James David is a wonderful sales person! He’s polite and very knowledgeable and helpful. A very professional person and helped my mom and I get a washer as well as provided us information on how to finance it. We need more sales people like Mr. David.

Do not buy a refrigerator from here. It has been a year of high stress! The customer service is the worst. I bought a Kenmore 2019. It never worked. It took 6 months, many repair men & finally they replaced it in 2020. Now 2021 is broken again! I called and they transferred me 6 times then hung up on me!

David Evans is the best salesperson I have ever dealt with. He stayed attached to the delivery at every step. Saved me $1500 on my refrigerator and his follow-up was nothing less than spectacular. He is a model for good service. I will buy all my future appliances from David.

Horrible experience, I am told the website is days behind so best to come into the store. I call to verify items are in stock and when I arrive I am told I cant purchase them since they are floor models. Total waste of time.

They have appliances and furniture that are new and with slight cosmetic flaws ( i.e display models) for below in store price. I purchased a fridge 10 years ago still works great and a dryer recently that works great as well.

I called to make arrangements for my husband to pick up the order and to ask a few questions. They went above and beyond to make sure I received the best model they had in stock and made a worry free exchange for me. Flor patiently answered all of my questions and went to the model on the floor to verify the information I needed. Brigit made a suggestion to save me money on an accessory I need for the freezer. It is very difficult to locate what you want at a reasonable price, especially now, because of the pandemic. I was able to get the stove i wanted thanks to 2 wonderful sales reps at AF in Tucker. Bridget & Muhammad took my phone number down and when they received the item I was looking for they phoned me. That kind of customer service is hard to come by ppl. I really want to thank them for helping to make my kitchen reno a little easier bear.

I went to American Freight in tucker ga. and it was a bad experience, one of the salesman told me that they put out false advertising to draw in customers, so i pick out a recliner chair, and finance it to find out that it wasnt in stock and he tried to sell me one for 499 dollars, these people are not right...dont GO there 👎👎

Seriously, the customer service for online purchases is well below average; one of the worse experiences ever. It has been a nightmare to getting a refund for an online service. I paid for delivery of a refrigerator, but picked up the item instead because of time. When I inquired about my refund via online contact form...crickets. No email, no call, no verification whatsoever. Ive spoken with at least three different customer service representatives and have called and left messages on other occasions. I have not received any communication/acknowledgement via my email as I requested. Still no confirmation. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND DONT ORDER ONLINE; some businesses are just not prepared. Perhaps the in store experience is different, but the online experience is terrible. I will never order online from this company and do not recommend anyone else do it if you want a good customer service experience.

UPDATE 1/12/18 - Received a call from Brigit in customer service. She apologized and said their phones were down, which is why nothing worked when I tried calling in. She put in an order to replace the freezer door handle and also reimbursed a little for the scuffs on the ice/water area. She kept me updated throughout the holidays, even sending update texts Christmas Eve! She saved the day!ORIGINAL POST - Good price, HORRIBLE customer service. Bought a fridge, had it delivered, and the door pull to the freezer was dented in 2 spots that was NOT there when I bought it. Also, the display for the ice/water is scuffed up, which was not there when I bought it. Even have photo proof. I signed for it as damaged and was told by the delivery men to call the Tucker Outlet store for them to send a new handle out. Ive called on about 7 separate attempts, on various days, at various times while they are open. NOT A SINGLE ANSWER. So I checked these reviews. This Jim the District Manager always replies to negative comments. So I emailed him as he always requests. Several days later, NO REPLY! He just posts on here to try and show like they care. They dont. Called the store again. Busy signal. Tried again, just keeps ringing and ringing for minutes on end, then eventually the system just hangs up on you. I live about 40 minutes away, but my only option left is to literally drive there and try to get it resolved. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE, NO MATTER HOW GOOD THE DEAL SEEMS! No wonder Sears is failing. If you want a scratch/dent, go to a different store like Home Depot or Lowes or Best Buy.

Update: Sales are final. So do not come to this place. The dryer was fixed but it was not. I would recommend going to a more reputable place.The place has decent deals but very few electric appliances. The staff were friendly. The only issue is that the scratch and dent items are dirty. I wish they would clean the dirt.Update: Dont waste your money. I purchases a brand new dryer and its already broken. I used it once and noticed it wasnt drying. The board is our. How does that happen on a brand new dryer. Still not fixed.

BUYERS BEWARE!!! DONT LET THE NAME SEARS LURE YOU IN!I purchased a washer in June, 2020 that was sold as 1st quality. It was delivered and set up. I put a few items in and it started making very loud noises and would not start the wash cycle. I called the store, they apologized and after i returned to the store with my paperwork, they delivered a NEW washer A WEEK LATER. AND Guess what!? It doesnt work properly either! I have to unplug it and let it reset and pray that it starts . It is lit up like a Christmas tree right now and will not start the wash process! I purchased a warranty but didnt think I would need it for a NEW appliance. Once you purchase from them you cannot get a refund. I am stuck with $800 worth of Junk that replaced $800 WORTH OF JUNK! I will be filing a complaint with the BBB, Public Service Comm; Governors Office of Consumer Affairs and whomever else I can think of.

We were told that the products were in perfect condition, but that didnt appear to be the case upon our arrival. One was, but definitely not the other. It had a crease in the top and rear as well as the door hinge was broken.They offered us a discount to replace the door, but we declined and were given a refund.
