I came in with a slight panic about overpaying with another cell company. Emeka from the Trumbull Mall location in Trumbull and he helped to start a new line for significantly less. He helped me with such ease and he listened to my problems and placed in the best plan for me. Easily 5 stars!

Went into this store to get a new SIM card as I had my number changed and was having an issue with WiFi calling since that. I got Good service from Daniel he listened to me and fixed the issue I was having with WiFi calling. I was in and out in about 20 Minutes! Thank You

Worse experience for picking up my device. Send my daughter to pick up replacement for her lost phone. She waited there 3 hours and customer service on the phone helped me to expedite the process. But for some unknown reason the store manager was unable to give her the replacement! Even the fraud department didnt know why the store was unable to give her the replacement. Never going back there and cancelling my order! If I could I would give them negative five review.

I was told I was able to upgrade my phone, the rep started the process and in the middle of it stated that the upgrade was no longer possible. Then stated that he had to inquire with the manager about me paying a restocking fee for the phone he started to do the upgrade with. I told the rep Verizon is offering the same promotion and I would switch providers due to this inconvenience. He nor the manager did nothing to rectify the issue and I left feeling disappointed. As a result of this experience, I plan to switch to Verizon.

Came into Trumbull store and had been to another AT+T,and Apple,and decided to come to this store where I originally bought phone and everyone was good/to make this straight to point Souki greeted me,was fantastic,fixed app problem which other 2 stores couldn’t,bought new watch,TV service,and accessories,she’s definitely a great worker and will just come here any issues should arise,she’s a 5 star superstar

Stephan Chin was amazing! I went to the Fairfield AT&T twice and they told me there was nothing they could do about my voicemail issue. They continued to blame my phone. Went to Apple in Trumbull and they did everything diagnostic and said the issue was my carrier. Came downstairs to AT&T in the Trumbull mall and Stephan immediately recognized I had the wrong SIM card!! No one had questioned or looked at this yet and after resetting and going through every possible option, with total patience, fixed my voicemail issue! It legit has been ongoing for months and he did it in 45 minutes. So appreciative! I will definitely be back to see him!

I only have 4 months of AT&T and when I went to make my plan, the seller lied to me about everything, values, plans, contract. And now Im paying more than I promised and the Internet service is really bad and I cant cancel my contract. Ill get my rights, I have everything written by the Seller what was promised and nothing was fulfilled.Without a doubt the worst and most dishonest company there is.

I always come to this location to get a new phone, but not anymore. I walked into this place to upgrade my iPhone. As soon as we walked in, no one out of the 2 employees greeted us in the slightest. One associate was sitting down chatting with the mall security guard forever, totally ignoring our presence. The other associate sat on her tablet without looking up at all, not to mention her mask wasnt even covering her nose. We were the only customers in the entire store. We waited around the iPhone setup for 5 minutes, still no help. Once we asked to be assisted, both of the associates still did not lift their heads or give one shred of attention to us. What a shame. This was a guaranteed sale. After 10 minutes of literally standing there, staring at the employees in hopes that wed finally be helped, neither of them budged. Im not trying to sound irritating or overbearing; we legit were just not helped after 20 minutes, despite asking and acting politely. The T-Mobile right across from us was heavy with traffic and active store employees which made me laugh. We just left and went to the Fairfield AT&T. I was in and out of there in 10 minutes, easy. Congrats to the this location on not even having bare minimum service👍

In store service was so much better and accurate than any of the over the phone customer service reps had provided. Mitsouki was great, very informative, patient but above all transparent and understanding regarding my question of doubt. She took the time to research question asked of her that she didnt know off the top of her head. That was really comforting and made the biggest difference regarding my decision to follow through on my order initially made over the phone.
