I bought a new tv. Elijah was my sales rep he was very nice and professional. I am having problems with the mounts and I cant seem to be able to speak to the right people at Best buy. That is extremely frustrating as no is able to answer the seemingly simple question I have. Terribly frustrating.
This store is terrible. Berry is geek squad was doing nothing and on his phone. When I asked him to help me he told me no. When I asked him to get the manager he told me to go find him. This store is terribly managed and the reason why I am reminded to use Amazon.
Ive never had a good experience at this location. Even before covid the employees act like they dont want to help you and ignore you if youre standing and waiting. There are a few employees who are nice but overall I wouldnt recommend shopping at this Best Buy.

Spent $1600 on washer and dryer, they never delivered nor will they give me a refund. I spoke with the manager Donaye and she didnt bother to help me out. She told me to call the 1888 they gave me 3 case id numbers but they never bothered to call or email me back saying that they would. This is insane to me. I cant believe they just take money like that

The employees are very ignorant and could not care less about the customers. Especially the guy named THOMAS was really not bothered about making any sale. Worst customer service ever. The manager Thomas was GREAT. The store was short staffed, but Thomas provided excellent customer service. He was multi tasking to help as many customers as he could given the staffing shortage.
Sold out of the phone I was searching for but gave me the best buy location that had it in stock. So I guess expect to drive to another best buy.
Was in electronics for 50minutes one sales rep was helping a customer he did not acknowledged me. I left without buying the computer I needed. I could see he was alone even so should have behave better.
Very friendly staff, some store associates, need more knowledge on the store products and services. Do not tell your customers who just purchased a dash cam, to go over to the geek squad for assistance, because you dont know what your doing. You should at least know, the geek squad will not see customers without an appointments!
I order Refrigerator on 8/19/2021 and I was supposed to get on 08/23/2021. But I still haven’t got until now. When I trying to contact the customer service nobody answer the phone.
In a nutshell, I was already having a horrible day with Wells Fargo, accidentally emergency locked myself out of my phone, and was turned away by the nearest TMobile store. Upon arrival, the guy at the mobile service desk pointed a female employee in my direction, who retreated to the back as I continued to wait, when he finally addressed my situation, he tried to assess the situation(more effort than the TMobile store next door), but there was no resolve. I left unhappy, had to travel further north where I was happily assisted at a TMobile team on Chamblee Tucker who went the extra mile to get me back online. Not my worst experience of the day, not my best, and with teammates retreating to the back instead of helping, Geek Squad turning me away because my phone was a Motorola, and going back & forth with me about my problem? Not a good look. 👎🏿
We love Best Buy and we hope that they can stay in business, but our experience recent was not good. We would have walked out of there minus about $900 if it wasnt for one thing. Nothing in this store, that we were interested in, had prices on it. We arent talking one or two items, we are talking dozens of items. It was almost laughable. In the end I got some printer ink and we walked out with a shopping list to buy those items on Amazon. So much for an in-store experience. We were told we can bring the item to any register. My girlfriend was on a shopping spree, there is nothing practical in taking a shopping cart full of items to a cashier for pricing. Your loss Best Buy. I hope you can get it together some day.
I brought my kid to purchase Pokémon cards but James at the front door said they are sold out even though those cards were not sold out and located on the shelf near James but James even didn’t try to check it. Good for me that I didn’t trust James, didn’t drive 30 minutes to another BestBuy and checked availability online.
Excellent experience, I was pricing washers and dryers to get the best price for my budget. Geraldo assist me I think that was his name. This guy helped me and answered all my questions. Kudos to him 👏
Good selection of products, but a bit disorganized. We we looking for a TV, and saw many stacks of boxes with offers, but finding these items on display impossible.We were there about an hour looking, and were unable to find an employee to help with questions. It’s disappointing BestBuy had a near monopoly on brick and mortar electronics stores in most U.S. cities.
I purchased the Samsung Active 2 for myself and the Samsung Active 3 watch for my Fiance. The watches were completely wiped clean so both had to be ordered. The customer service was cool. Each person I dealt with were polite and professional. They knew about the products which reassured me in buying both watches. I also purchased a Mac and the gentleman who helped was very good! All in all it was a good experience.
Not a great store in appearance but highly stocked with knowledgeable employees making the entire shopping experience worthwhile. We were assisted well with drones and cameras, the staff is friendly and helpful. Customer service is great at this store. Made two purchases here, highly satisfied. It is located inside the plaza but can be seen from regular traffic. I recommend this store!
1-14-2021 - Have been to this location many times. I have purchased numerous items big and small. I understand COVID-19 and the restrictions, and precautions. But today when my wife, daughter, and her friends came to purchase a receiver, that was in stock, we were greeted by the greeter after being asked to wait. She asked for a phone number, and seemed to imply no receivers were in stock to which I implied yes there are because I checked before coming here. She seemed to back track. My wife later said while waiting that she doesnt have good customer service skills. And later other patrons waiting to get in said more than 5 people have left can we go in now. She replied Im waiting to be told when I can let people in. Finally we were allowed in. And the sad part we were held at the front, and if we needed help looking for anything the people on the floor were restocking certain areas. Fortunately for me I researched what I wanted, and knew how many were there, and where it was. Ive waited through black Friday sales, changes to the store, etc, but this was one of those not too good experiences. We had to carry it to the front of the store, wait in line, and purchase the item. Then we had to walk it down the parking lot due to many of the parking spaces being replaced with curve side pickup.

