So disappointed with the staff at this store. I wanted to return something that my husband purchased (actually not even return but exchange for a more expensive item) and I had a receipt but because it was purchased over 30 days ago they wouldnt do it. I showed her my receipt with the written return policy that does not stipulate that it has to be returned within 30 days and she said well I can try and see if it will go through she stepped to the computer, tried nothing and said sorry, it just isnt going to let me. She didnt even touch the computer!!! I went to the Novi store and they let me exchange with no problems or questions. Somerset Mall Aveda.....really poor customer service.

Walked in picked an item, in 1 min...stood at the counter ignored for 2 by the employee who was standing behind us...made eye contact and stated clearly we were ready...only regret I have to give any stars...0.0Plenty of other companies who sell similar items here to buy from...Aveda is dead to me
