I fell in love with the POP MEDUSA CROSS BODY BAG my significant other teased me in store.he figured he would discreetly order offline behind my back.. However he encountered some issues taking that route. Needless to say they gladly placed his order over the phone. And I got it next day. Love this store as well as the Miami location. I must say every employee Has great customer service skills and are fast to help you find something perfect for you.
Store is great. Love the service here as well. Very helpful. They have a great selection here. Even better than a lot of the stores in bigger cities.

And she does not even respect the higher people than her in the company.I told myself to give you guys and corporate more time to help me with my situation and it’s been 2 months. I’m not one to write bad reviews but this one has gone too long.I bought my cousin her first brand name purse from Versace because I had heard a lot of good stuff about their products and quality.Unfortunately it didn’t turn out to be a good experience for my cousin.She carried it for two days only to a relatives house and only to a facial appointment and that was it.The next morning, she notices scratches on it already.I’m sorry but I don’t think a top brand name purse that is worth $2,200 should be scratching that easily after a two-day use.So I went to the boutique store and received very bad attitude and offensive comments from the clerk that sold me the purse.He basically started telling us that “It’s calfskin leather and it’s meant to happen that’s why you should have the leather conditioner”First of all, he’s speaking to us as if we are unknowledgeable about leather and talking to us like we were stupid.Second of all his excuse of not telling us the return policy was “We don’t tell our customers about our return policies to not offend them” what?Everywhere I go, I am told about the return policy.Also, I’ve been contacting corporate and staying in touch with them to make sure this situation is handled which no one is contacting me in any way.I called the store manager today because the supervisor at customer care told me December 7, someone should have contacted the boutique store.So I called the boutique store and received such horrible attitude from the manager. Basically she Told me that even if corporate calls, she won’t do anything about it. And as I was talking, she was talking over me not even letting me finish a sentence literally throughout the whole phone call.Meredith, relax, there are much higher people than you in the company, you’re not the CEO.She should not have her position, because also she’s never even in the store. Every time I call or went in, she was never available, not even to call.A manager should always be available to answer the phone or be present at the store.I’m tired of waiting for this situation to be handled and I am starting to constantly call everyday, because that’s the only way I can make sure it’s getting handled.
I absolutely love this store. It’s always very clean and organized when I walk in. The staff is very helpful, but Jazeel is the reason I always return and patronize this establishment. He is so patient, personable extremely knowledgeable of the products, friendly, always willing to assist and very accommodating. I will be returning soon. Thank you !!
Went to buy prom shoes for my Son. My Salesperson; Steven was very helpful in helping my son find the perfect pair. We were very pleased with the friendliness of the staff and how accommodating they were. It was a great experience.
If I could give a negative star rating I would.... Absolutely horrible service. The woman waiting on me was more concerned about the counter than helping me find the correct size shoe. While I was admiring a pair of gorgeous black sandal pumps in the mirror, my boyfriend surprised me by sneaking over to the counter and purchasing them. As I was in shock by his kind gesture I asked AND my boyfriend asked exactly what the return policy was just in case. The woman assured us over and over again we could not refund but could absolutely exchange for any problems. When we arrived home and the excitement settled down I realized my heel hung a bit off the back. I was extremely disappointed having spent almost $1400.00 on a pair of shoes that did not quite fit my heel! I called the store and spoke to 2 different people. One woman explained it was her first day and did not know how to work the system to find the style I needed the next size up in. I told her they were the pair literally sitting in the display window.... She told me the display had changed and they possibly no longer even carried the style I was after.... It had only been 5 days since our purchase.The other person a man named Jim I believe, told me he was the manager. I explained the situation that I needed a size 40 instead of a 39. He said no problem to come in and he would do the Exchange. We drove 40 mins to be told they could not do the exchange. They noticed some sort of scuff and refused to help us... We grabbed the display pair which are the exact same shoes and showed that they were damaged as well as covered in dust and dirt and actually looked worst than the pair I was trying to exchange. I did not want a refund. I wanted the proper size and proper service for spending $1400 on a pair of shoes.... This store is an utter failure for quality of experience.
Come here with my boyfriend every months or so and I love how the employees know us already. Very courteous and attentive. Feel bad when I see impatient people because these people work hard and really try to please.
