This place is great and the people working were awesome. I came in a few days ago looking for some birthday gifts for my cousin but had no idea what to get. After talking to a few of the associates they were able to help me find a few items and stay within my budget. Definitely coming back soon.

Love this store! Lots of good options to choose from, all licensed(so you know its legitimate), good quality, and has stuff you cant find anywhere. The manager has always been really helpful, as well as her staff!

First time in rallyhouse and the customer service was amazing. Its been along time since Ive been somewhere where the associates were so kind and helpful. I was able to purchase some Christmas gifts early. The manager and the 2 ladies that were there will definitely have me returning back for more tigers and lions gear.

Im always walking the mall and stop by this rallyhouse to see whats new. The service is always welcoming warming and the staff truly helpful. Staff always going above and beyond and its very seldom to get that now days. They definitely gained a customer for life and I will be returning to get my daughter some gear for her birthday

Just left rally house with my daughters and my family visting from Arizona. The customer service was truly wonderful. The team was very engaging honest and helpful. Was greeted and helped right away. Everyone was able to get something and I will be returning.

My family and I visited the store today and we had awesome experience. We was greeted as soon as we walked in the store front. We sure will be back shopping with this awesome staff.

So glad there is now a Rally House in the mall! The manager, Brittany(?) was always around to help me grab things down and even helped me find some gifts with their michigan stuff! Will recommend to everyone for sure!

Michigan proud! One stop for all my Red Wings, Tigers, Pistons, Lion and State gear (yes..they have that other team too). Staff was super friendly and the selection they have is really incredible. You have to see it to believe it.

If I could give zero stars I would, worst rally house I’ve ever been to, and I’ve been to four different locations. Katlyn was the best associate there and the manager was a joke. Will not be returning. I would call and ask to speak with a manager but she was just a complete disappointment.

Went in and no one knew what they were doing! trying to find help in this place was impossible so left to go to campus den at great lakes crossing, the drive was worth it.

Place is a joke. Everytime I walk by its empty and doesnt even look like there is staff in the store. Ive gone in a few times and only one person has helped me. They were great, I believe their name was Kaitlyn, but now I havent seen them since? Why lose the only good staff member. Unfortunate. Its just an off brand campus den that costs more. Ive been working at this mall for years and this was definitely one of the biggest wastes of an empty store.

Worse place i’ve ever been too, went in and only one person helped me which was katlyn, I would love to come back and work with her but seeing how the manager and the rest of the stuff was i just couldn’t do it.
