Could have been a 5 star but for a few issues. The store is clean and well lit and stocked fairly well. However...prices are an issue in this store apparently. Lots of the items I purchased rang between .30 and .75 more than what the shelf tag said. Also the lady who bagged my groceries had no idea how to bag them and literally threw them into my bags. Fix your prices and train your staff on bagging and this could easily become a 5 star.

Worked here for 2 years. I was underapricated and the managers are lazy and dont train their new employees instead they make the workers train them. It is not our job to train the new people the mangers get paid to do that not us employees. They treat their employees like numbers not people. They dont value or care about you. Your underpaid and unappreciated. I wouldnt recommend working here. It is not worth it.

Get it all done food bills paid at customer service bus pass reloaded at customer service desk if you played a lotto a lot of machine is on the side ATM very convenient to the locals in the area! They even offer instacart service!

Overall quality supermarket. Fresh produce and your best fitting brands. Safe and convenient.

This particular Market 32 is really disgusting as they routinely sell expired items. Do not buy any of their individual beers among other items that spoil past their date. I have not had this problem with other PCs/M32s but it happens here frequently.

Ever looking for exotic FRESH fruits you can always count on this Market 32 ! Very clean! Very organized! People are nice! I recommend if youre in the area, stop on in and give it a look!

I use Price Chopper/Market32 because it is nearby my home. I personally only go there at night. The traffic is back to ridiculous. HVCC and 14000( preCovid-19) students and newer housing with more Apts being built in a very very small proximity is my reasoning. I always liked the meat and Produce they have. The problem, again for me, is timing. When I do go to shop there at night, its sale items are picked though or sold out. Specifically the Meats. In short, if the traffic wasnt as bad as it is, I would def shop there more.

Bought the buy one get one free strawberries and blueberries and the blueberries are soft. Fruit has not been looking good there lately.

I will not go anywhere else for my sushi. The woman that makes it is so sweet and friendly. You can just taste the love and hard work she puts into it. Its always fresh and if you cant find what you are looking for she will gladly make it for you.. Please never let this woman go! 5$ sushi Fridays are amazing bc of her!As for the store: Ive been to a few Market 32s but this one is the friendliest one so far. The employees are friendly and the atmosphere is just comfortable.The cheese section is really neat as well! Not overwhelming or too little variety. Its just right. I just only wish they could bring back sampling!

A bit on the pricey side, but has good supplies. Not as stocked as WalMart, so if you want to get something for cheap, dont go here.

There are no hand baskets at this store. The touch screen at the checkout counter was typing the wrong number for what you tapped. And there was no shrimp without tails on available in the whole store.

People had to go in and immediately come back out to find a cart as no one collected carts even once in the 40 minutes I was there waiting for a friend that was shopping.

The meat here is always soaking wet. Fresh cold cuts are as if they are pulled out of a bathtub before being sliced. Chicken is injected with so much water, if it was a fish it would still be alive.

A previous review knocked them on poor cleaning procedures at the start of the pandemic earlier this year. I wanted to change this as they’ve improved and continue to exist as a safe food store. I have regained confidence in shopping here. So wanted to change my review rating.

My favorite supermarket. I enjoy shopping at this location, its very clean, quiet and a very relaxing environment. The entire staff is very help and if you dont have a face mask they will provide one for you. Ive been living in this area for 1 year and I can only say good things about this specific location. I dont shop at any other location. You guys ROCK 🙂I had an interview 2 wks ago for an evening position but I was told that I should check back in Sept.

Congratulations price chopper you have managed to mess up the self check-out system royally! Amazing how you can take a perfectly functional system and make it so that you need so much help, defeats the purpose of self check-out!

Ordered my items through instacart for pickup yesterday, 06/20/2020. When I unwrapped my swordfish to cook just a moment ago it was spoiled, coated with nasty slime and smelled disgusting. It most certainly had to be rotten when they wrapped it up. I will never use this location again. They were out of quite a few items which I had to substitute and others that I had to refund. I’ll have to shop again to make up what I need.

Clean, well organized products. Very fresh deli meats and cheeses, also has an in store eatery serving delicious pizzas and soups and chicken wings. Love this store!

$26.99 for a 8 oz lobster tail. $54.00 a pound - PRICE GOUGERS. I bet they killed all the ones they had on hand so they could sell the tails at an inflated price. They probably ate the claws in the back where no one could see.

The place is very clean and nice with a great produce section. My major problem is the fact that they have a ton of workers just standing around talking but only one or 2 check out lanes ever open. I shop here on the regular and its always the same. The lines of people backed up and one 1 or 2 lanes actually open.

This is my favorite Market 32. Its always so clean, everything, especially produce, is in stock. The employees are always friendly. And Im just saying, where do you find some of the stock guys because they cute as hell. Lol.

Sea food and butcher departments need to have a bell for customers to ring for service. Typically takes 5 minutes to find someone to wait on you. Never encounter a problem at Hannaford or Shop Rite, where the prices are generally better and with the change in their advantage card not counting gift cards for additional points, I see no reason to shop there.

Convenient location, right on the bus line. Always stocked well in the morning when I head there before work. Plenty of parking.

I had an issue with a product that I had purchased and the manager handled it perfectly. He was kind, and polite. The customer service at this store is excellent.

They redid the store, but it still needs some work. Vegetables/fruits were gross and soft, and the deli line had about 8 people in line with only 1 worker. Still will go here due to the fact that it is closer to my house. Hopefully they will fix the loose ends.

