Ive been a customer for decades and recently made my final purchase. I ordered an inexpensive bracelet ($150) never opened or worn but it was purchased longer than 30 days ago. Customer service would not process a refund even though it was purchased in 2021. I wont but from them again, its easy to accommodate a long time customer and its as easy to lose one. Thanks for nothing

Went in to get my jewelry cleaned after making an appointment online. Due to covid you now charge $30/piece when it used to be free which makes sense based on state mandates. I feel that you should at least let the customer know ahead of time when booking online so that its not a wasted trip to your store.

Since moving to a new location within the mall they now have a limit on how many pieces of jewelry they will clean. Only allow 5 pieces.

Just bought an engagement ring from Nahren at the Troy store. Im from Michigan originally but live in Montana now. She did the entire process remotely with me sending me pictures of rings to look at and answering all my questions. She gave me her phone and even responded to texts when she was not working. We found a ring that was perfect and she was able to get it shipped to me in time to make my proposal happen during the holidays. Blown away by the service. 🙏🏼 Thank you so much!

But I look young and so when I went to the store to buy my wife’s engagement ring most of the associates didn’t offer to help me but Linda did and so anytime I buy something I go to she is so nice. We haven’t purchased that much stuff from Tiffany & Co. however eventually I will be able to purchase a lot more and I will keep buying from her as long as she is there. The people that clean your rings are really nice and they always do an amazing job!!

I had given this location a well deserved bad review last week. However, a young lady that works there (Shin) made up for it ten times over! She was polite, attentive and concerned about helping me with my purchases. The rude young lady before her had my order under the wrong name and Shin took her time to figure out the issue and returned my items to me expeditiously! When shopping at this location I will always stop and see her to say hello for she is probably their best employee and she alone is the only reason I’d continue to patronize this location.

Went to return a necklace that was paid for with cash 2 days prior to bringing it back. And was told I wouldnt receive a cash back refund, that I would have to wait 10-14 days for a paper check to be sent to my home address. The sales associate almost didnt give the refund at all and tried saying it was a final sale item because my husband upgraded (and paid the difference) for a longer size necklace. Mind you, neither item was on sale, he paid full price for the set and paid an additional 85 dollars to get a 18inch necklace versus the 16inch one it came with. What kind of sense does any of that make!??? This store was one I will absolutely never visit again!

Customer service upstairs is always ready to help with jewelry cleaning, repairs, etc. They are fast and friendly, and they offer delivery options for customers who don’t live nearby. Shopping at Tiffany and Company can be a little overwhelming and intimidating. It starts when a guard at the front door greets you and set you up with a sales person.We were there to buy a graduation gift for a friend and we ended up having a wonderful sales person who listened to all of our guidelines and helped us pick out the perfect gift.Its nice when someone actually listens to your limitations and understands the situation. Thats what made it a perfect gift and we were right because our graduate was absolutely thrilled.

Was here today- normally I shop online but I made the mistake and went in to the store today. C. Abdal was our sales “professional.” It amazes me how customer service is so terrible in a store in this day and age- it’s literally your only job. I was buying a wedding gift, the associate dropped the necklace, didn’t wrap it properly, put the gift receipt in the wrong place, and gave me a RIPPED Tiffany and co. bag, it was such a haphazard disgusting job done.I was beyond disappointed. I hate this store, and I can’t look at the gift without thinking of this horrid experience. I’m embarrassed to give it to the bride. Thank you for ruining what was supposed to be a wonderful day, and the perfect gift.

My fiance and I live in NC but specifically only get our jewelry from this store simply because of the customer service and excellent help from our amazing jeweler Brad Fernandez.

I was disappointed Im this stores selection and its service. My husband bought me two rings for Christmas and was not treated the best. When I went back to get different sizes the sales person seemed indifferent to me being there or helping me chose anything. I wanted direction and help from someone who works there. I ended up returning and not repurchasing. Everything I asked to see she informed me was out of stock or low stock with no alternative ideas.

Terrible experience. My husband tried to buy me a keychain for my birthday. The sales person he was working with said they were out at somerset, but would have it shipped from another store. when my hubby went to go pick it up, they couldnt find his order and then finally realized they forgot to call the sister store for the gift. They totally dropped the ball, which caused me to not receive my gift by my birthday. When it came in, I went to pick it up and it was USED. The keychain was totally scuffled and not in new condition. The customer service was horrible and had no explanation. I told the manager what happened and he offered an in sorry, but it wasnt our fault. Rude. Stay away from Tiffany, there are way better jewelers in the area.

My Fiance bought my engagement ring from this store a couple weeks ago. The ring itself is amazing but I was disappointed at the organization of the customer service center. We never received a call when the ring was back in the store after being sent out for sizing. I called on the promised date and the lady on the phone told me the ring was not there. I was very disappointed. I then checked our email and Tiffany sent my Fiancé an email when it was ready 3 days prior to my phone call. I called back a second time to find out that the ring had been there all along... what a headache.
