Love Lids, been buying hats from Lids since they first opened years ago. This location is 1 of my favorites always a pleasant experience but wish they had more team options, everything is here is mostly Michigan based teams, Chicago or Cleveland. I still manage to find something just wish there were more options.

Lids has a wide variety of caps and hats for men and women. Ive been shopping here for over ten years and they always have something you want even though you werent exactly looking for that item. Friendly staff and I would recommend this establisment whether you stop by or order online.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The reason Im giving four stars is because only one person was working. The gentleman clearly needed help.

Pretty disappointed. Had a $50 gift card, and the reader wouldnt pick it up. In my experience, you should be able to punch in the number on the back of the card in the computer. Unfortunately the employee was too busy talking on their personal phone to help me any further, so I left empty handed.

Came up here two days ago to Lids with my boyfriend so he could buy him a hat with a name embroidered and the associate MANAGER told him the hat wont be done til the next day...two days later when I go to pick the hat up, it STILL wasnt done and I found out it was because the associate manager didnt know how to embroider AND he never told the other associates about the hat so they could do it. But luckily the associates took care of me

Young lady was on her personal phone behind the counter, and when I asked a question she seemed bothered. How you treat people makes a big difference.

Bought my man two hats and got them personalized. He loved them.

Would have been nice if the employees were paying as much attention to customers as they were about their conversation. Selection seem to be picked over quite well.

This location is so bad. Literally went twice to purchase something and the first time the embroidery person left for the day and the second time they were on break until 4:30! It was 1PM when I got to the mall! The customer service is bad.

I dont like to buy sports hats, so I always get mine made. Everytime need I make one at this specific lids location I regret it.

I walked into lids and was not even greeted because the employee was too busy talking on her phone, I found a hat and gave her my phone number, she insisted that the account had to be renewed after I just explained that I had just renewed it and literally argued with me untill she finally saw that it was the wrong account, very unprofessional and rude, her name is Alexa, even had the nerve to act like I was wrong, I will never shop here again, tiff
