Bought a sectional and mattress set. Furniture is well made and better than anything you can find at Ashley furniture store. Salesman are very knowledgeable and go out of their way to make sure you buy something you’re gonna love down the road. Delivery guys are nice and take care when getting your furniture set up! Will definitely buy more from Francis in the future!

We bought a grey three-piece sectional for our new house back in February 2018 from Francis Furniture. Our saleswoman Carmen was wonderful. She didnt hover and wasnt pushy, but made it clear that she was there for anything we needed. My husband and I feel that we got a very fair deal on a quality piece of furniture that we still love almost six months later. The showroom is clean, well organized and homey. We will definitely be back the next time were in the market for furniture of any kind.

My family has shopped at Francis Furniture in Troy for YEARS. Every one we have worked with is professional and really knows their product. They will even come out to your house and help you figure out the best layout and combination of furniture. If you are looking for Value City quality you will not find it here but everything is worth EVERY PENNY you pay for it and they will usually price match.

Some things are over priced in my opinion. They do have good sales and sometimes are 50 percent off. Their furniture is well built and seems sturdy.

We sat in a chair today and the salesman who wasnt even our sales associate came by and said thats bonded leather and when we said yeah, he replies its not real leather. We replied yeah bonded leather is not real leather. It was strange and felt like he was trying to discourage us from what we were interested in as well as could afford. This similar circumstance has happened in other occasions.
