The experience was very professional yet very informative of my entire procedure. Removed ear blockage and an earagation as well to removed excess wax and dry skin. Had extensive hearing tests to reveal my hearing loss results. All was explained in a way I was able to understand an referrals were give for further evaluation of different issues other than hearing. Overall my recommendation to send anyone to this office and especially Dr Gabriel would be spot on. 👌

I found the staff at Gabriel-Moran were very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. This was my second time I was invited for a free hearing evaluation. They were able to show me how my hearing as declined slightly over the past few years. They gave me some excellent recommendations and guidance of what I could do going forward. I have been a customer at Gabriel Moran for more than 25 years. They are quick to respond when problems arise with my hearing aids and never push for additional purchases. The staff is friendly, efficient and aware of the challenges involved in hearing loss. This is a great place to obtain good information and care.

I received a mailer about free hearing tests advisingthat I could possible receive hearing aids paid for by Medicare. I was skeptical because previous encounters with hearing aid professionals were like dealing with used car dealers. They always wanted to push upcharges. I was surprised with the way I was treated. The test was very low key but through. When it came time to see the hearing aids and look at prices, there was no pressure to buy. In fact I was discouraged from buying a pricier aid as I was told I did not need it. When I came in to be fitted for the hearing aid, I met Jessica. She is a treasure. She showed me how it worked, fitted the ear pieces and explained everything. When I came back for the second time, I asked if certain modifications could be made and Jessica completed them in minutes. It was a real pleasure to work with the staff. I would recommend them to anyone who has a hearing difficulty. Thanks for everything Joe Paruszkiewicz

The staff is always friendly and helpful. They remember your name. Almost like Cheers, but without the happy hour. Just kidding. I came to them after a bad experience. I am glad I switched.

Staff is great! Tara really understands the needs of those with impaired hearing. She explains how to use the newest technology (and there is a LOT) in easy to understand language. She makes sure the individual is receiving the very best sound possible for their situation.

Until I answered Gabriel-Morans ad I had been with a local audiologist for over 10 years. I knew I needed new hearing aids, but I was intrigued by the ad, and since everything was free, I thought - what the heck. Of course, nothing is really free. I wound up buying new hearing aids. However, in the 10 years with my previous provider, I never experienced the quality and level of service that I have experience with Tara Miller. She is extraordinary, and probably should write a book on customer service. She is not only competent and well qualified. She is patient, understanding and relatable. No one has ever spent as much time as she has in helping me to learn about my new hearing aids. Not only that, she knows exactly what will work and what wont. Shes willing to take the time to really listen and then with exquisite patience, help you with a solution. Each time I see her, I come away very satisfied. The bonus is that these are the best hearing aids I have ever had. The sound quality is wonderful, the bells & whistles (crowd sound control etc) are great, and I forget that I have them in - which was never the case with the old ones.If you are considering getting new aids, or being evaluated to see if you need them, do yourself a favor and at least pay Tara a visit.

Im amazed by the level of quality service this office provides to its patients. In my experience, a majority of hearing aid offices want to rush people out of the office during services and follow up visits or sell them a new set of hearing aids, not this place. The staff at Gabriel-Moran Hearing is kind, compassionate, trustworthy, and knowable and will help you hear again.

Tara and Kim are super friendly and smiling every time Ive come in. Tara is very knowledgeable and is very concerned about my whole hearing health. I highly recommend this team for your hearing needs. They even hooked me up with a free phone. Awesome service.

Tara is a very personable and knowledgable professional. Both her and her secretary, Kim, are compassionate to the individual needs of patients. Tara is well-informed about the technology available in her field as well as special programs that solve specific challenges. She is also sensitive to financial challenges as well, and very resourceful. They find efficient, reliable solutions to problems to help overcome communication challenges.

The time they take and knowledge they pass on is admirable. The fact that Tara also deals with a hearing loss lets you know that she really understands what you’re going through.
