Awesome customer service. Quick, easy, and excellent repair work. I was able to pick up and drop off Enterprise rental at the shop. I was updated along the repair process. Only issues were one machine went down which delayed the repair, no one could figure out how to turn off the stability warning light on the dash on my 2018 Equinox, but I figured it out at home, and the washer reservoir was missed in repairs but quickly resolved in less than 1 hour.

Old school is how I would describe my experience.Front end collision repaired and painted, Due to the pandemic there is a shortage of parts especially for and older truck like mine, there communication was excellent and the worked with me to get back on the road again quickly as possible, it was my work truck.They did a great job on it. I brought my 2017 Acura ILX into this shop for repairs. I was really pressed for time and needed my vehicle repaired and finished as soon as possible. I expressed that to the team there and let me just say…From the check in with Ms.Alicia to the service rep Mr.Brian, they were amazing! Very professional and courteous and they were able to have my car finished in the Nick of time! I am very pleased and would definitely recommend and return. I stopped in for an estimate on a bumper that had pulled away from the body of a Honda Accord. Photos were taken and I was told I would be emailed an estimate the following day. I waited another day then contacted what I thought was local shop, but was a natl service no. Was told she would email the Tucker shop re the estimate. A month has elapsed and STILL no contact! As my bumper was at risk for falling off if Id hit a pothole with any speed, so I went to another shop last week and was given an estimate on the spot. My new bumper is secure, I have peace of mind, and NEVER will I go to Service King.

Service King is a A-plus in my option starting the communication to the delivery and satisfaction.1. Communication was consistant. My vehicle was recently serviced at Service King for a collision repairs. I was kept up-to-date on every single details whether by calls or text. Great job on keeping the clients informed on the process.2. Delivery of my vehicle was offered straight to my home, I didnt have to leave home. That justure was a surprise but greatly appreciated, another surprise was the full tank of gas. They went above and beyond for the clients.Overall, my experience has been nothing less than fantastic with Service Kings, an A-plus 5stars service. I did not see any imperfections, the vehicle looks brand new. I would highly recommend them for their excellent service and communications.

I was already irritable being the victim of a car accident, and this service king location had me back on track in no time. The accident knocked something loose and my car stopped. They were speedy and efficient not only towing my car to the location, they kept me up to date from start to finish. They even pressed for a day early for completion due to my work schedule. My insurance company sent me to them for my car to be repaired and the estimate was so high that my car was totaled. I chose not to have my car totaled and I picked it up. King collision had destroyed my car. Originally, my bumper was bent and left tail light was broken. My car looked like it had been obliterated. Everything was torn out of my trunk and symbols removed. They did not put my car parts back, many parts were missing. They had to go and look for my tag. I would not reccomend them to anyone. Do not have them give you an estimate!! They will do more damage than the wreck.

They kept us up to date about the status of my repairs every step of the way by sending texts. When they fixed my car they had it looking just as good as the day I bought it. The service and customer service at the Tucker Service King was great. The staff and manager were helpful with my claim, getting the info to my insurance company and explaining the repairs on my vehicle. They estimated a week to complete and finished a day early. Every few days I got an update via text on the progress. Because this is a newer location and they are building their business, their hours a somewhat limited. Call ahead. I have recommended this location to everyone!

Dont trust them. Not sure if they were intentionally giving false information or just have extremely poor procedures, but they consistently promised completion dates for the work and DID NOT NOTIFY ME until after they had missed the dates that they were not finished. So Im out there renting and returning cars based on their promises. Not to mention they took 6 weeks for a repair they promised would take two weeks, so I ran out of rental car insurance coverage. And they didnt do a very good job with the repair. (Hood latch not tightened, rear bumper misaligned).

This has been a challenging experience. Sent to Service King as a preferred shop by StateFarm. Took a little long to get a quote but approved and moved forward. After a week the shop determined they did not have the tools needed to make the frame repairs. Car was moved to the shop that had the tool and i was given the delivery date of 10/25 (7 weeks). . On 10 /08 received a text the car was nearing completion.On 10/24, hearing nothing i called. Was told, first was hard to find parts (for a Dodge Challenger 2016) and it would be 15 more days ... delivery 11/10. Concerned, i reached out to the GM and was informed they had forgotten the front (appreciate the honesty), and they would certainly expedite the fix. Not Expedited, I called on 11/7 to make sure the car was in paint so i could take delivery on time. Was informed their shop had repaired a, undercarriage rod rather than replace it (found by QC)... and are hoping to get it into paint on 11/7 ... or 11/8, pushing delivery to at least 11/13.i realize things happen but this has been extremely frustrating, the people have been fine, even good ... process has been the issue and unfortunately for me, by forgetting the front and the delays this will cost me quite a bit out of my pocket ... (whaa - for an accident that happened while sitting in traffic ... not moving ...)

They performed an alignment on my vehicle after some body work was performed. I heard a noise and took it to the dealer. They informed me that the bolts that you adjust during the alignment were left loose. Ok things happen. The worst part is I called and informed them of what happen and they said the GM would call me. Days went by and I did not hear from Dan. I called allstate and they spoke to him. I was told to call Dan but as of today I still never received a call back. Just so you know leaving the bolts loose and one of them falling out could have killed me. Still no call from the GM. Allstate made me take my car to them because its there preferred dealer and they warranty there work. Based on this experience they dont have a good warranty. Please take your car to a different body shop. You have been warned.

