Well, I waited four years to write this review. That gave me time to consider the quality of the service, the way I was treated when I spent $25,000 with a salesman or $15 with the parts guy, how I was treated whenever I thought I had a problem, and if I was being cautioned about buying implements I didn’t need or asking for serivce my equipment did not call for at the number of hours it currently had.For the record, Mike, my salesman, has seen me about 4 times in 4 years. I needed to replace a seatbelt (my tractor is exposed all year and takes a beating) and stopped in to order a replacement. While talking to the parts department, Mike walks in, addresses me by my name, and asks how things are going.Think I will ever buy from another guy? Ha! No way!As for parts and service, top notch. I have been told twice to save money and wait until more hours are on my tractor. Parts? The guys at the counter are quite forgving (I often need help determining what I really need), professional (I have never had to return so much as a shear bolt), and will make sure you have everything else you need to finish your task.Customer care? I’ve called several times when “My tractor won’t start!” issues developed. EVERY SINGLE TIME, when I spoke with multiple employees (parts, sales, and mechanics) I was always treated like I was a million dollar client, and every single time, IT WAS MY MISTAKE!Are you a new tractor buyer? You are going to screw up! You will stall your ride in the middle of the road! You will have a safety switch keep your tractor from starting in a snow storm. All these issues will be operator errors—and ONLY SHARON SPRINGS GARAGE will have a staff that LOVES to help you get that tractor out of the road, and that snow off your driveway.Look, you are spending a lot of money. You will need a team that truly loves the products you sell. The folks at Sharon Springs Garage in Troy? They stand behind their products and beside you—YEARS AFTER YOU MADE A PURCHASE.Trust me, you do not want to be blocking the middle of the road because you stupidly tripped a safety switch through shear ingnorance. Make sure you bought your ride from Sharon Springs Garage in Troy.WHY?Because they will answer your call. They will quickly figure out what you did wrong. They will get your ride restarted, get you out of the road, and every time you walk in their store for a part, a new implement, or a can of Kubota Orange paint—you’ll feel great about choosing them for your tractor purchase.Yep, it’s a lengthy review! They deserve it. And you deserve their superior products, service, and staff. Stop there first, or stop there last, but buy there. You’ll be so happy you did. I sure am!Believe me, you can trust them with your money, you can depend on the equipment you buy from them, and you can rely on their service.
Recently purchased a LX2610 from Mike. While the pandemic has created all sorts of supply chain issues, Mike went above and beyond to get me the tractor and implements that I requested. He is also very knowledgeable and was very responsive to any questions that I had along the way. Highly recommended.
Just got driveshaft for my snowblower. Most of the parts available the same day, avarege price.
Great purchase experience. Delivery was smooth and everything gone over just as it should be. I’m a happy customer.