I want to like Price Chopper more since they are local to the area. However, it seems like every time I go Im disappointed. I have a dairy allergy, and Price Chopper generally does not carry much for people with dietary restrictions compared to other grocery chains. But they do have a few things that Ill make an occasional stop for. Specifically Kenyon bakery breads. This weekend was the second in a row that they had nothing from that brand in stock. This is a continuing trend with any kind of specialty food that they do bother to stock.Also, the advantage gas savings thing is a pain to use so my savings usually go unused since they expire quickly. Ill keep sticking to Hannaford and Honest Weight until the next time I feel like being let down, then Ill come back to price chopper.

Good selection. Employees are rude though and service sucks. Decent deals, though some products are way over priced. But, its a nice store. Easy to navigate through.

Ordered a, “Handmade breaded chicken sandwich,” for $5.29. This was on the same menu board as the pulled pork and brisket sandwich (wish I took a photo of it) The staff looked at one another as if I’ve asked for something not on their menu. After waiting a few minutes for them to figure out what I asked for, they stuck a few tenders on a footlong sandwich and billed me for a meatball sub. I’m blown away at how the staff are unaware of what’s on the menu and the lack of communication. I first asked for a brisket sandwich, but there wasn’t any brisket! I don’t blame the staff that helped me today, as they only work there; but there is a lot lacking in their hot foods department. If you’re looking for lunch after the lunch rush like I did (sometime after 1) you’re better off going to the Wendy’s in the plaza. Don’t waste your time. Disappointed and most likely not returning.

Came in for a quick salad. Thought the new market 32 thing was worth a try. The salad tasted bland like subway veggies. There was some tomatoes rotting. The cafe area was dirty. No table was wiped down and no one came while I was there for a half hour. Also to make it worse there was a small group of employees in the corner talking and cursing loudly when I arrived. Leaving 2 stars for pricing. Not coming back though.

Really great staff who are familiar with the ADA laws and go above and beyond the call of duty to make me feel welcome where others dont. I have an invisible disability and a service dog, and so I am not always made to feel welcome in other places. (People can be ignorant, ableist, bigots elsewhere.) The staff here is courteous, polite, professional, and welcoming. Sometimes, when Im harassed by ignorant, rude, customers who dont realize that their own ignorance is a problem and an obstacle, staff here will educate them on my behalf. So grateful.

Unlike other Price Choppers, and 32s, the employees pushed past us. In a hurry to be rude. The cashier, whom was very polite, was also more concerned with her phone, then next in line.

Fresh food clean place to shop feels like my own pantry everytime I go there. keep it up guys your quality and effort is being noticed! The only thing i would like to see is similar to the latham market 32 it would be good to have more international items available.

Some things seem to be perpetually out of stock. I really want to make this my main grocery store but this place seems to never have arugula for some reason. Every other grocery store has it... So why doesnt this one? A lot of lost potential here.

Bought and ate my dinner from the hot food section of your store. The chicken was dry as a bone and the mac and cheese was salty. The dressing was also very salty . i will never come into your store again for dinner. Totally dissappointed.

Compared to other market 32s Ive been in, its not that great. Fuits and vegetables expire rather fast, and some of the wrapped meats look poorly put together (as in wrinkled/broken packaging) To the point where I wouldnt buy them. Oh well...

It appears as though they have some camera system set up that takes pictures of you at check out. Better make sure you check the bottom of your cart.. LOL... welcome to the future..

Clean, professional employees, sushi are the best in any price chopper, the female sushi worker knows her stuff and is extremely nice that if we do not see her, we dont buy sushi. For some reason the men will sell spoiled sushi there, so word of the wise only buy when female is there. This price chopper has a lot of variety. My only complaint would be for them to get more inventory of GLUTEN FREE foods. So I do not have to go to Hanafords in Lathem for the Gluetn free food that price chopper dont have. Hannaford in lathem is also a great store. But if this price chopper invested in more gluetn free Asian items and variety of different pizzas with other gluten free things, I would shop nowhere else.

Five stars if they had all the registers open when I first walked in. I had to ask an employee for help and he dropped what he was doing to help me.

Gorgeous huge supermarket with excellent fresh produce, meat, baked goods, and prepared foods.

I just moved to the neighborhood and this was my 1st time at the store. I found it to be over priced and wants to be a high end grocery store, but although the produce area is huge the selection was just ok. But my real problem is that the meat quality was terrible. The chicken sausage I bought on Thursday was smelling bad on Friday and the meatloaf mix reeked on Tuesday when I cut the seal on it. This was still 6 days before the sell-by date. I returned it that night and they refused to take it back. I never would think to hold onto a grocery receipt. This store is the closest to me but I don’t think I will be buying my groceries there. This was the Market 32 at HV plaza.

Clean quick polite and affordable

I used to use this branch frequently but their staff are not as polite or helpful as other stores/branches. My latest experience was yesterday (Friday late morning). Went in for a cake they usually have. It wasnt out so I asked the bakery. They said they didnt have any and wouldnt have any till Sunday. I then asked if they could ice a cake for me (showed them a picture, would literally take 5-10 minutes). They said they were too busy to do that.Went to Hannaford where they happily iced a cake exactly as I wanted (Ive also gotten great service at the price chopper in Rensselaer/east greenbush where the bakery went above and beyond to make me what I wanted on the spot)Dont bother going here there are other more friendly places. I certainly wont go here again as this wasnt my first bad experience.

Previously a Price chopper. Average price range with a wide selection of cultural products per aisle. I.e Asian, Mexican etc. Also contains a floral, deli, seafood, hotfood and oddly a cheese section.

I had a salad from there today. It was entirely made up of the spines of the lettuce. Over 35 pieces were just the non-nutritious spines of the lettuce head., which made up 75% if its weight. I even showed coworkers and snapped a picture.
