Clean. GREAT employees. Prices are high, but you’re paying for an experience here. Be careful with the meat though… because sometimes it’s not fresh, and for the price I feel like it should ALWAYS be fresh. I’m talking packaged raw meat and over the counter meat/ poultry.

I see this at every Thyme store so this is not about this store in particular even though, I bought this stuff there. Why on earth do you put your own stickers on organic produce when it already has one on it, the original stickers are made to be removed easily without damaging the product. Then you guys come up with the genius idea of putting your own sticker, that cannot be removed that has the exact same number on it. Youre ruining your produce. Every single piece has sticky material and residue that you have to cut out with the fruit. What are you gaining??

I bought salmon from there twice, both times it smelled really strong. It smelled spoiled and old. The first time it was just a little strong so I thought I was overthinking, second time no bueno at all. My milk I also bought went bad before I even had a chance to open it before the expiration date.

There is also a counter where you can purchase fresh meats, beef, chicken etc...I like the fact I can buy meats that are not pre-packaged. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Decent selection of healthier food choices, organics and vegetarian. They have fresh ground peanut butter and other bulk foods which you can bring in your own containers instead of using plastic bags or bowls. Also like their essential oils, vitamins and bath products. Wish they had more coupons or lower prices. Other than that I wish that all grocery stores including Fresh Thyme took back any and all bottles regardless of where they were purchased. They only return deposits from beverages they sell.

Love it! FT has the essential oils, natural medicines and supplements I used to have to order online and wait for. Nice selection! Their meat is always fresh and sold in packages made for 1 person as well in family sizes. Soups are full and fresh 90% the time...the creamy chicken and wild rice is AMAZING!

I bought 5 lobster tails for my birthday, only cooked 2 because the 3 did not smell or look eatable, one of them looked like it had a parasite in the tail it was a huge green worm, see pic.EDIT: they told me below to email them about this, i did, no answer lololol

Love love love Fresh Thyme grocery store. Variety of fresh and frozen meats and great selection of seafood. Grass fed beef, bison and handmade chicken sausages, pork sausages and brats. Churn your own peanut butter; bottle your own honey, syrup, oils, and vinegars. Nice variety of yoghurts and so much more. Store is clean. Associates are friendly and helpful. Dont forget to check out the supplement aisles, their handmade soaps and their awesome wine selections. Its a great place to shop.

Always have what I need. Love that there is more then one option of organic coffee that you can actually grind there. Staff is always really nice. Th organic produce is not always that fresh but their grocery area is always kept up to par.

I LOVE this place. Lots of organic, vegan and gluten free items. You can grind your own coffee, make your own peanut butter, theres a bulk foods section, a health section, a deli, bakery and a hot foods section where they make THE BEST pizza while you wait. In addition to your regular selection of meat, they also have some unusual items such as frozen wild boar patties, goat meat patties, bison patties, etc.

With Whole Foods/Amozon Prime getting rid of all of my favorite items, this is quickly becoming my go-to store. They have just about everything Whole Foods has, and more!! I spoke to the store manager about carrying one of my favorite items, that was discontinued, and he is looking into it....so fingers crossed 🤞🏽💜

I love love love Fresh Thyme! It is my favorite place to buy fruits and veggies! They have a wonderful selections of fresh fruits and veggies and lots of organic items to choose from. And they are a great price! Ialso like to get their chicken sausages, they have all different varieties. The pork sausages are also very good. In the summer I shop here on a weekly basis! I always get wonderful deals for dinner. Also, Wednesdays are double sale days, meaning lasts weeks sale ends on Wednesday and this weeks sale starts on Wednesday. I love it! It works out great if I try something and really love it I can come back the next Wednesday and still get the awesome sale price. Everyone is always so nice and helpful in this store. I highly recommend shopping here!

So excited that I found this place. The bakery has a variety of delicious breads, bagels, and pastries. The salad bar is fresh with many options. They have a large meat section with reasonable prices. Everything seems so fresh in this store. It makes me want to make healthier choices.

I go here weekly to do my shopping. Never been to any of the other businesses in this strip mall. I would highly recommend Fresh Thyme for quick easy and fresh shopping. The staff is friendly and the produce is excellent. Wednesday is double coupon day. I don’t really shop through all the vitamins or organics, just get the green stuff and fresh squeezed orange juice. This place is way better than Meijer or Kroger. Highly recommend.

