Great pizza. A bit cramped because of their COVID cubicles, hopefully will be better once removed. A little slow and I would say pricey for personal pizzas. All employees were SUPER FRIENDLY AND PLEASANT!!!

I meet my cousin here once a month for our cousins dinner.It was her recommendation and a plus for me is that it is on the airline dining program so thats a bonus. We have been here 8 times and are never disappointed. Both the food and the service are great.We will be back next month !!

Phenomenal pizza. Nice staff. Food is presented nicely. My only complaint would be that I had multiple seeds in the orange that was one of the ingredients of my agrumi salad.

The first time I came, I only ordered a tiramisu for takeout. I’m assuming they ran out of it but then decided to make it on the spot…which meant that it was crunchy lady fingers with the filling placed on top and cocoa powder. It wasn’t nasty, but that’s not tiramisu. They should’ve just told me they ran out and I would’ve opted for an alternative. Nevertheless I came back again for pizza. It was expensive but very yummy.

Absolutely delicious food, the staff was amazing and friendly. I had the lobster ravioli and boy was that fantabulous!!

Love this place! Very cozy and the food is unbelievable. The chef Fausto makes some unbelievable dishes. If you are ever there please try the (Ñoqui) you wont regret it.

Great food, great portions and great taste. I love the atmosphere and the prices are very reasonable. The only one thing I can say is that employees should look a little more excited to serve the customers for example, ( is it your first time here? Have a great night, we hope to see you again). Food was great although a bit overpriced. The music style and volume were decidedly disturbing to not only listen to but to try to carry on a conversation.

The food is average, portions small and prices high. Dont expect Fairfield standards at this Trumbull location. Pizza is a step up from Old Town Pizza, although thats not saying much.

Stopped in for lunch and had a great meal. Had a tasty panini with some fresh made friends and was very happy with the quality and taste. They had a decent variety of beer on tap for local harder to find crafts. Definitely a good meal and will be trying out for dinner sometime as well because the bartender recommended. parppadelle

Came here after a day of work. The overall dining experience was nice, great looking restaurant, nice place to get together. They have a nice selection of deserts and coffees. Now when it comes to the overall food experience, it was alright, nothing special. I ordered a salad and the calzone. Price wise, it is very reasonable, I guess I just had high expectations for this place.

LOVE the pizza! Cannot be beat. So glad to have found the Trumbull location as I moved to the area from Norwalk and was sad to leave the Norwalk location.

My husband and I were driving by and decided to stop there. Food was very nice. Waiter service could have been better but Ive seen much worse, the waiter was nice and always came to us asking if we like anything or not. However, Im judging by comparing with many other Italian restaurants Ive been to.

The pizza was AMAZING and the staff was super friendly. That combo alone makes it a stellar place! Definitely coming back!! I doubt care if its a 2 hour drive!

I have to say $36 for a large pizza is a bit crazy when everyone else is $10 or more less in price. I recommend nearly any place else. What does this place have only $$ for pricing. It should be $$$$$

Excellent food but not what I consider COVID SAFE. Jam packed indoor seating and pick-up area. Impossible to be socially distanced. Take out pick up was a joke. Choice was to wait inside to beat the freezing temperatures and stand shoulder to shoulder with people in masks only a few feet away from diners without masks, or stand outside in another crowd of masked people not standing 6 feet apart. Also, no designated spots open for those doing pick-up. They could do better. Ill get good take out elsewhere.

We ordered for pick up, Calamari, Aranccini, Ravioli Rosa, Schiaffoni Sorrentina. All was hot and fresh. Calamari was rings only but they were big and fork tender, soooo good.Aranccini, lightly battered cheesy rice goodness. The main dishes were just as good, so light, but filling at the same time. Price was reasonable, but this was higher end. They also have pizza, paninis, salads.If you have not tried before def. Worth a shot, we will be back for sure!!

Great food and indoor service, but when I called to place an order, the female who answered was rude and had an attitude. She didnt repeat my order to make sure it was correct, was not pleasant to speak to. Did not make me want to order again. I would like to have a nice person on the phone when Im spending over $60 for 2 pizzas, not pleased at all.

I gave an extra star in hopes that dining in is a better experience than take out. I ordered delivery via uber eats and was so disappointed in the food. The penne alla vodka awful. The pasta was gummy, not under or over cooked, just gummy and weird. The secret sauce had zero flavor. The portion was half what I would have expected for the price. Everything in the order was lacking flavor in a big way. I hate to judge based on delivery vs eating in store, but if youre considering delivery, dont bother.

Great Italian food that’s consistent from pizza to pasta, all very delicious. Personal pizzas are a bit big but even better, right? I enjoyed the penne vodka and followed it up with a Romanacci Cappuccino which is a cappuccino that has Nutella in it and is topped off with whipped cream (yes, it tastes as good as it sounds).Overall great experience, it’s also just down the street from the Trumbull mall so it’s in a pretty convenient location.

Excellent restaurant with great staff. We order pizza to go and its always amazing, but this time we ate in. Some of the best chicken parm Ive ever had, fresh taste and amazing desserts.

We live about a mile and a half away. Easy to get to. Ordered a small pizza with pepper and onions for take out. Was told 35 minutes for pick-up. Took the four minute ride home. Pizza was barely warm. Had to put it in toaster oven. Taste was OK...nothing great. Paid $16 dollars for this small pie. I think a little overpriced.

