I went here looking for something special for my sisters birthday, it was close to closing time, the salesperson was very helpful, he helped me find the special gift and did Engravings for me.

I always go there but I haven’t gone since COVID ! So I went today this morning and the worker was on the Phone I wandered around and decided what I want and it was first communion frame she did not greet me or excused for one second after 15 minutes I left and came back she was done with her phone no greeting and rude, will not help I never seen some one like this so I went to other location

I literally went in to just get one thing engraved ..bad move you cant walk in here with that mind set. I ended up purchased so many more items. This boutique is amazing! The staff are incredible. Lisa the manager and Miah that fabulous girl with the glasses who greets you warmly as you walk in :-) they are all so friendly and polite and do phenomenally excellent work on your purchases. The rest of the staff ..you guys are fabulous!! So helpful honest and to be honest with all the font choices you can spend an eternity there just trying to decide. The staff there take there time to help you make the best choice. They also offer a program where you get points and money back on future purchases. I was hesitant to join for $5.00 a year but let me tell you ..you get your $5.00 back and then some. Its definitely worth it. The only issue is waiting for the checks to become available to use for your next purchase takes time for it to be used. If your not completely satisfied with there work they stand 100% behind it and will do it over for you. Now thats customer service at its best. Thank you to the entire staff. The store is very bright and well lite the merchandise is displayed to easily see. The prices are marked on back of each product for easy viewing. There prices can be steep but there final products are just stunning when complete. Thank you again for being absolutely splendid! I highly recommend for all your personal and gift giving needs. There is really something for everyone here. If you havent come in to make a purchase I recommend you do. You will not be disappointed.

I got some things made throughout the past couple of years coming here. Very friendly staff that is always willing to help you pick a item out for your occasion. And it only takes a hour or so for them to engrave the item of your choosing.

Their one worker, Bethany, has excellent customer service. She was very patient and knowledgeable about all their products. She even went out of her way for another customer when they forgot their keys at the store.

I was getting a piece for my niece that just lost her mother found just what I needed very pleased. I also had it engraved

Best customer service hands down, I went there to order some favors, I was surprised of the exceptional customer service, Bethany the store manager was very professional and helpful, she helped me with my order, from choosing the right font, to placing the order, I would highly recommend this store for ordering special event favors, I was lucky and happy to find about it and how they carry a lot of their stuff online in store as well, so you can see how does the object look like, thank you things remembered and Bethany for finding what I was looking for for my son baptism

I went in there to have something engraved a day before. On the day it was ready for pick up, of course they messed up the engraving. The lady who took my order said it will take 20 minutes for it to be redone. So I waited 20 minutes. Come to find out, I waited close to 1.5 hrs. The ladies working there were rude, did not see that it was their fault for messing it up. Did not apologize. Will not get anything done at this location again.
