I bought a ww1 k98 sporter for 150 a few years ago and the firing pin was chipped so it was useless. I brought it back with the intention of ordering a new firing pin because Les, claimed to be a legit gunsmith so we thought he had enough knowledge to make a new one or at least repair it. But no, I was told it was a rare part and he couldnt find it. Funny enough I found the exact firing pin online and had it shipped and deliver in 2 days, he had my rifle for 2 weeks trying to get a part. Owner is inexperienced and ignorant

Terrible customer service. They hung up on me over the phone as I was trying to get information regarding an order I’d placed. Their employees arent on the same page. One told me I could send a stripped lower to their FFL, and then after I placed an order they kicked it back saying that it couldn’t be received due to “my name being on the package”. Not the first time their customer service was lacking.