Do not go into this Best Buy if you are planning on purchasing anything that requires assistance from a store associate. I went in today to purchase an Apple Watch. I was in the store for at least 45 minutes and had to leave without making a purchase. At first there was no store associate willing to assist me at all then there was no associate that could actually retrieve one from wherever they hide the watches themselves. There were associates standing around with seemingly nothing to do, so I’m assuming they are apathetic towards actually selling you anything. This was a huge waste of my time!
Service personnel walk around like they dont see you. I didnt get what I wanted,out of stock. So the stereo I bought was more than I wanted to spend. And store personnel could not tell me anything about it.
I had to find someone to assist me after waiting in the store for 10 minutes. Once I found someone, the process went quick.

The Service at this location couldve been allot better. I hold best buy to a higher standard because they have always provided me with the best service. Also the prices listed at the store didnt match some of the products and one of the reps lied and told us we wouldnt be allowed to purchase an unlocked cell phone smh
Smaller store but still plenty on the floor to look at before purchasing. Staff was all friendly and asked if I was finding everything I needed. Staff wore masks and hand sanitizer was at all checkouts.

Terrible experience and service. My husband and I were just there earlier today. We walked in and were greeted by absolutely no one, nevermind the 3 employees at the entrance talking amongst themselves. We were looking at washers and dryers, and after 20 minutes of standing around not being helped, we walked to the front and asked for assistance. They called for someone to come help us and when the employee arrived, first thing out his mouth was hey yall need something quick? Cause Im busy I apologized to the employee for having obviously wasted his time and we just walked out. Went to BrandsMart and got the Samsung top load washer and dryer set for $584 cheaper than Best Buy. 0/5 stars. Would not recommend.
Good luck getting your delivery! I am currently having the worst experience getting my items delivered. I am on my 4th reschedule. Each the fault of Best Buy. They screwed up my address on the first one, Brought half the order on the second try, didnt show or tell me on the third and just rescheduled for a 4th time. It has put me behind on my remodel project and cost me $. Please dont order a delivery item from Best Buy. It is NOT worth it. I will update this review if they make it right but I am not holding my breath. I wont say their customer service is garbage because that wouldnt be fair...to garbage.
“let me help you” 30 min later, the person helping is gone somewhere. Their excuses are “understaffed” but I know at least two of their employees are in the back. We waited 1 hour for one purchase and we didn’t even get it.

