Nasty and lazy lady told us to leave even the store was still open.Goodbye we will take the business somewhere else. We came to buy 3 pairs.

This journeys is definitely one of the most effective and friendliest I’ve been to. Their two associates that helped me were phenomenal, and made it feel so easy to accomplish what I came for. Jade Johnson and Anasta Warren are by far some of the best people I’ve meet that work in customer service. They made it super easy to return a pair of Ugg’s without my receipt . The store was also very clean and the two associates were more then helpful in helping me try to exchange the shoes and return them.

Terrible ‘no’ customer service. Would not take a return with receipt because we didn’t have the credit card used for the purchase. Have to make another trip with the credit card. Will not be shopping here again. Journeys needs to understand people don’t give their credit cards to the person whom the gift is intended for. You should be able to return in 2018 without having the credit card present.

Poor customer service skills would never buy from this store again. Manager was rude as well as employee. I went to ask her a question and she cut me off before I could finish my question.When I asked rep if she was the manager she said yes...I asked her for her managers info she wouldnt provide me with the information or her name. Sad to think they put her in the position to manager and she has ZERO customer service skills. She started to make a scene by saying dont point at me which i had a pen in my hand to write on the receipt her name and I gestured the pen in her direction. I seen where it was going so I smiled and said its ok ill just call corporate and make my complaint.

Place is focused on shoes...it seems not noon busy...could be the time I went

Dnt shop here!!..never have the latest in stock, machine breaks down very often...never have cash when you need your cash refund..I had a $70 refund and its very hard to beleive that at 2:50 PM they cant refund my dam money..never seen this in america😖😖

I get all my shoes here!
