Delicious donut flavors. I got tres leches and Bavarian cream both were delicious and fresh. They also had other flavors and they also seemed really good. Customer service was excellent as well. I would come back here again

Good selection of donuts that tastes just as good as they look! The thing I like a lot about these donuts is that they capture the flavors of their title without being overly sweet. Ive had speciality donuts from other places and could only eat one because of how sweet they were. That is not the case with the donuts from donut bar + coffee. I will definitely be back for more!

Donuts were good but it kinda sucks that if you dont go in the morning, the donuts arent warm. Basically not worth going if not in the morning

I was super excited when I heard a new donut place was opening nearby, and I happened to catch Donut Bar just a little bit after they opened this location! The donuts were AMAZINGLY delicious, though slightly pricy (about $2.75 per donut), but they were worth it! Flavors include chocolate dipped, vanilla glaze, fruity pebbles, and more. The donuts themselves were light, fluffy, good density, and not too sweet! Can’t wait to visit again to try more flavors and their coffee!

Peeked into the store just to look what kind they have..the display of colorful and tempting donuts dragged me inside and I found myself staring at the chocolate-pomegranate donut. I just ignored the staff asking me if they can help to virtually devour the entire tray of the chocolate-pomegranate donuts...okay finally my wife said that I was embarassing myself and I should buy one.. there...not sure when I will return but it wont be in this decade..

Donut Bar has won awards for baking the best in donuts in Detroit. I agree, they are my favourite. The flavours are fun. The space is inviting, and the staff is super friendly. I always get the chocolate dip because it has such a rich choclatey flavour!! Definitely check this place out.

Very nice staff. The selection is pretty good. Their doughnuts are a bit pricey for me but quality ingredients so its probably a value compared to what youre using to make them. Coffee is good as well. Well likely be back for an occasional special treat.

On no. This could be so dangerous for me. Im already having troubles fitting in my pants! This place is super delicious!!! I would even go out on a limb and say their donuts are better than Avon Donuts 😯 The Tres Leches donut I think was my favorite! This is definitely a must try!! They are a bit on the pricey side for donuts but totally worth it!!

Donuts and coffee drinks are delicious. Great service. They focus on quality over quantity and make donuts and fillings from scratch every morning. This means get there early or risk limited selection. Only downside is menu isn’t updated, so if you have your heart set on a donut cone, ice cream, or shake, you will be disappointed. We will be back!

I just heard this location is closing and my heart is breaking! Donut Bar has THE BEST doughnuts in metro Detroit (and probably also the world). Despite living equidistant to Southfield and Troy locations, I would always choose to go to the Troy shop because of superb customer service. They also seemed to have a better vegan selection.

I always went to their southfield location! Was my first time at the Big Beaver spot, and same friendly service They have the best donuts, and awesome daily special flavors ... Just got to make sure to go early if you want a descent selection as some sell-out, like the rasberry cheese cake one!! Their coffee is also really good!

I went in this morning and received excellent customer service from the gentleman behind the counter. He made me a delicious latte too. The reason this isnt a 5 star review is because the donuts seem dry, maybe day old? They were cold too, which seemed weird. Everytime Ive gotten donuts from here before they were so soft and fresh. Was pretty disappointed in the donuts.

My fiancée and I stopped by here this morning after hearing about its opening on Instagram. I had the tres leches cake donut, and it was amazing. We also picked up a vegan donut for my mother-in-law who cannot eat dairy, and she said it was the best vegan donut she has ever had!

Without exaggeration the best customer service I have ever received. Manager and employees were kind, understanding, and earned a customer for life.Highly reccomend their vegan donuts and birthday donuts!

Stopped here a few minutes after opening and was greeted right away. I picked up a half dozen for about $22 and they all tasted great.

