Bought a CPAP here. I asked how much it would be without insurance. They said A lot!How much is a lot?$600 without insurance just for the machine not including the mask.How much is the mask?Yours is $120.Well now that Ive paid over $1000 with my insurance I have less than positive feelings about this company.Do not go here.

Anytime Ive tried to contact them about ordering Cpap supplies, and it doesnt matter what time of day, the phone call is either answered by someone who transfers you to that dept., and then you hear, we are experiencing high call volumes, please hold for the next available representative. Then your on hold between 30 to 45 minutes or longer.

The level of incompetence should criminal. Have been trying for 2 months to get prescriptions filled that my son REQUIRES to live. All these items are and always have been covered by his insurance. BUT THE ARE TOO INCOMPETENT TO FILL THEM!!

Terrible experience! Went for a CPAP “fitting” if that is what you want to call it. Clearly the worker did not have time to help me. Very disappointed! Should have just left and found a new place.
