First Time to The store and found out they’re closing I was sad because they have a lot of fabric at decent prices. And I just found the store bummer!

I was able to find the fabric in the color I was looking for at a very reasonable price. I am sorry to see that they are selling out all their fabrics.

This place is closing!As long as you come here with an open mind, you can get some great ideas. If you come here with a particular thing in mind, it is possible they wont have it and youll be disappointed. They do have great household upholstery and window treatment fabrics though.

Terrible. The fabric all seems to be throw aways from other fabric stores. There is no quilting cotton at all. Contrary to what another reviewer mentioned, the notions wall was sorely lacking. There were a couple zippers and thats about it. The girl that was working there opened up 10 minutes late and she couldnt have been more rude if she tried.

A huge variety of quality fabric and at the lowest prices in the area. I found fabric for several special occasions, and they worked perfectly. They carry upholstery, special occasion fabrics, satin, chiffon and artificial fibers that are very hard to find anywhere else. I now buy most of my fabric there. 10/10 would recommend.

Great place to stock up on invisible zippers. $1.49 for the 22 length zippers as opposed to the $3-4 you would pay at Joanns or Hobby Lobby.

This store is phenomenal. They have a great selection of upholstery and high-end fabrics for much cheaper than Ive seen other places, and theres virtually no wait to have fabric cut (unlike Joann where you wait in line 20 minutes minimum!). The staff is so, so nice and helpful. Check it out!

Beautiful fabric choices. Lots of upholstery and fabrics for special occasion wear, any kind of dress and a variety of other fabrics. Love that its not loaded to the ceiling with polar fleece like Joanns. I was the only customer in the store for the 20 minutes I was there which worries me about them lasting here. Hopefully it was just an off time I was in there.

This store is going to break-up my marriage! The fabric available is high quality and amazing. The 2.99 wall is to die for, but dont feel stuck to the sale wall, prices are great throughout the store. Ive had to reroute my route home as I cant resist going in.

Fabric Land Outlet is a my favorite new shopping spot. They have a great selection of 3D and sequin fabrics which I love. The staff is also extremely helpful and friendly.

I went to look for cotton fabric didnt find anything i was looking for. Was told there was a shipment coming and went back 2 weeks later. Nothing still.

Id been looking forward to coming here for months, and after more than an hour drive, I was greeted with a curt We dont allow pets! as I walked in with my (clearly marked!) Service Dog. After I reinforced he is a service dog, I was waved at, which I assume meant it was ok to enter? The associate then proceeded to talk to someone loudly on her cell phone, and locked the door immediately after I left (which was at 1:30 in the afternoon?)Unfortunately, store is small and disorganized. Prices are slightly better than JoAnns, but Ill be sticking with stores that appreciate my business and have helpful associates if/when I need a question answered.

I purchased 2 yards of ivory satin off the bolt. Its been in the bag folded up since I bought it a few days ago. I just opened it up and theres an ink stain, three finger prints and what looks like a small oil stain. I called to let them know and the clerk told me unfortunately we dont offer exchanges or returns on items, even if they are bought stained up from them. This was the only local fabric store I shopped at. Not any more. Very poor customer service. Be sure to check every inch of fabric before you leave the store

Omg the fabrics are so nice and very decently priced. I was able to make my daughters halloween costume out of the fabric from here for less than $10. And they have the big spools of thread in assorted colors for a decent price as well.

The sales assistants were nice but fabric selection was limited and highly specialized...not an all-purpose fabric store.

Can’t really find anything and it was confusing to what door to enter from.

This location has a great variety of fabric at multiple price points. Its difficult to navigate with a wheelchair due to the fabric bolts hanging into the aisle.
