Today I went to the Tumi Store in Somerset Collection to have my bag monogrammed. From the moment I walked in the customer service was crappy. While looking for monograms I asked if a dash - could be placed between 2 letters. Cindy replies no. Only letters can be put on there but clearly there’s a monogram example of special characters and emoji’s that you could choose from (very interesting). Ok no problem, I just picked something different. Well once my bag was monogrammed, as I was getting ready to walk out of the store my daughter noticed that the shopping bag had a huge tear on the side. So I turned to the lady that helped me (Cindy) simply asked if I could get another shopping bag cause the 1 I had was obviously about to rip completely open. Her reply and I quote “WE DON’T GIVE BAGS TO THE OUTLET”. This bugged me because what you’re telling me is that people who purchase from the outlet stores are not worthy of good customer service and a shopping bag that won’t rip open. What you’re saying is even though your shopping bag says Tumi it’s not the same quality and therefore you can not have a shopping bag from the Better of the 2 stores. You would rather send your customer out of the store with a big tear on the bag that says Tumi regardless of which store it was purchased at. When I left the store the bag I purchased and the shopping bag it was in represents The store not the location. Cindy has very very poor customer service and I would never spend a dollar at that store because of it. I would prefer to go back to the 2nd hand “low class” Tumi store any day because the lady that helped me there was amazing! If you go to this location avoid spending your money with Cindy!!!! By the time I made it back to my vehicle the bag ripped completely open and my purchased bag dropped on the ground!

Great selection, the staff is very knowledgeable about their products. The customer support is great, I showed up just before closing to have my name put on a piece of our luggage and they took the time to get it done. Thank you!

Needed to send out an older TUMI for repair. The staff said no need they had the parts! Fixed on the spot Nd they were very gracious! You want outstanding service this is were you need to go! Purchased from them before as well, very knowledgeable! Thank you

Tumi is a great store and a great brand I have had the same laptop bag for my entire career it had a tracking number and so it can be returned if lost and it is very durable. My wife purchased me a wallet from Tumi which wore out and they gave me a new one with my initials free which was really great. They stand by their products and all of them are very highly engineered. They definitely make the best luggage out there in terms of functionality and I wish I could afford the whole blue Camo set that they did have before Christmas I am unsure if it is a line they still sell.
