Despite being so busy that he’s working 15+ hour days, James was quick to respond and was super nice. He also worked with me to hit a quick deadline, and our shirts turned out wonderfully. I have nothing but good things to say out Accelerated Printing. Highly recommend them

Both hoodies were messed up. Seller promised to make them right and send by mail. Seller was given a deadline date of the expected RIGHT products but never responded to agree or specify WHEN he would send the corrected product. Two weeks before the expected date, I reached out to the seller to inquire as there still had been no communication and no product received. Seller states he will send that week. Still nothing. Contacted seller again to ask if they had been sent. Seller states “maybe Friday or Saturday” and went on to explain he has a huge order and he wont be stopping for mine but finally states, “sorry” at the end of his explanation. This seller never apologized for his mistakes and made me feel like my order was not important compared to his new “huge” order, even though mine was part of a school order which at the time was also “huge”. Seller is full of lots of excuses! Would not recommend this seller for all the reasons mentioned above. If he messes up your order, be prepared to be inconvenienced because he has no intention on making it right if it inconveniences him in any way.

We’ve been using this company for a few months now and they are as good as it gets. Great direction, feedback, updates, and the quality of the products are superb.We’ve gotten t-shirts, tanks, hats, and now working on face-masks. Pricing is also very competitive.Last but not lease, Elias helped me through the whole process and was extremely organized and professional. Products were shipped fast, had tracking, and packaged well.What else can I say? You want custom apparel, these are your guys!

I was in a hurry to get numbers on a hockey jersey before my game the next morning. I came in at 5pm on a Friday and they got the job done faster and cheaper than I could have done myself with iron-on numbers from Walmart! The staff was fast and friendly and Accelerated will definitely be my first choice in the future.

I was not impressed. When I went in to get a quote, I had to go looking for someone to help me, and when I found someone they werent even with Accelerated. When I spoke with someone, I got the impression that I was bothering him. I asked about some different shirt colors/options, and he told me to go online. When I went back to place an order, no one was to be found and the number he had listed on his business card did not work. I had heard good things about this company, but I was disappointed with the service, or lack thereof, that I received.

This company is most excellent. The service is top notch and they treat you personally very well. I felt like I was a part of the process the whole way from order to creation of the tshirt template to final product.They work hard to hit deadlines even at the last second. Our team ordered about 30 tshirts and needed them 2 days later and they got them done.The quality of work is excellent and we will use them every time we need a tshirt or spirit wear designed!
