Anne-Rose was a blessing from the start of the phone call; friendly, energetic and knowledgeable. She told me they had a part but wanted to check the inventory on hand to make sure it was indeed in stock; it was. No other dealer in the area had this belt on hand… VERY thankful for Troy-Tipp and their staff that actually cares about quality service.

Im glad we have Amazon! 2nd time ive called to see if a local place had my part i needed in. Nope! Two parts not instock and it took a week or more to order them! Glad I dont have a lawn care business anymore parts taking a week to get in! The one time they actually had a part in the service wasnt that great anyway. So much for staying and shopping local!

Very disappointing experience. They had no sense of urgency. Bad customer service. No communication. They picked up my mower June 1st got it back around 16th It was not fixed. They took it back called a couple of time in July it was obvious no one had even looked at it. Long story short I get it back 2 1/2 months later and there is still an issue with it. Each person I talked to was pleasant but seemed like they had no sense of urgency and customer service. I felt like they really could care less about even repairing my mower let alone me using there services.Update i took my mower out today to mow a second time since I got it back and same issue not fixed. And its only a 3 year old mower. I will NEVER buy equipment or USE their repair service from them again. Unacceptable.

Ordered a cable on June 27th 2020, was told typically ships within a week. Called every week and was told nope on shipment. So after waiting a Full month I decided to find another lawn shop and they got the part in 2 days in my hand. So still I waited to see if this company was going to call me and as of today 8-18-2020 no call. I reach out to them and person says oh yeah I seen that came in yesterday! Followed by I called you witch I did not receive . So told them the whole ordeal was bad business and my suggestion is to get another dealer cause they lost our business and all our friends and families business. Not to mention the female who works here is rude loud obnoxious and needs not to be in the public eye as she is a Karen! Nobody likes Karens. This place would not get 1 star from me. Poor poor service!

Very reputable dealer. Will not sell you something you dont need, just to make a sale. Gives you the straight pros and cons of each model and price point. Prices are competitive. Their repair service is slow, but if you buy a mower from them, you get free loaners while yours is in the shop.

Dropped equipment off in May. I have to call them to get any updates as they wont take the initiative to call me with updates. Its September and they keep saying they have tried to troubleshoot but will keep circling around to it. Wouldnt recommend.

Dropped a leaf blower to be repaired under warranty.The ladies at the counter werent exactly warm and fuzzy and for a first time customer I felt the atmosphere slightly confusing.There were garage style doors that were opened with a for inside that appeared like an office.... Nope. You have to walk through the garage to the farthest corner to be treated rudely with no eye contact. I was told it would be a couple months to get my blower back.They called a few weeks later I went to get it. Asked what was wrong that it wouldnt start and stay going.... I was told it worked fine for me.At least I didnt get charged

Bought a new snapper riding mower 3 months ago, pleased with the mower so fare. Ordered 2 mulching blades over the phone, was told they would be $21.45 each plus tax. When i picked them they said they went in price. They charged me $26.05 a blade. I asked them about it,they said that happens all the time. I went ahead bought them. When i got home i called them and told here about it . She acted like she could care less! I told here i would probably never buy from them again, she acted like she didnt care. There customer service sucks!!!

I was looking for a specific lawn mower blade. The lady that answered the phone obviously sounded like she did not want to be there. She said I needed the model number of the mower. So I looked it up and call back. Instead of looking it up she then decides she needs the serial number. I dont understand that if you have no intentions of helping your customers or you have the ability to look up a part for your customers. Why bother just closed the shop and do something else with your life.

Lady/owner is very rude and not helpful at all. Spent $15000 on house generator and mower 3 years ago and she has never been freindly. Just had mower I bought 3 years ago serviced and it was$717.00 for 2 new spindles, oil and spark plugs change, a carberator tune on a weed eater, 3 Quarts oil for generator, filter, and 2 spark plugs. Very expensive, mechanic was nice but works on commission, WOW, that explains the high bill.

Absolutely horrible customer service . Did a repair, was told it would take 2 weeks, turned into 6 weeks and then not being told what was wrong and getting stuck with a big repair bill. Had no choice but to pay it !

Went to set up demo appointment for a customer that is wanting to buy a new mower they informed me that she would have to come into place of business to try it out, I made mention that she wouldnt do that and they let me walk out without trying to work something out. I have done this before and never been an issue and also this customer bought a new mush mower from them. Just blew me away that they would let a cash paying deal just walk out the store. Not satisfied with outcome.

I had equipment repaired here over the years. If it wasnt a good place I wouldnt go back. They try to get you your equipment back as soon as possible depending on the time of year.
