Our favorite Starbucks in the area. The kindest staff. We will drive from Norwalk just for the good experience. If they are out of an ingredient they will suggest alternatives and they are always so patient and kind about it. Love this one!

This new location is fantastic. The WiFi is super quick. The inside and patio both have plenty of seating available. There is also a drive-thru here. This has all your usual Starbucks amenities plus a huge inside and tons of windows and sunlight.

Never order from the mobile app because they will literally neglect your order. Placed a mobile order at 10:06 was supposed to be ready by 10:16, it’s now 10:35 and we are just getting our coffee. This is not the first time this has happened, the only reason why we come to this location is because it’s on the way into town. After the 5th time, we are so done with this location. Then you speak to management and they have no clue of what’s going. They let the cups stack up, neglect mobile orders, and prioritize the orders that are being placed in the store. There were more people walking in to place an order, walk out, while we were waiting for nearly 30 min. Absolute disaster and will take our business elsewhere.

Great place and location. Definitely a top tier Starbucks. The staff has always been great here, very fast and efficient.

What a disgusting place! They had flies and bees inside, especially in the cabinet where they exhibit muffins and all. They werent so crowded, I was there at noon. They have enough people to work there to jeep up with the flies and dirty tables but they didnt. Flies in a place like that, unacceptable. Imagine if someone buys a muffin through drive Tru from that cabinet with flies without knowing...

I’m a big fun of Starbucks’s and enjoy the drinks often.Unfortunately had a very bed experience. I went to drive thru on a White Plains Rd,Trumbull this morning .I can’t have ice in my drinks so I ordered my coffee without the ice and received 1/3 of a cup when nicely asked to fill the rest of a cup with milk the lady at the window rolled her eyes on me and made a big deal out of it .She also asked for extra charge .Very rude and poor customer service.

It was horrible I had to wait 20 min for a simple cup of coffee

Great service, even with a very busy drive through line outside. Sat on the patio with a buddy and watched women glued to their phones,not paying attention to the intercom and people sounding their horns. So funny.

Dont knock the buck, they started the whole good strong coffee craze, pre-2000, and they keep comin up with killer ideas, nitro cold brew if you are lucky, man theirs is seriously smooth, best Ive had yet!

Very mixed. Most of the employees are the nicest people but a couple exceptions (the same two people) are consistently rude. They don’t say your welcome or acknowledge anything I say to them. It’s hit or miss with my order and the wait times are usually exceptionally long.

Always friendly and helpful with online order and pick-up. Im grateful for everyone working here and although brief, a pleasant interaction with other people. Coffee is one thing, connection makes it special.

Slowest Starbucks ever !! I ordered a frappe, it Said that it will be ready 8-11 minutes. I show up 20 minutes after ordering and they tell me that there are 4 more drinks ahead of mine that still has to be made.

I am a Starbucks fan & enjoy their chai often. Unfortunately, I had a horrible experience yesterday at the White Plains Road branch. I ordered an iced chai and received iced coffee instead, which I do not like. Went through the drive thru 2nd time to explain & was given a 2nd iced coffee. Waited to taste it and it was clearly not chai tea. Told this is what their chai tastes like which is untrue. Cashier was rude and didn’t offer any alternative except to see her manager. With a long line behind me and no time to go inside, I requested a refund.

Placed a mobile pick up order hoping to cut down the wait time, my order was not ready when I walked in, waited 25 minutes inside until I finally said do you have an order for my name since people were coming in after me and leaving before me, just to find all of the ICED TEA order tickets placed on the counter while all the coffee orders were being made. They then made me the wrong persons drink...so I waited 25 minutes for a simple tea to then just throw it out because it was not what I ordered and I didn’t want to wait another 25 minutes for a new one. Wasted my money and time, very disappointed! Never had this experience at any other Starbucks!

They really need to get their team together and figure out why this Starbucks runs so badly. I sent suggestions to corporate and never got a response. Drive thru is a mess, order through the app and go in and get ignored for 5 to 10 minutes if your drink is even close to being ready at the time they give you. 👎

After a horrible experience with a Dunkin Donuts employee, leaving without a coffee which I desperately needed, I head over to this Starbucks. (I prefer Starbucks) Anyways, the staff was super friendly and accommodating. So glad that Starbucks was able to fulfill my coffee needs!!