The Geek Squad is no joke. They know what they are doing and best of all they explain things in a language you can understand.
The location in Tucker treated me better than the Perimeter location, the Salesman, light skin young black guy, disappeared on me after waiting for at least 20 minutes or more he never came back to me, I saw him chatting up front as I walked out of the door, bad customer service for sure., I purchased a Samsung 75 Q70 from and the Tucker location they were awesome that evening, evening the Geek squad guy help with putting the TV in my vehicle. I will continue to shop at this location only.
This was my favorite location but not anymore. It took 30 minutes just to get IN the store. I could’ve completed my purchase online but the site prevented me from doing so. Employees also lacked basic customer service skills. No sense of urgency or sympathy for the people left outside in the cold waiting to get in the store.

Went in for a laser printer. All the lower priced ones were sold out. Bought a higher priced HP that is working well. Went for laser because ink jets didnt last.
The Samsung rep guy today is horrible. No Customer service at all. Didnt even want to refer the closest locations with availability of what we wanted. He took forever to greet us and was literally slothing around the samsung display on his phone.

Robert in geeksquad needs help. Robert was obviously aggravated when I stepped in line to simply ask a quick question. Robert wanted to know what did I need. Not how may I assist you. Robert wanted me to know without an appointment he wouldnt even be able to answer a question. Again, I did not need assistance with a device, just a yes or no answer. Robert is obviously stressed and his workload is too much for one person. He mumbled that to the young lady he was assisting, and it was obvious I could hear his other condescending remarks. I even agreed to patiently wait for him to finish helping her. Im disgusted again with the poor customer service at this Best Buy location ( Lavista Rd). The management at the Lavista location should take heed to the feedback they are getting from their customers. Employees such as Robert in geeksquad is doing the Best Buy brand a huge disservice.Robert, its my hope for you that tomorrow you feel less stressed and not over worked and have a better work day.Best Regards,Giovanni Brown

I took a Vornado whole room heater there for recycling. Rather than carry it in I took a picture of it and went in to ask if theyd take it. They said yes so I went back to get it and by the time I had it out of the car an employee had come outside to carrry it in for me. Great service!

Terrible customer service. I was trying to buy an item in the camera section and went to stand in lile at a check out to ask if someone could help me. Instead of sending someone the guy made me go make an other line at a differe checkout booth just for the person to tell me that they were out of the item I was looking for even thought I was holding the item card that literally says on it to give it to a guy with the bkue shirt to buy the item. When I asked if I could have the address of the Best Buy that had the item on stock the guy told me to just google it...... rude and unhelpful.

I just want to express my appreciation for the Geek Squad technicians at their Tucker, GA, location who did a masterful job correcting previous problems with my wifes laptop. Their Customer Service was exemplary as well… they listen! Purchase of their annual “Total Tech Support Membership” is highly recommended because when things go wrong (which they will), its nice to receive everything in working order and a receipt printout back showing a $0.00 balance due. Under this Membership, a customer can even bring in a device previously purchased elsewhere and The Geek Squad will diagnose and repair it! It’s a beautiful World. Im in the market to purchase my own brand spanking new laptop and BB shall be the vendor. Thank you, Best Buy, for making it better!

So i decided to purchase a new laptop they convinced me to take one that was an open box. A specifically went for a Hp touch screen they boxed up an hp and sold me nothing like the one i choose on the floor.

This best buys looks like they just god robbed or are just saying dont come to shop. I have never seen such servailance in a best buys how could covid affect electronic store. Food groceries need to be on such lock down terms. To enter you have to be verified with your ID.Then once you are in. You are assigned a robot to guide you lol our guide was very sweet but sure didnt feel comfortable to feel welcomed and shop and i only walked to physically inspect a open box item that online just wouldnt fully show nor described.So best buys loosen up and welcome your customers please.