I love Fresh Thyme. I wish I shopped there more often. But u make sure to stop in regularly when I need a large amount of fresh produce. Every Thanksgiving I shop my recipe list here. I can describe Fresh thyme as a cheaper version of whole foods. Fresh thyme has great produce, fresh baked goods and amazing meat selection. Fresh soups, salads and just everything you need.. But most of all, their prices are great.. you would think fresh thyme was sound expensive, but no despite offering fresh vinegars, honeys and wines.. fresh thymes prices are the best thing about it.. low, low prices.. Nice grocery store, organic options, although honestly a bit more limited than whole foods. Prices are very reasonable on conventional produce. Allergen information clearly marked on multiple items. Gluten free, Paleo friendly options as well. Also noticed they carry bison, elk, venison, wild boar in the frozen meats area. Will come back.

I enter the store and was greeted bye management. The staph in the vitamin Body Department were very informative on the products I had questions about. Thank you body and vitamin staff. Check out staff @003 were wonderful as well. I definitely be returning to the store.

Fresh Thyme definitely lives up to its name. The employees are the BEST. Theyre always available to assist. The cashiers are professional/friendly...always asking if we found everything satisfying and invites us to come again. I love the lighting, the cleanliness and the spacious isles.

One of my favorite places to shop, they have a great staff working there that are very helpful. Their meat counter is the best, I love their peppered bacon. Their pizza and sandwiches are amazing. I highly recommend this store.

My family and I were here yesterday. We went to the seafood section and asked a guy working for salmon. He had a terribly rude attitude and seemed like he didn’t want to help at all. He had his back turned while talking to us. We asked kindly for him to cut it for us and he did not. Very bad experience and definitely will not be returning to this location. Occurred Saturday around 3:30.

I love this place. Id shop here all the time if I could. They carry lots of organic and gluten free items. Theres a small bulk foods section, an olive oil bar, a section to grind your own organic coffee, etc. Its awesome.

I love this place! so clean and the workers are so helpful and nice! I love coming in, making my salads to go. Its hard not passing the bakery section because everything looks delicious. The whole store is well organized and overall best place ever! Way better then that salad place across the street that is rude to customers, and overprice everything =P

Very neat place! Great selection of organic foods and fresh vegetables and fruit. Cant make it my primary grocery store though because there are practically no name brands. Definitely a good experience though. P.S. dont wear a green shirt, or people will think you work there (true story).

Disappointed! Drove a bit of a distance today to the Troy location and bought their brand of ready to heat broccoli-cheese soup from their deli because it was on sale for a dollar off. Got home and took a taste before I heated it and it tasted off. I checked the date on the bottom and it said use or freeze by 02-12 Well, today is 02-14 so the soup goes in the trash. Wasted $5.98 and wont go back. This is why I shop at Meijer - I dont have to check dates because the food I buy is never left on the shelf when its expired. The deli department should check expiration dates - this was TWO days past the last sell by date!

Fresh Thyme is an awesome market. They have really good weekly specials at great prices, wonderful produce, chicken sausage (😋), a great selection of wines and beers, and lots of specialty items for good nutrition. The employees are knowledgeable, always respectful and kind.

This is my go to shopping place on Wednesdays! Their double ad Wednesdays offer up great savings by overlapping 2 weeks of ads. I love shopping for my produce here as its really well priced. Their meat selection could be better, but their bulk good selection is the best Ive seen in the area! They also have an app on their website/mobile phone where you can review the ads and add items from their ad to a shopping list. No more hunting and searching the paper ads or remembering what you wanted to buy!! I will continue to shop here on Wednesdays!

While Im not usually thrilled at needing to shop, I do really like Fresh Thyme. Fresh produce @ good prices. Always friendly, helpful, courteous staff.

The store is clean and has a ton of choices. I found the cashier extremely helpful and knowledgeable about his role. When checking out my apples rang in as pink ladies but i was expecting honey crips, he must have sensed that because he asked right away if i mean to grab these apples or a different kind, he explained that they are right next to each other and often times people grab the wrong ones, he even went back and grabbed the ones i wanted. He was super friendly and made the experience worth while!

My 1st trip here...I loved it. Good produce prices. Lots of bulk foods...as a single person its wonderful to buy just the amount I need.
