Visited this location and the girl who was there treated me as if I was gonna rob the place. Very uncomfortable experience. I had a purse with flaps she attempted to look in my purse as I exited the store. She made me feel so uncomfortable. I ended up leaving and headed to Nordstrom in Sono where I found a great designer bag. She never even asked if I needed help. She just watched me. Worse shopping experience I’ve ever had.

The staff is are very nice and warming. Nicole one of the Sales Associates is very attentive and honest. I must admit it be cheaper to buy MK from Macys but I think shopping at this store is great if you want to buy the newest items of the MKs line up. P.S. I only shop here for my GF.

Very disappointed with the customer service in Westfield Trumbull Mall in Connecticut

Sold me the wrong gift for my wife after I asked specifically for a certain color.I even had the right name and number of the color I needed.Then when I went to exchange the item for the right color I was charged double the price because they said that color was not on sale.They shouldve honored the price of the original item.

Even its an otlet store the prices are still to high
