Love how I asked if a product was available by the case and not only did the cashier say yes; but actually went and retrieved the item for me! Great customer service!

The shelves were not stocked and they didnt have any of the products I went in to pick up. There have been several times Ive tried shopping here and had the same issue no may what time of day I go in.

GFS has always been a good place to buy larger quantity items at a good price even if you are not a restaurant. The people that work there are friendly and helpful. Today I was buying everything I needed to make a Christmas recipe. Since I only make this once a year, I did not realize that GFS doesnt carry that item anymore. Too bad.

We had the store to ourselves. No waiting. Everything we looked for was in stock. Love that they now offer smaller packages for the regular consumer. Staff was helpful.

Love the fact you dont need a membership to shop here. Also like that not all items are in bulk and the prices are comparable or better than the market. You can purchase typical items seem in the market and their brand as well. Lines are short and good customer service.

Love the free order online and pick up in store 2 hours later for orders over $30! They were able to fulfill almost all of my order during this time and sent me an email before I went to pick up with what they didn’t have in stock. I was even able to call and speak to the manager and he advised what they did and don’t have in stock as well in real time. Great management and customer service that is very hard to come by these days! Thank you GFS Troy!

I love GFS! Its restaurant quality that I can effort for home. They have items you cant get in the grocery store, like good gloves and hamburger patties.

The store was clean and the staff was courteous and efficient.

Great place to get bulk food without having to go to a gigantic store. Prices are good with a good variety of frozen foods from quick meals to meats to make entrees for parties or large groups. Parking is close so you dont have to go far since they dont have bags. You can bring your own or they have some boxes to use.

We couldnt find the type of green beans we wanted and a delightful worker found them for us. The store was clean and well organized. Overall a very nice shopping experience.

I bought a case of s/f red bull and tore open the plastic cover. I asked the manager Nick if I can return it. I have a receipt. The manager wouldnt return it.He had a bad attitude also.

Went to get meat sliced at 10AM. Deli dept said they was done taking orders for slicing for the day. I asked the General Manager to see if I could not wait until the next morning. After going back to the Deli they was telling me they do it this time.(if a customer ask for deli meat sliced, anyone plus Manager should stop what they are doing and slice it. You get more people in then not many in the store.) Then I said thank you after getting the deli meat. We was no more then 3 feet away and the guy slicing the meat and Manager of the Deli dept was bitching about me and my partner. The only thing did not was not bad was the lady cashier up front. I will not get any meat sliced at Troy, Mi Gordon Food Service store again!

Super friendly and customer-mindedI visited this GFS for a quick work errand. Once I walked in the doors, one of the workers (I assume the manager) came up and greeted me and shook my hand. I was blown away.

Great place for ready made food. You can put a BbQ together in 10 minutes! Great selectionof meats, frozen foods, baked goodsandpaper good. The prices are overall ok but beware somethings are overpriced. Especially produce(1 golden apple 1.19 each! Yikes!)
