I had a quick visit for some hair fiber, which I knew very little about. The person who helped me seemed to really know his productd.

The people are very nice. BUT PLEASE BE AWARE! I dont know if it is lack of product knowledge or what. But on two different occasions I was charged human hair prices for synthetic wig items. They were clearly being advertised as 100% human hair! Now the owner told me that he does not have any control over what the manufacturer puts on the label. And I kindly explained to him if he is charging prices on a product for something it is NOT, thats fraud and is punishable by law. So he said he would correct his practices and look into the situation. But be alert!!

I love this place! The owners are super nice and helpful!!!!! If you have a specific product that you like, they will make sure they keep it stocked.

Please do not go here they do not appreciate business of a hardworking person!!!I had to make a return because of Marley twists hair didnt work out for me so I return two unopened packages.I explain to the older korean guy why I did not want the hair he smiled and said thats okay you can get anything you want for an even exchangeAs I was walking away I heard him whisper something in his language to his wife I noticed his body demeanor when I turn back around I study body language very well I noticed that it was a type of disrespect towards me.The owner here seems racist towards black people he seem to smile and keep up a good laugh and order to keep in hopes that we will continue to to do business with himWHEN people speak in other language they arrogantly think that people who speak their language will not understand but that is not true if you study a persons body language you that they are talking badly about you.

Love the man who owns the place but the woman who is supposed to be tending to the wigs is always too busy doing other things to really help you with any wig or hair piece needs. I went in today and a few days ago and was shocked. Its 2:30 on a Saturday afternoon and I came to try on wigs and she is grooming her dog right on top of the vanity where people are supposed to be trying wigs on at. Dog fur everywhere. That was the most unprofessional sight that Ive ever witnessed in a beauty supply store. She was so busy with the dog (which is very adorable by the way) that she couldnt be concerned with my needs one least bit. She acted as if I was interrupting her. The other day when I came in she was too busy then doing other things that I seemed to annoy her then which is why I thought today would be a better day. I just put the wig pieces that I was waiting to try on and just walked out. I just cant with them!!!!!!! Its very convenient for me to go to this store but Ill just take my business elsewhere this is absolutely ridiculous.

This was always my familys go to place and we still buy here for convenience if we need hair products quickly. But where they have lost our business is the outdated selections of wigs, weave and hair pieces. Due to their small space they just cant keep up with the latest trends in hairstyles. Still love them but they are losing hundreds of dollars a year from my family alone.

Got a lyft all the way here to find out there were closed when they should be open. Pissed. I always spend money here now I wasted a ride. Never coming here again. 30 minutes still no open? Ridiculous, and the open sign was present everything was just locked up. never come here! They might not be open 😂🤷🏽‍♀️

Owners are extremely friendly and they dont follow you around the store like some others do. As a black man that constantly is judged the moment I walk into a room it was refreshing.

Small store. Nice staff. The products are misleading. They will double package items together making you think its 2 for the price of 1 and then charge you separately for each item.

The Korean man is rude! They don’t do returns here & get mad at you if you do. Take your hard earned coins elsewhere
