I had a great experience with them! The ladies were so accommodating and sweet and very knowledgeable to help me find the perfect extensions (Malaysian body wave) for my wedding. I had a great time and felt like I was talking to my girl friends. The hair bleached very well and looked/felt great. I definitely want to go back and try their other textures and knowing I’ll have a great experience doing so!

I purchased what was supposedly their top notch and best hair ever, the Amazon brand, but it was not good quality how they said. My bundles were thin and the hair looked cheap very much like beauty supply hair. You could actually hear the sound of me running my hands through my hair to keep it from tangling. I paid around $480-$500 for my hair and I had it installed once and I don’t plan on wearing the bundles ever again. I was not satisfied with my purchase.

This hair is the BOMB!! . Point blank! The hair is reasonably priced for the quality. I really love this hair. Definitely going to be my new place. I have bought two textures from them and both are a dream. I bought the Cambodian hair because I wanted to try something I had never had before and because of the durability of the hair. I almost always color my hair and the Cambodian hair had absolutely zero setting after being lifted to about a level 9 blond its perfect. I also got the Malaysian hair as well and I really enjoy the thickness of it its not heavy its very light but still very thick. I colored my Malaysian hair as well and it lifted beautifully Im so in love with this here I will be coming back for short. Also the staff is so nice no pressure very helpful in describing the different textures giving their opinions and just really helpful overall I thought they were amazing!! Dont sleep on this hair!!!

Sigh. Extremely disappointed in both the quality of this hair as well as the poor customer service at the Tucker location. I purchased and installed this hair less than a month ago. I purchased Indian Natural Wave. I cowashed the hair after purchasing and also 2.5 weeks later. The hair mattes, tangles and sheds, and is extremely dry and unmanageable. Thank goodness I held off dying it. I paid nearly $400 for this mess. I have had and maintained similar hair that cost far less for 6+ months. This is disappointing and unacceptable.

It was my first time buying the hair. I was super excited about the brand and have heard nothing but great things about it. When I first received the hair it felt great. 3 weeks later it started shedding extremely bad and tangled instantly after brushing the hair. When I typically buy hair it lasts for a few years. I may have gotten a few bad bundles because the life expectancy was way less than I expected.

Love their straight hair! Always silky and doesn’t shed! They can have all my money from now on.-update: this hair is not as good as it used to be. it’s shedding and you only can wear it with ONE install.

My experience was okay. The sales girls were very nice. I visited the store after seeing their 20% off sale on their Instagram page, but once I arrived I was told online promos are not applicable to in store purchases. Also, the hair on clearance was cash only as opposed to everything else in the store which struck me as odd. Also, the hair just seemed okay. The Mongolian kinky curly is literally for 3A/3B hair which is fine but let’s not call that kinky. I felt the cashier was a tad bit condescending when I would ask random questions about pricing and hair. This is not raw hair, it is very much processed so I couldn’t justify a purchase for the quality.

I have been going to All Virgin Hair at Tucker for at least four years now. When they first promoted their Amazon hair, I purchased some back in 2017. Back then, you could tell that the quality of hair was different and that it stood up to their description. This year I purchased the VERY EXPENSIVE Amazon hair again and at first glance to me, it looked no different than the Brazilian hair. In addition, their ads and their customer service reps promised that the hair will not puff or frizz, that the hair will not mat, that the hair will not tangle, and that it will not shed. This time around it’s hard to believe that I received the actual product because the hair does all of the above. I spend so much time trying to comb knots and tangles out of this hair. Also, it sheds like a dog!!!! It is the worst hair I have ever purchased. One of the reviews on here states that the Amazon hair is similar to beauty-supply-store hair. I must agree with the person that wrote that review - - this hair, in my opinion is very similar to beauty supply hair. I believe in my heart that All Virgin is selling regular Brazilian hair and advertising it as the top-notch Amazon hair. Very disappointed to say the least. In addition, I would suggest to All Virgin hair that if they are trying to advertise hair, that they would make it a requirement that their sales reps have attractive weaves themselves (when they are indeed wearing weaves and closures) or at least have their hair done nicely to promote business.

These ladies are the bomb dot com. For a person who never wears weave or extensions they made me feel so warm and welcomed. Kristian and Lauren had the best customer service ever. Their loving spirits made me spending my money so much more worth my purchase. I will definitely be back.

The hair is not real virgin hair. It is processed with strong chemicals. I co washed the hair twice, sprayed perfume on it and the chemical smell is still there. The hair smells like AliExpress hair from China. I will not purchase from this company again.

I purchased the Brazilian natural wave and so far I’m in love. I can’t believe I live so close to a quality hair place. I will be sure to update this review over the course of the next couple of months. The women who work there are very helpful. UPDATE: so I made this review a couple of weeks ago and I have to say I’m very upset with my hair. At first I was in love with the texture and curl pattern. I made a wig with a closure. I haven’t had this hair for a full month and it’s already frizzy and refusing to return to how smooth it was when I first purchased it. I’ve tried anti frizz oil,leave-in conditioner, and hair mask. BUT it still frizzes really bad. I actually got a call from the store and I got my up hopes up because I was expecting them to ask how my hair was holding up and maybe give me some tips, to combat the frizz. However, all the women on the phone did was ask me to leave a google review. :( So here it is my updated review.

My bundles are soft and bouncy. Even after washing they returned to the beautiful natural wave pattern. I had an issue with a bundle and was able to exchange it for a better one. I wish they had another 20 inch but Id rather have a good bundle than the length. The ladies are very sweet and knowledgeable I would definitely shop here again.

I recently had a very bad experience with All Virgin after being a customer of approximately 3 years. I purchased some hair on Wednesday before Thanksgiving (approximately $800 worth of hair to be exact...). Well I was advised that I had 24 days to return the hair. So, they advertised that on Black Friday (2 days later...), the entire store was 25% off. So, I took the hair back unused and unopened (with the receipt) to get a sale price adjustment and they refused to honor the sale. I was advised that they would not allow me to get the sale price and that I could not return the hair. I was advised that even if I would be allowed to return the hair, if i re-purchased it they would only offer me hair at full price and not at the 25% sale price.I have been a loyal customer nearly since they opened and I have spent nearly $1500 on hair in the past 2 months alone?! This is the second time that I posted my review because they deleted the first one! I will keep re-posting this review so everyone can see so no one else experiences their bad business practices.All Virgin just lost a loyal customer!

Customer Service:I showed up at the last minute in the pouring rain, 30 minutes before closing time seeking a silk based closure and the 2 sales associates welcomed me in, was patient and answered my questions without frustration.
