Chris was professional and pleasant to deal with in all respects. He had to come 3 times to complete the work and told us exactly what he’d be doing and next steps if the first effort was not successful. They just completed a substantial basement project for us; waterproofed our basement, added plumbing for a 1/2 bath, installed new sump pump and rerouted our main sewer line to the street. It was the first time we used Emergency Drain and Plumbing.A saddle valve broke in our basement, and we called them to repair it. They arrived within a couple of hours. They replaced the saddle valve by a more reliable connection, and also suggested that we replace our old water heater. We scheduled that replacement for the following week. In the meantime, our toilet started to leak badly, and they also took care of that job (toilet flange/pipe replacement).The main individual that did the job (Fry) was professional, calm, and courteous. He did a fantastic job, cleaned everything upon completion, and even offered to quickly repair a door handle that was broken. Being a perfectionist, I was really impressed by the quality of his soldering job (see pic), which speaks to his attention to details.Highly recommended, I know who to call next time my 1920s house is giving me a hard time.

Only issue for me was PRICING. Otherwise, very professional, Quality work, prompt, they clean after themselves. But i had sent a picture of the leak, and the *guesstimate* was $160 +/-; i was quite bummed when it cost me $230 to replace one copper corner.Was it done right? sure.I think the $65 Service Call FEE should be part of the Service once we get service; Incorporated. Not In Addition To the service.Because if you already charged me to come here, why am i getting zero minutes of service for that?But Still i am giving them 5 stars for the work, punctuality, cleanliness, and professionalism.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Emergency Drain and Plumbing. I needed help replacing a cracked section of sewer pipe running under the foundation of my home requiring excavation outside and inside. Brent and team came in a took care of it. They know their stuff and I felt in very good hands. Even when the excavation work exposed some additional work needed for a complete repair, they didn’t blink. The team was as a whole professional, tidy, efficient, and they showed up when they said they would show up. Brent updated me every step of the way so I was always informed of progress.I also really appreciate their attention to customer service. I called ED&P on the weekend and was able to quickly get an appointment to have my site evaluated and get an estimate. I mentioned I wanted to move quickly and Brent promptly followed up and moved quickly to get me an excavation date. So many companies drop the ball on this stuff. I have used Emergency Drain and Plumbing before and my experience is still positive. The individual (who goes by Fry) that came out was very professional and answered all my questions. He took his time and did not rush through the repair. He did well to slowing turn the water back on and made sure the repair was properly fixed.

Nate is the best! Courteous and respectful. He was on time. Roto-Rooter came out and quoted me at twice the cost. he didnt leave until the problem was fixed!

We’ve gone to Emergency Drain and Plumbing twice this year. The first time was for a sump pump discharge line and then we had some leaky pipes in our mud room. Both times these guys were timely, friendly, professional, and did a wonderful job. These are our plumbers going forward. If you have a plumbing issue, don’t hesitate to call. Great experience with this company! They scheduled me quickly and in a timely fashion.I had called for a shower drain leak in a fairly new (3year old) basement bathroom addition. This company had fixed the problem site of the drain itself and not half heartedly just silicone a temporary fix like the original plumber/contractor had done. It was a tedious job to be done, but Jason, the master plumber who was sent out, did it right the first time.. no leaks. I liked his work ethics, was clean in how he did his job, respectful to the surrounding area as to make minimal damage to walls..only downside is the price is a little on the higher side,, but since it was done correctly, i rather pay a little more than to hire someone else for the job in the future.

Used them last weekend to clear sewage backup. Now a week later same thing, sewer backup in the basement. Called for them to come out today and was told that they dont come out on Sundays for warranty work,Unheard of ;we have sewage backup and they wont come out. Tried calling back and now the voice message states they are closed but online states open to 10 pm on Sundays. NOW we have to pay weekend rates again from another company!!!! cant get any help from them!!! if this was are first time they would come out you would think they would send somebody out no matter what

We had a really nasty issue with our kitchen sink not draining. Turns out we had to have some major work done to repair it. The previous owners dumped a lot of grease down the sink. (Ps: dont do that. Leads to stinky, gross, clogged pipes and costly repairs depending on severity lol) Thankfully Fry came out last Thursday and was able to fix the issue within the quoted amount and we have not had issues since! He was very professional and informative, with excellent customer service. We are very thankful to have our kitchen sink back up and running. I highly recommend this Fry and this company for any of your plumbing needs.

Our sump sewer line collapsed from our house to the city storm sewer main. We were referred to Emergency Drain and Plumbing (EDAP) by some neighbors. The job required digging up a good portion of our yard in order to replace the line. Brent, Fry and the rest of the crew came in and did an amazing job! They not only completed the job in a timely manner, but they did so without any major disruption to our landscaping! The excavator operator was simply amazing! Ive used them for years for little plumbing issues to bigger projects and they approach all of my needs the same – they want to fix the issue, do the job properly and give good value. I was leaning toward getting a tankless hot water heater, which is much more expensive (and mostly from labor costs, which is profit for them), and they circled back to talk to me to ensure it was really what I needed and worth the extra cost for my small family. Who does that? Theyve shown up on weekends and after hours to bail me out. I recently caused them a lot of trouble (accidentally) with a plumbing job they agreed to do for me, and the plumber from their team stuck around for hours to make sure the job got done regardless of my blunder. Chris stopped by to offer a hand, too. I have recommended them to many friends who all rave about them as well and then pass them on to their friends. Never showed up for a confirmed appointment. Supposed to show between 8 and 9am to test backflow preventers. 11am got a call from a very confused plumber babbling about didnt know what he was to come out for. Could have called BEFORE the appointment to discuss. Very unprofessional.

Because of the extreme cold I had a pipe burst at my 5 unit apt building at 8 pm. I called them and Garrett was there by 9 and went to work on some very old pipes. At first it wasn’t looking good. After explaining my issue to her, she had the owner Brent call me within 5 minutes and her gave me an honest opinion. About two hours later, they sent two extremely knowledgable and honest technicians out to my house. The two guyss names were Garrett and Aaron . They communicated every possible scenario along their process including risks and costs involved. They even happily let me be that annoying guy that watches them do their job and ask a bunch of questions. TALKING ABOUT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! The job was completed to perfection after they cleared a calcium clog in my stormwater discharge drain 80ft from my house! No more water backing up next to my foundation!
