It seems like I have searched for a cap that fits and looks good forever, and I have finally found it. I recently purchased a New York Rangers cap (3x) and it is the best cap I have ever owned. The fit is great, with plenty of room to spare! And the hat doesnt look odd or abnormal. It truly is built for a larger head like mine. It may seem silly but finding this website and purchasing that cap has made me over the moon happy. I recommend to anyone that needs more than one size fits most.

I am so glad to have found the Big Hat Store. The selection and quality surprised me as I have never been able to find a decent hat to fit without having it custom made. So far I have purchased two hats. They are exactly what I wanted but could never find in my size.Writing a review is NOT something I would normally do but in this case it is earned by The Big Hat Store making me a VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER .

Both my husband and son have huge heads so finding a hat has been impossible. Most stores call an extra large cap an 8-1/4 but hubby is a 9 and son is a 9-1/4. God bless the Big Hat Store!!!!! To see the look on my sons face when he tried on his baseball cap and it actually fit was priceless! Ear-to-ear smile! I usually order 3 or 4 so we have extras. All I can say is thank you from the bottom of my heart. (oh, they ship really fast too)

Ordered a 3XL Denver Broncos hat. Received a 4XL that was too big. Sent in an email and was told that even though the website says 3XL, they only sell NFL hats in 4XL. No explanation or apology for the misrepresentation. Also, told me that I can send it back but only if it is in original, unworn condition. Unfortunately, I had already worn it a few times to see if it would form to my head. I guess Im out $30 but I guess thats the risk of buying stuff online.

Really nice to have a place to purchase hats for us BIG HEADS! Have always had good svc. & products from these folks. I say that having a big head is a sign of a larger brain but my wife says no, its a thicker skull.

This the third time that Ive orders hats from the Big Hat store. I will admit, its kind of hard to find hats that fit me. They do have a wide selection of hats, but not everything. Their service is always spot on! And delivery is nice and quick. From one big bowl head to another. If your having a hard time finding a cap to fit that big bowl of yours. Take a look at what they have, Im sure theyll have something.

I made the mistake of ordering from Big Hat Store, thinking I was ordering from Big Head Caps, which is my normal go-to. I ordered three weathered baseball caps and when I received them I loved the colors but hated the long bill. I returned them today and was really pissed when I had to spend $9.00 in shipping charges. In todays retail environment I expect to be happy with the product or have free returns. This is my first and last order with Big Hat Store.

Their hats always look good and fit my size 8 head. They are made with extra material so they dont look big at the bottom and small at the top. I am well pleased with their hats and service.

I bought a mlb cap for my boyfriend. Overall he was happy with the cap and it fits him very well. The size is was as described and the size chart was helpful with finding the proper size. If you have a head that is not comfortably fitting into normal sized caps I would suggest trying the Big Hat Store.

I bought 3 baseball type hats.i have an 8 to 81/4 sized head.the fit was good.the price was fair and it is quality merchandise.ill buy again.

I have an enormous head –25 1/4 inches and it is round initiated versus the typical elongated shape. finding a hat to fit is extremely difficult. I came across this company by accident and ordered the 4X (9 1/4)Partial Coolknit ball cap. I love it. I am wearing it now. It fits very well and love the fact that it is deeper than most. I also like the length of the visor. Normally, I dont where the widebrimmed hats because they are too hot. Visors work extremely well but sometimes you do need a proper hat because of the intense sunlight. I liked it so much that I have ordered a second one. I wish there was a 4X size Panama type hat in the same coolknit material. since it looks like I am going to be a repeat customer, I hope that the company can update the database so that it can retain my order information and order history so I can easily reorder. Also the hats do not have a model number on the tag which would make a easier to reorder. Price is right. Service was great. This may be my go to place.
