The store was very easy to find. I found it to be very nice and clean inside. The staff were very friendly. They walked me through what I needed done and helped me when I got stuck and had questions. I was in and out and on my way in no time. Thankfull they were open on a weekend to complete time sensitive documents in a timely fashion. Ill definitely use them again
Miserable people. The grey haired man emits such a negative energy I feel everytime Im there. I get the sense he hates what he does. From snide remarks when selling me labels that amazon says are free to literally dropping and tossing my package on the floor. UN-BELEIVABLE I wish i had video of the way this man handled my package today. Do something else please! Truckee is a happy town. If only there were another place to drop off amazon packages in truckee😞
Very unworkable. Needed posters printed for a lost fur friend, and the old man answering the phone, was having none of it. I hope he never loses a best furbaby. Its a horrible 😞 feeling.
The customer service at this store is amazing. I purchased some printing online but didn’t realize it typically takes four hours to process. The team here went out of their way to accommodate me and save me a trip back to this store, all while being very friendly and polite.
Love the convenience and friendly, helpful people. Never have had to wait more than a few minutes.
Nice & friendly staff and owners. Have been here multiple times recently. Emailed PDF for printing - was ready quickly, sent packages, bought office supplies. All the things you need from a UPS store. :)
I do not believe the girl that was there deserves all the negative reviews. I was in the Ups Store right before she closed the doors a little past four and I have my receipts that prove what time she was done with me. Before me there were two people, a lady trying to send out about four packages and a man filling out a form getting ready to send more packages. I was there with two more packages to send with a big line of people behind me, nobody was trying to get a livescan while I was there. The girl looked exhausted while she was helping me due to the high amount of customers. Before closing the store, she quickly called her boss and got permission to close the doors early. She was very polite in informing us she was closing; However, People were pounding on the glass very hard when they saw that the door was locked... “When I notice a place is closed early I go to my car and wonder why, but I never start heavily knocking on the glass.” This is harassing behavior and it is very unacceptable, because it was very busy and she was left at the store alone, it is not her fault her boss left her alone on a very busy day. If I were in her shoes, I would have called the police. She was bouncing from register to register that day trying to do shipping and drop-offs (I have been in this store multiple times and she is always running around doing her job and doing it well.) To all the people writing negative reviews please be honest and put yourself in her shoes. The girl felt threatened when people were knocking hard on the glass window. It was a very busy day and she was all alone, if anyone deserves the hate it should be her boss for leaving her alone at the busiest time of the year. I hope she is getting paid the salary she deserves for all the work she is doing.P.S. I gave this store 5 stars because she did a good job; however, I do not like that her boss left her alone on a busy day

I updated my review to reflect this.Original review:I Came in to the store to have a UK passport picture taken - basic photo with plain background and no shadows. We quickly discovered that the standard white background used for US passport pictures was not wide enough for the photo I needed.Ronny, who was super nice throughout the process, took some photos against the store wall. Shadows and sunlight made this process difficult as well as the texture on the wall (I had stated many times that the photo requirement said no textured background - which is why I didn’t just take the photo at home - against my wall with the same texture I was now standing against at the store).I pointed out the wall texture and shadows in the final photo and said that the photos wouldn’t work.Ronny then told me that he felt like he needed to charge me something for his time...but would give me a 50% discount (passport photos were $11.99). It made me feel very uncomfortable....like going to a store and having a sales associate help you pick out clothes, only to find out none of them fit well...and then having them ask you for money for their time.Baffled that I was even being asked for money (I didn’t get a useable photo or prevent any other sales from occurring as I occupied Ronny’s time), I handed Ronny $5 for his time, and walked out. Not a great way to treat local customers.
I hate to pile on but I had the same experience as several other reviewers yesterday. I showed up half an hour before closing (based on the hours posted both online and on the front door) only to have the woman inside irritatedly shoo me away.Totally forgivable if there was a good explanation that was shared with customers (some kind of emergency?). As it was, its hard to justify going here again over Office Boss.
My son sent me an envelope of medicine I needed from the Bay Area. Roughly 4 hours away on highway 80. He paid $52 for it to be over nighted. An envelope! Got her about 36 hours later. Not a problem. But $10 more to give it to me? Everybody has a gimmick to rip you off. Insurance on the rental car that is already covered by your own insurance, undercoating for that first new car you buy, $25 a night extra tax on your hotel room they did not tell you about? Join the Rip off club UPS store and UPS.
Usually a good experience, but today, their website and sign on their store window said they are open to 4:30 PMI arrived at the store at 4:10 PM, the door was locked.I knocked on the door, got the attention of lady at the counter, pointed at the open until 4:30 PM sign, and the lady hand gestured me to go away!Other than this one bad/rude experience, I have been happy with the service.
Always friendly, helpful, and efficient.
Needed a live scan done but the store was closed more than 30 minutes before the time posted online and outside the store.