I never left a place so stressed like I this with this Place, I asked for a bagel, not cream cheese, ok, then avocado spread, not avocado spread, ok then butter, even I hate butter but I won’t want a dry bagel with nothing on it, ok then butter, i left the store and when I went to eat my bagel and not butter there, no nothing, thank you for help me to start my day frustrated and hating starbucks so much. Never, never again i will buy a thing from this company, I always hate it but now I do a lot more.

Id give it about 50% of the time they dont get my order correctly. Theres always at least one thing thats missing. This is unacceptable at this point. The ironic thing is that they have the details written on the sticker on the cup. It would say stevia, but no sweetener at all. It would say the milk on it, but no milk at all. Whenever I come back, the staff are also the most non-apologetic or dont even know how to acknowledge the inconvenience. Starbucks is suppose to be a HIGH QUALITY coffee, customers pay more for their coffee.

The best place to get hydrated in the world. The have the BEST water known to mankind. The way the pour the water into the cup is so smooth and elegant. The way the ice hits the water is refreshing. They have never gotten my order wrong 😍😍😍

If you go here, i hope you’re not in a hurry or else you will be disappointed.

Sweet people and nice drinks except that I ordered almond milk and no whipped cream due to allergies but they still used normal milk and whipped cream so not sure why I bothered to tell them or pay extra.

They do a great job here, the only problem is that its the only one in Trumbull so if youre in a rush chances are your going to be in line for a while, even mobile orders take long because of how busy they get. Great associates though!

Great place. I have been going here for years and its my go to place for when I need to do some work on my laptop or just meet a friend. The baristas are always polite and rarely make any mistakes, and when they do theyre happy to correct the order. Fast service as well, and the store is always very neat.

Best Starbucks I know, and that goes from where I used to live in West Haven, to Bridgeport. The service is always fast, Mobile order is always ready earlier than expected, and the staff is very friendly. Love this Starbucks because they really do treat every person well... great management here. Won’t go any where else!

I love Starbucks. I always love Starbucks. Holiday drinks are out and they’re wonderful. I was disappointed because I used my Starbucks coffee tumbler and not realizing that it could only hold a grande (16 oz), I asked for a venti. They charged me and did not catch the mistake, but I mean, it’s like $1. It won’t stop me from returning!

This is the second time I ordered a latte in the past week, and when it got delivered, there was only milk in the latte.

This location is always busy but they are always quick and never messed up my order. Great staff and management!

Not a Starbuck kind of guy. Actually dislike the coffee but my wife loves it. I like it for special items and gifts or mugs. If you like Starbucks this place is small but quaint. Decent atmosphere. Outside seating,for the summer days and nights.

DO NOT GO HERE. This is the SLOWEST Starbucks I’ve ever been to. No matter how many workers there are they only have one taking orders, so expect to wait 10 minutes for them to take the order of one person. And despite having ten people working only ONE will make drinks!!! Absolutely ridiculous. It is unbearable to watch. Oh and it took them three minutes to even begin taking someone’s order when a line was starting to form. Don’t go here you will only regret it.

I had to edit this review because year and a half ago this was a great Starbucks to go to but recently has become a Starbucks I avoid. I find it dirty, with a staff that is angry. After a couple months of awful experiences... I drive the extra 15 minutes to the Monroe Starbucks for great service and clean environment.

My daughter loves this place. When youve to reward good. Why not.

The only reason I go here is because they are so close to home and it meets my caffeine need. 50% of the time there is a issue with the order. Not once have I seen a smile or a good vibe coming from behind their counter. For that price and service it seems better off to just go to Dunkin across the street.

Best coffee. Dark roasts are amazing. Other coffee is just colored water :-)

Thia reviews should of really been 0 stars first time comiy to this one I usually go to Seymour. I ask for a chestnut praline steamer (just milk and the flavoring) I even state no espresso please, and a ham and swiss breakfast sandwich. What I get is a disgusting regular chestnut latte and a half frozen breakfast sandwich! Ten dollars down the drain. I ask them to remake it and they said no I even showed them the frozen sandwich and they didnt care.

Standard, well appointed cafe. Had a meeting there and ran into a couple of friends while waiting in line. Im not a Starbucks person, but the barista was patient with me!

Ordered 2 coffees, got one immediately and for the other I had to wait for 10 minutes, after that time I asked the barista if the have my coffee somewhere, and got a negative response. Great waste of time ... however, he did eventually made a that coffee for me. Somehow 50% of time I go to this Starbucks they mess my order up, no apologies, just a normal thing for them. Overpriced, poor service.