Great option available to schedule a 30 minute in-person appointment for whatever your electronic need is! Masks were worn by employees & most customers. Staff greeted pleasantly upon entry and asked my needs, he directed me to the appointment staff who were just as friendly and described the staff who would help me. I was given the best guidance and one on one at a social distance! Kiddos to Best Buy Tucker, GA!!

It did not have what I was looking for or maybe it did. I was pointed in the wrong direction. The other associate that I asked for help was pretty short with me and dismissive. I wondered around looking for assistance for about 10 mins so I then decided to opt for an alternative to for what I was looking for just so I can have something to half way solve my problem. This is second encounter with this location and the first one was an even worse experience. As consumers we try to give thses places the benefit of the doubt and try one more time but it was not a good experience yet again.
This has to be the worst best buy I have ever been to. Not enough associates but they are steady putting people in the queue. Needless to say I walked out after being told an associate would be right with me. I ended up purchasing a laptop else where. I will never visit this best buy again.
Because of covid, they stop you in the store behind a velvet rope and literally ask you “what’s your business here?” As if you’re crossing a border and the Nazis want your papers.I love the store, glad they are surviving the pandemic since they almost bought it pre-covid. But I don’t like being questioned just to come into your store. In fact, this sort of thing pushes me ever reliant on Amazon since Best Buy rarely has what I want in stock anyway.Why not shop online at Best Buy, you ask?Because. (Shrugging). I don’t know. Amazon markets my attention better than overpriced Best Buy to be honest. Best Buy is a great place to look at things physically before you buy on Amazon.Now with the border check... forget it.
Awesome service very nice associates. Always have what i need in stock. Most associates are willing to go above and beyond when necessary. Plus management is amazing on the few occasions that the associate couldnt help.
It’s very counter-active to have people waiting outside in the cold air as a means of protecting individuals from Covid-19. Cold air can weaken the immune system and influence someone to become more susceptible to illness. This is poor example of protecting individuals from SARS2.
Very worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Today I returned a set of headphones that were still under warranty. The store gave me back a defunct gift card that was supposed to have $200. It had no money on it. When I tried to make a purchase with the gift card it did not go through. When I tried to rectify the situation at the store that gave me the gift card, they told me they could not help me. They said I had to call the 1 800 number. The hotline said I have to wait eight days to get my money back on the gift card (which again, might or might not work.) The customer service was very poor, unempathetic, disrespectful, and just all-around awful. $200 is a lot of money to me, and my headphones are valuable to me too. Now I haven’t either. Worst customer experience ever.

The guys in the TV department were not very helpful, telling my husband to go read the item description tag. He could have gotten up from the counter and scanned the tag to tell us about the item but I guess he was too busy on his cell!?!?!

Best Buy is really the only electronics retailer left in its space, other than Target and Walmart. Best Buy staff is generally knowledgeable regarding product, but staff quality can vary wildly from store to store. Staff at the Tucker, GA location is generally helpful.
The employees were helpful but they didn’t have what I wanted. It was advertised online as available in store. I ordered it but I was slightly disappointed.
Maskatory, social distancing, order ahead, curbside pickup, friendly staff, follow covid precautions, everything you need electronically, from computers, to appliances, cell phones, games and more, I needed those ear phones for school, handicape accessible, they have what you need, if they dont you can order it online. Geek squad available.

A nightmare - I went to this Best Buy to pick up an online order. I got here 30 minutes early, so I thought I would go in and browse while waiting for a notification that my order was ready. I HAD TO WAIT FOR 20 MINHTES TO ENTER THE STORE. Due to covid they had a sign saying they would only allow 25 people in the store. But it wasnt about the amount of people, instead they wanted to know what department I wanted to look in and to get someone to escort me around the store. They were incredibly under staffed and everyone was irritated and rude. I went to the front after 30 minutes past my estimated wait time for my online order (which for some reason, in-store pick up wasnt an option online) and they still hadnt picked my order. I just shake my head when an electronic store wont allow you to interact with product and cant get online orders correct... and Covid is not a reasonable excuse for any of this. I wont be coming back to this location.