Pizza is a bit expensive but good atmosphere and decent prices on drinks.

Location location location, literally on the border of the towns of Trumbull, Fairfield, Easton and Bridgeport in the southwestern corner of Trumbull about half mile from the Westfield shopping mall. Easy to get to from exits 47 or 48 of the Merritt parkway (state route 15).

Best place to eat if you want food lower in sodium with great taste. Every place puts so much salt for taste but not here. I always send anyone with blood pressure or limited salt diet there to eat.

I was seated at the bar and sat for over 10 minutes and not one server nor bartender even offered me a glass of water, let alone take any drink/food order... I wish I was able to review the food, but I never even got the chance...after being ignored for so long, I wound up leaving.

It was my first time at Romanaccis. My friends,who live in Trumbull, suggested we have lunch. I never pass through the area on Madison Ave. Wasnt aware of the new convienient location north of the Shopping Mall. I was very pleased with my meal and plan to visit again with more friends. Our waiter was friendly and accommodating.

Had a good experience the first time. Went for takeout and recived poor service waiting hours for order. Staff seemed unwilling to help customers and lost my order. Will not be going here again.

I got the eggplant and ricotta pizza, which was excellent. The fried calamari was made fresh in-house. The pastries were good too.Its a small place with an open kitchen. Nice place and friendly staff. We came without a reservation in Saturday and got a table within 15 minutes.

Why in the world do you cut your pizzas the way that you do? Not all slices have toppings. Clam pizza was dry and lacked flavor. For what I paid I expected way way better.

Excellent food and excellent atmosphere. I have gone there on several occasions with friends and family. The service is excellent. Once we had to wait due to our party size (family of 6). The accommodations that were made to quickly sit my family was above and beyond. I recommend all my friends to this restaurant, if they are looking for good food and good service.

I ordered the big pizza though ChowNow the other day but I completely forgot I have no car handy and they dont deliver. Unfortunately I was not able to pick up the pizza that evening.The next day they were able to make me a complete new pizza at no extra cost.5 ⭐️ Romanacci

Good meals and personal pizzas. Have a glass or 3 of wine and enjoy well prepared Italian dishes. Only thing keeping the joint from getting a 5th star is that, like so many eateries these days, it can be loud even when not crowded. But we were able to carry on our conversation.2 dinners, 2 desserts, no alcohol $60 incl tax & tip. Portion size was perfect.

All good EXCEPT if you order take out they will tell you 50 minutes when in fact your pizza will be done in 30 and sit on the oven for 20. Whatever time they tell you get there early. A helpful hint from a regular customer. This is done because parking is terrible and they would rather you get your order and run then have you taking up a parking space waiting. Logical, but I dont want cold pizza. Other than that, the food is great and the staff is very friendly.

Awesome little place! Reasonable prices, attentive staff, quaint details and delish pizza, all types and a ROCKIN starter, if u like, with choices of cheeses & meats paired with a mini bread, served with oils/condiments. Only thing id add is a DAILY special, and a soup!

Im from Austin TX, came into town and wanted to find a unique place that was delicious with great service. I got that and more when I found Romanacci. I felt welcomed and what they call southern hospitality but Im not in the south! Kevin was amazing! He kept me company and suggested the best food. He gave excellent service and made me understand why this place was so great. He even topped it off with free dessert at the end! I highly recommend this place! Thanks again!

Ordered the Pollo Fior di Latte for take out and I was disappointed. The dish is $17 and the portion size was very small. I added pasta to the order for $5 and it wasnt enough to fill a rocks glass. Overall it was $23 for basically a small microwaveable meal I could get at the grocery store. It was extremely bland.

Found this lovely, boutique pizza place by chance and was not disappointed! The food was delicious, service was wonderful, and ambience was pleasant. If I lived closer, I would certainly come here often! Kevin was the manager and our server and he went above and beyond - it was greatly appreciated.

For me the pizza is delicious. Nice atmosphere and good wine choices. Can get a bit crowded so plan accordingly.Wanted to update the review based on our most recent visit. Changed it to a 3 based on service. Still love the food here, and understand this is not a fine dining restaurant, but your meal should not be served while you are still eating your appetizers and the bread should not be served after your meal has been served. May sound picky but for me these things impact the dining experience.

Romanacci is a fine Italian restaurant that has the best ingredients and well done. They are client of mine who use the finest Italian importing and dairy products. I had to recommend romanacci. Anyone looking for a local gem will enjoy a fine meal in this restaurant.

The bakery items were tasty, but when we went for dinner, we were told it would be a 45 minute wait. 45 minutes later, it was still a 45 minute wait. Someone needs to teach the front counter person how to properly calculate wait time.

This classy Italian place in Trumbull has it where it counts: fantastic canolis. The pizza is great and very much like pizza youd get in Italy. Great service and excellent decor make this one of my wife and my favorite local places to eat.

Was told that my food order would take an hour, which was fine until I showed up to pick up my order and was told that they ran out of wings and that the person taking orders should have told me when I called but hadn’t.

Very good food. Limited menu. Homemade pasta is amazing. But small restaurant have to wait often.

Layout is definitely geared towards adults with high tables and tight spacing. Its definitely geared more towards the pizza and drinks crowd. It does a good job of that with a solid wine and beer selection youll find something youll enjoy. Desserts are also homemade a delicious.
