Super disappointed with the service. The cookies are really good and I’ve been telling everyone about them, but the service ruins the experience. I ordered cookies and got a tracking notification that they would ship out on Wednesday and get delivered on Friday. Friday came and the cookies weren’t delivered because my address was input incorrectly by the store, so they wouldn’t arrive until the following Tuesday. Once the cookies arrived they were stale. I called and emailed Cookie Therapy, but haven’t heard a response about in about 10 days. My final attempt was to message them on Instagram a few days ago before I left a negative review, but haven’t heard back. I’m sad because the cookies are really good, but the last batch I ordered was stale and the store was completely unresponsive. I can’t walk into the store because it’s an online business so I expected the online communication to be less disappointing.

The cookies are MASSIVE in such a good way. You really can feel their weight and honestly are meant to be shared. Each cookie is 6-8oz.My favorite were the churro, loaded pb, and the lulu, but all were delicious! The cookies were shipped from New York to northern Virginia without issue. Cookie therapy is absolutely amazing. I send boxes to my family across the country. My god daughter in Arizona got her bday box from me last week and the entire family loved them! They stay so fresh and the shipping/tracking has been amazing. I know many of us have “instant gratification” tendencies but I actually love and appreciate that Cookie Therapy gives me something “special” to look forward to every Friday. As someone who has ordered them and gifted them for 4 months, I can truly say that their top quality products somehow get better with every week! I honestly believe it is their professionalism and real passion for what they are doing. They just have a genuine desire to bring people happiness through their baking.

These cookies were the bomb!! I loved the thickness of each cookie. Very chewy and very sweet. I thank Fedex for ordering these for their employees for Valentines Day. I will be buying some for me personally.

We ordered 2 dozen cookies on March 25th and only received one. After emailing the company we have not heard from them. It has been 3 weeks. No phone number to contact them. This place is a scam and we are out $66 for the second set of cookies that was never delivered. Good cookies horrible company.

I had recently purchased a box which contained six beautiful and large cookies. I chose this specific drop because it was unique- it had cotton candy and “fair food” themes. It was a fun idea but it didn’t really work. The only cookie I enjoyed was the cotton candy cause it happened to have my favorite cotton candy candies I enjoy from DQ. However, the dough of all of the cookies had no taste. Each one had different fillings and one example was caramel corn (which really didn’t work on a cookie and it tasted gross rather). I was hoping it was just the one cookie but each one when I tried without the mix ins didn’t have flavor in the dough and was plain.

Cookie Therapy is an amazing small business that has consistently delicious cookies, like nothing I’ve ever had! The cookies are BIG, thick, and chewy, with just the right amount of crisp on the outside. I enjoy them cold. Their alternating weekly flavors are fun, creative, & well-balanced. They have handled distribution during the pandemic so well, and the owners & staff are always so friendly and cheerful at curbside pickup. I definitely recommend trying to get your hands on these cookies!

The presentation of this box was so cute! It’s an awesome idea and a sweet gift. However, the cookies did not taste good at all. They were very underdone which I know some people like, but I’m not a fan of it. On top of that, they just didn’t taste great. The additives were good (like the peanut butter, jam, and white chocolate, but the dough itself was not. It’s not sweet and has a very low quality taste to it. Kind of like a cookie you would get from the bakery at Walmart. I tasted every single cookie and they were all terrible and left me feeling sick. They all ended up in the trash. But taste is subjective so to each their own. It seems a lot of people like them, which is great. But since they’re so expensive, I wanted to give people a heads up that they may not find them worth the price.

These cookies are PHENOMENAL!! I ordered them for myself and they arrived in the cutest pink packaging. The cookies were delicious and I was a little concerned about not liking the variety of flavors (I’m a picky eater) but I loved all 6! I also liked how they are individually wrapped and sealed so that you can freeze them (I didn’t because I ate them too quickly!). These would make a perfect gift, especially during quarantine.

Just got my cookies. They are amazing! They have so much flavor. I live in hot hot TX and to sit down with cold milk and cookies was a real treat! I will order again for sure. Thank you for making them!!!

These ladies and their cookies are simply amazing! Their cookies are huge and well worth the hour drive it took me to pick up my order. Now they have shipping, so it makes it that much easier! The cookies so so good and just heavenly!

Ive gotten multiple batches of these amazing cookies over the year and Ive never been disappointed.

I ordered the pb&jelly, sundae funday, lulu, pecan pie, chocolate chip and loaded PB. The sundae funday was my favorite then next the pb&jelly. I wanted a little more jelly but it was delicious. I cut the cookies in half and put the other 1/2 in the freezer. My daughter loved the lulu. I wonder if the people who claim the cookie dough was tasteless were reviewing the correct establishment because these cookies are bursting with flavor. I am a fan and highly recommend. My 1st cookie I tasted from them were a cuckoo nest colab and I think it was a strawberry shortcake. That cookie was awesome too. Cant wait to try the Thanksgiving pie box.*update...My Thanksgiving box was good but I noticed they didnt hold up as well because all the pie toppings and such inside. For instance, the apple pie once I sat them out for guest after awhile they because too soft where no one wanted to eat. I still think the cookies are VERY good but depending on the cookie they need to be kept refrigerated for the majority of the time and not sat out as a platter for thanksgiving.

I ordered cookies, and never got notified it they were ready. Sent an email looking for answers, and was told I’d have them soon. This was after reaching out on Instagram and getting no response for days. After finally getting an answer. Apparently I was supposed to just show up and pick up my cookies with out being told they were ready! I was super excited to have these and now I’m extremely disappointed with the service and the manner of how things were taken care of. I don’t recommend after the experience I had with them.

Not only are the cookies absolutely phenomenal, but the interaction with these lovely ladies has been nothing short of AMAZING. So far I have done pick-ups for my orders, so the conversations are typically short (safety purposes for COVID reasons) but they are the nicest women I have ever met, and SO appreciative of their customers. Long story short, amazing customer service, and the cookies are absolutely to DIE for!!!!!! These ladies, and this company they built in such a short amount (and during a pandemic, mind you) of time are really going places, and I cant wait to see whats in store for them and Cookie Therapys future!!!!!

The cookies are amazing and well worth the cost! Warming them is a must, we didn’t for the first box but we did for the second. Our favorite is the strawberry pop tart followed by the Lulu!!
