Penny is the cutest lady. She is extremely knowledgeable about all of the products in her store. She really listens to what youre looking for and provides recommendations based on your personal goals. Would give an 11/10 if I could and would strongly recommend to everyone

Friendly staff they carry the stuff I need without having to go to the south side of Ohio. Has a nice cozy setting. And their prices are much lower than fresh thyme and GNC.
