Very clean and organized store layout. Sales reps were very professional, polite, and helpful.

Very disappointed in my shopping experience at this location today. I will be contacting corporate in the morning. I won’t be shopping at this location again.

Horrible experience left 5 items there and never came back for them. The elderly salesperson argued and snapped at me when another salesman told me she had other patterns in that water bottle in back. I was being patient because their internet was down and I was going to have them order and send to my house instead. Also, I didnt mind when she was hanging out with her friend but when she yelled at me that was it I had enough..I didnt want to make a issue about it so I chose to leave. I will try at partridge hopefully they are nicer in there.

If what you want isnt available in store they will check online to see if its available there. They can ship it to your home or have it shipped to your local store for pick up. Pretty convenient for those of you who are busy bees.More friends and family discounts please!Im waiting for you guys to have a rewards program.. definitely need a loyalty rewards program for those if us who shop frequently to feel appreciated.

Im giving it 4 stars because of its size and selection. Staff is excellent. Best selection in the area is at the outlet mall at Great Lakes Crossing.

They have a nice variety of quilted bags/ purses. The arrangement of the merchandise & light gave it country cottage feeling. I didnt spend that much time in the actual location because I had compared & selected my item online then arranged for in store pick up. I placed my order that morning then received notification it was ready for pick up in less than a couple hours. I was in & out (including chat time) in minutes.

I tried ordering from Vera Bradley for my first time and I will NEVER make that mistake again. The bag that I wanted was out in store so they told me they could order it online for me and have it shipped to my home. I waited well over 2 weeks and it never came in, so I had to call customer support to find out that the bag is sold out and it is limited edition so they are not making more. No one ever contacted me to let me know this- they just had me waiting well over 2 weeks for a bag that I already paid for and was not coming. I will be getting my money back for that, returning the matching wallet that my boyfriend just ordered me, and I will never be shopping with Vera Bradley again. What HORRIBLE customer service. I am extremely disappointed.
