Thank You TCB! smacked my car into a median coming from a late night out and came to TCB for repairs. id previously had a 99 camry that dave helped me with and he was cool so i knew i had to come back. the sheer quality of work and a speedy turnaround time you just can’t beat i mean i can’t put word in to show off the master quality so i’ll just show it. thank you TCB and dave especially cool dude with a chill vibe and good work! cant even tell an accident happened(tags covered for security).

Quick and a damn good price.They also painted the bumpers on my grandfathers Subaru and they look amazing. Tucker Custom & Body is quite possibly the best auto body shop in all of Atlanta. Owner Dave Slocum is a wiz in the front office with customers and in the shop out back. After a run-in with a retention wall at a car wash, we were looking for a shop that didnt want a firstborn. And were we ever surprised! TCB completely restored the back fender in record time, and gave us a reasonable price. Take note, Atlanta proprietors -- fairness and the ability to do the job right brings customers in the door for the long haul, not padded invoices. Go Dave!

By not knowing how to properly do business is where this review comes from. Dont quote someone if you dont properly look over what your quoting. Especially if the customer checks back 3 times before making 3 trips across the city on the day of arrangement for you to tell them that they didnt do much work. On top of saying its Saturday, and you wanna go home and ect. All sounds like you personally just didnt want to do it while giving me excuses. Not professional.If your diagnosis was proper you should have gave that upon first check of the car or when you took pictures or 2nd, 3rd 4th or 5th phone call all before the day of arrival.So yes I can pass on after the fact good advise . If thats what you call good advise.Before hand is good advise, afterwards are excuses. 1 star. Thank you.

Poor customer service, the bad reviews tell the truth.

I recommend for the owners knowledge, expertise and friendly disposition. I felt warm and welcomed and they took care of my minor repair as though I was a VIP. The shop and waiting room are nothing fancy, but their pricing is fair and they are very service oriented which is why I highly recommend.