Extremely poor customer service. Treated our situation as if we were committing some form of fraud; after getting an estimate at another Service King and their facility not having any immediate appointments, we were referred to this location. We were told our information was in the system. We were set up with an appointment for repairs. We had a third party damage our vehicle and said third party was paying for the vehicle from the beginning even before the appointment was made. The third party was even in contact with the Service King rep so he could pay for the repairs which the rep told him to wait until the vehicle is at the shop before he came down to pay. Once we arrived at our appointment to drop off our vehicle they went back on their word and said it was against policy for a third party to pay for the repairs. Who cares where the money is coming from? It did not make any sense. We were treated badly and spoken to in a very rude manner. We should have went with our gut feelings after reading the other bad reports of service and quality of this business. I wish I could give negative stars for he mistreatment and time wasted!!! I will say the guy who took the estimate at the Ponce Deleon location was professional and helpful, he can have the star.

I had someone hit my 1998 Jaguar XJR which is a pretty rare car so I am very particular about this beauty. The at fault driver had Allstate Insurance and they were paying for the damages and rental and Service King is the shop they use so I said to my self, here we go. Travis M. was the guy I dealt with and he was extremely nice to me at our first meeting. I left me car and they started the work. They contacted me that the car was ready so I went to see the car and I was not 100% happy about the work they did. Now most people would not notice the issues I had with my car and I explained my issues with Travis and he said they would take care of the issues I had. So one again I went to see the car and it was still not to my satisfaction so they reworked the issues I was having. To sum up my thoughts about this place, I want to give them 4-5 stars, the reason being is they TOTALLY wanted me to be happy about the work they did. To me that is the most important thing. Yes, they di take longer than expected and some things might not have been 100% at first, BUT they took care of my needs until I was 100% happy. I have a door that needs to be replaced on the other side of the car previous hit and I am having the door sent to their shop so they can work on the other side so they will take care of my needs on another project. Everyone including the Store manager was so very nice and treated me with respect. THAT is a lost art for sure..

I was in an accident January 2018. My insurance company contracts Service King for collusion repair. Since they were the closest shop to where I live, I chose to use them. Boy was that a mistake!!At first, everyone was very nice and everything seemed fine. The repairs took almost 2 weeks, which I expected. It wasn’t until July 2017 when I began to have problems. My TPMS sensors went off and when I looked into the issue, I discovered that both of my front tires were bald. The back tires were fine. I went to my normal tire shop (whom I trust completely), and they said that 3 out of 4 TPMS sensors were not working and they asked me when was the last time that my car had an alignment. I assumed it had been done at Service King. I looked through my repair report from January, but there was no record of an alignment having been done. I called Service King to ask and the woman told me that she had no record of it being done. I asked why not because it was a front-end collision and common sense would dictate that one should be done. She said that she would have the manager call me.Surprisingly, the manager did call me back. He said the same thing that the woman said - no record. I told him that my front tires only (not back) are bald and I’ve had to buy new ones when I should have had at least another six months of use! He tried to say that I must have hit a pothole too hard and it messed up my alignment, but I told him again - I had a front-end collision and your mechanics DID NOT think that an alignment may be necessary?! He told me to bring my car and he would check the alignment personally, but there would be a $49.99 charge. I was not thrilled about the fact that he wanted to charge me for the alignment check, but I needed the answer from them for my insurance claim. I took my car in and the manager himself checked it and come to find out that my alignment was all out of whack. The manager said that the alignment was fixed and there was no charge, which told me that he knew that they had screwed up. Also the alignment report did not have any information on it regarding my car (make, model, year, mileage, etc.) My insurance company attempted to contact the manager to discuss the issues with him, but he ghosted them for a couple of weeks before he finally returned their call only to lie to them and deny that they made a mistake. Unfortunately, my tire shop disposed of my bald tires and I could not pursue the issue further.Another few months went by and I began to have issues with my car’s battery being dead in the mornings or after sitting while I was at work. I popped my hood to find that my battery’s posts were completely caked with corrosion. I took it to my regular mechanic and he said that the battery was cracked and it could have happened in the collusion (and Service King did not replace my battery or battery compartment during the repairs in January).And now, here I am February 2019 and discover yet another problem with my car... my driver’s side door that took the brunt of damage in my accident has been sticking and I have to shoulder it to open most days. I looked more closely to find that the door itself is not aligned properly and is loose. It hangs at an angle instead of flush with the frame.Needless to say, I am furious - yet lack any proof to pursue any legal action. All I can do is warn anyone who considers using Service King to STAY AWAY! If I could give ZERO stars - I would! They will only make matters worse for you!!

I picked up my vehicle and was informed my check engine light was on and it was riding rough. Mind you my car had no issues with any lights on or riding rough. I was informed to just add some Lucas to it and it should be fine. I was not pleased with that answer so I took it to have a diagnostic done at NTB and they asked why were my bolts loose and in some areas missing? I was flabbergasted 😲 I needed my car fixed ASAP!!! It ran hot on me and I added antifreeze and it poured back out onto ground like a faucet. I am so upset that I had to get it towed home. I am so done!!!!