Doughnuts were cold and not very good. I got a blueberry and it was really bad. The vanilla was just OK. Not worth the money

Terrible TERRIBLE customer service!! Do not go here, there are much better options for specialty donuts who actually value the customer. We ordered our donuts four days in advanced for curbside pick up at 9:30. I get there at 9:30 and had to wait outside in the cold rainy weather for an HOUR AND A HALF!! They did not have my order ready until 11:00. Are you seriously kidding me? We placed an order days in advanced and still waited. On top of that my wife with a nurse working the front line and had to leave for work before I got home. She left for a 12 hour shift with no breakfast thanks to Donut Bar. I emailed them with my concerns and gave them a week to respond and never heard anything from them. I will not be returning as I am clearly not a valued customer at all.

Ordered Happy Bday Donuts for my sisters 30th during covid to put a smile on her face and it did that and more! Crystal who helped me over the phone was accommodating and very professional and made sure I got my donuts on time because I ordered them a day before. The donuts were fresh and fruity pebbles donuts were still crunchy which were delish!

Tasty but pricey donuts!

Tried them today and loved them.. kids are already planning for next trip and what they should try 😃. Dont expect them to be cheap.. all are $3 and above.. this is kind of place to stop by, try some new flavor with coffee as a reward for your hard work 😀. Have a happy tummy 😀.

This was my first time at Mod - we normally go to Blaze. The pizza was fantastic (better than Blaze), but the team is what ensured this will be our new pizza place. They were friendly, detail oriented, and extremely conscientious with both my veganism and my daughters gluten allergy.I highly recommend!!

LOVE Donut Bar. My husband’s fave donut stop. Not super sweet, funky flavors, definitely expensive but worth it for special occasions. Get there early for better selection!

Love this place! Staff is awesome. Their glaze is amazing. Always a nice variety to choose from. My favorite are the leches with the house made whip cream. Just a bit pricey.

The donuts look far better than they taste. They mostly taste like absolutely nothing except for some of the fillings that just taste overly artificial. Honestly, dont waste the calories here.

The donuts here are out of this world. We went early so they were fresh and it we were very impressed. The Oreo one is by far my favorite!

For a single donut and drink it’s not too bad. I paid $4.5 for a large tea and a chocolate dipped. Little high but the quality is very good. The only real downsize is they don’t do a dozen or bulk discount. This makes it very difficult to use them for office meetings or events.

The presentation is great! The taste is ok. My 5 year old ate two bites. I didn’t finish mine either.

Cool new place,donuts are good vegan ones are delicious, I’m giving it 3 stars for customer service and lack of patience. Tho I understand it was 3 days new they were not very friendly not patient at all and rushed us. Will be returning to see if this changes tho sadly the vibe I got was this is them.

All donuts are delicious. They are artisan donuts so they cost $1.50 and up. A place to treat yourself, but not to buy two dozen donuts for the office.

The fact that the guy above paid $22 for HALF a dozen is crazy. I recently paid $19 for 10, which is a little better, but that was me picking the cheaper ones. Getting one as a treat with a friend isn’t bad, but when you’d like to treat your department at work, it begins to feel like price gouging. In all fairness, quality and size is pretty good. Just hurts a little a checkout is all.

The donuts are great but the staff need some work. Came in at 3:45pm and paid for our donuts. A large group of people came in minutes later, as we were sitting eating our donuts, and one of the workers gave them all free ones. Seriously?

Grew up owning Donut shops with my family and I have day this place brings back the donuts of ole, hand cut donuts but with a gourmet twist! Welcome to the Eastside Donut Bar! Now I dont have to travel to the Southfield location as much.

They are a little on the pricey side for donuts. They average 2.50 to 4 bucks per. They offer a nice variety of drinks to go with them. The donuts themselves are great. Ysually krispy kremes are my go to, but the fruity pebbles one was great. I still wanna go back and try the raspberry cheesecake one.

I was doing work on the roof so I didnt actually go inside but it did look nice from the outside.

Delicious, fresh doughnuts you wont find at your average freeze and thaw doughnut chain. One is enough to experience the magic. Two, and you are pushing the edge of the doughnut envelope and will have to allocate some extra time to wrap your brain around the mind-blowing, torroidal fantasy.

3 stars only because the pricing....5 stars for the taste and flavors of the specialty donuts
