Love this store! Employees are wonderful, very helpful and the selection is very nice.

They have great sandwiches for lunch (they do not have the ability to warm/toast them, however). The staff was very friendly and offered me samples of many different things including their ham, turkey, chicken salad and dessert! I was also given a punch card to earn a free sandwich (after purchase of 10).The online menu does differ a little from whats in this location because they lack a toaster. I was going to order the Ham and turkey bella that I saw online, but didnt see it on the menu when I arrived. They were able to make the specialty sandwich anyway and explained that it is supposed to be served warm, which is why it isnt listed on the menu.

Worker named adam was just so effortlessly cutting the ham. I could watch for days. Anyways the place was very clenly and the service was great

Im a loyal customer who is almost always satisfied. That said, the smoked turkeys that I purchased on Dec. 23rd were not nearly as good as usual: thinly glazed and somewhat overcooked. This was so disappointing, considering that I gave one as a gift.Your customers deserve consistent quality, particularly during the Holidays.

Horrible customer service. I called to ask about ingredients in there ham and I was told legally they could not discuss this with me and to look on the website for nutrition information. I informed the person I spoke with that there was nothing listed on there website and she gave me a website called nutritionix.com. I went to this website only to find nothing listed other than calorie count. My fiance has a nut allergy and most restaurants are able to provide some information.It it really unfortunate because I heard really great reviews about this restaurant. I have NEVER heard of a restaurant that cant disclose how and what is used to cook there food. Like even McDonalds has this information available for their customers.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!Reserved a Thanksgiving turkey over the phone a few days before Thanksgiving and a code number was assigned. When we went to pick up the turkey the day before Thanksgiving we were told they were all out because all turkeys were committed to online orders that were prepaid. A manager shoved a ham in our face and told us we could buy this instead. They shouldnt have promised us a turkey if they couldnt deliver it, and they should have given us a ham to make up for Honey Baked Corporate Offices incompetency. A one star rating is even too high.

First time getting a ham from there, i guess my expectations were too high. I have had much better ham from Sams. Overall a decent ham.

Lunch from Honey Baked Ham is always a crowd pleaser in our office! Weve enjoyed catered lunch from the Honey Baked Ham Company store on Long Lake in Troy several times. The food is always fresh, delicious, and presented as though it were being photographed for the menu. Manager Josh always takes great care of us! Our most recent lunch was delivered by April who was very personable and professional.

The name of the place fooled me, at first. As I get older, I am trying to steer clear of pork and ham. But they sold turkey sandwiches there...and they were good. So good, I bought another and took it home.

Very good ham but unless you buy a full ham there are no discounts. This place is very expensive so coupons for half hams from $40 would be appreciated too! Also please see the dishes of sliced ham like you do the sliced turkey. Some times i dont want to mess with the bone

Dont know what happened this time. I bought a boneless ham a few Months ago and we all raved about it. We were going back up north for Thanksgiving and everyone requested me to bring the same ham for the weekend. I purchased the same ham but in a larger size, well it was not the same ham. Dont know what happened everyone that had the ham the first time said that this ham was not nearly as good!! Some said they thought it seems more like processed ham and it was lacking that great glaze, it didnt have that honey baked flavor. Diffently disappointed. May have to rethink purchasing a honeybaked again.

HoneyBaked Ham company does not stand behind their products. We bought some ham that tasted really bad and they refused to give us our money back even though we brought the ham and our receipt back to the store.We contacted the company at that time and never got a response. There are better similar products at lower cost so no point in discussing further.

Greatest Chef Salad 🥗 EVER 👍👍👍👍👍. Theres MORE MEATS and CHEESE than there was lettuce. Whats not to love 😍. Brought it home added more baby red and green leaf lettuces and my own boiled 🥚🥚 eggs. Prepared my own home-made Buttermilk Ranch dressing and served 4 for lunch with some of my own soup and bread. Salad only costs $7 bucks. ⚠ Just found out that in Florida and other places the price is $9.Well we Michiganders are spoiled with our Honeybaked Ham 😉

Didnt seem to know too much about hams. Their quarter size was not much off from the half size. It worked out well though. Got a half ham for Christmas and it turned out well. Also used a coupon.

I purchased a classic ham sandwich yesterday my suggestion is add more ham the price is higher and the stack of ham should be also I got more tomato then ham I know price’s are higher but put more ham on the sandwiches because they look nothing like the pictures and honey baked store can do better. Also I didn’t get my pickle.

The snack I chose was delicious, the price is very fair and the service was very good, all the staff very friendly.
