If there is a pet peeves of me is when I put gasoline in a gas station, and then I need to go inside to pick up the receipt because there is not paper in the pump to print the receipt.The idea is that I have chosen to pay at the pump because I do not want to go inside the gas station.Today, that happened to me in this gas statuon. The pump indicated that I have to go inside the gas station to retrieve my receipt. Not very happy, I went inside, and I asked the lady working at the cashier the reason, and she did not care to say sorry, I will go to put paper in the machine, etc like this was Standard policy in this gas station which make realize that this is the one and last time I am in this gas station. The next time even if the traffic is heavy, I will go to the gas station that is in front of this gas station (which has music, the place is always decorated and make you feel that they appreciate your business). Yeap, is always the little things that count, like paper on the machine so I can print my receipt.
