Bad place.Ive Ordered an expensive itemAnd didnt receive itAlso didnt receive not 1 email,not a tracking number, nothing.After a week Ive tried calling upBNC and they told me that there trying to buy the item from a third party seller so they ship it out.Crazy.After a few minutes i got a call back and and he told me that he could no longer talk to me.I will refund you the moneyAnd then he disconnected the line...After a few minutes he called me back and said i cant refund you because you havent paid yet............ I told him I have a confirmation/order number,But he disconnected the line....So guys, if you want to donate money to BNC you can simply place an order....

I’ve been purchasing biweekly from BNC Electronics for around 8 months or so, I searched everywhere for decent cases that weren’t expensive and that could be bought in bulk. The 12 disc & 18 disc bulk of 25 cases has been a lifesaver business wise. Not to mention their customer service is top notch. I’ve had 2 minor issues and spoke to Rick on the first one and Chris on the 2nd time, both were extremely helpful and rectified the issue very quickly and past my expectations. I will continue to only purchase cases through BNC Electronics
