is roughly $ 158. .... so I would need to spend * more money * to get something to match and it might fall apart again ! Why would I spend more money to get a product that is poorly made ? They suggested a local repair shop that * hopefully * will be able to do the repairs on my wallet ....... then they said I can bring my receipt from the repairs and they will reimburse me for them . I have already spent a nice amount of money on both items, and now the company wants me to pay more to get it repaired .... Haven’t I already spent enough when I bought the purse and wallet ? Honestly I am so disappointed in the lack of quality and durability of the product and the poor customer service I really rather not set foot in that store ever again . I will spend my money somewhere else .

Great staff!!! Love how the one person working there doesn’t even acknowledge me and my sisters. I was going to buy something but the service was absolutely intolerable. Did not know people got payed to be on their phone and be anti social. I will not be coming to this location anytime soon. Very disappointed. I would give zero stars if I could.

Customer service was amazing

The ladies that were in there when I was there were very helpful and helped my girlfriend and I pick out the right handbag for my girlfriend, all in all, great location
