First visit to this store: Clean and well stocked. Clearance sections are neatly organized making it easy on the eye without feeling overwhelmed. Was pleasantly surprised at the large section for pets. I happened to go in out of the blue and actually came out with 2 gifts. I had plans to buy elsewhere but this store has a wide selection of items. I will be returning to see what other treasuresI can find for my home.

Customers service is not the best, however the home decorations are very beautiful. HomeGoods has even put out Early Easter everything. Check the pictures.

I like the Tucker location and shop there a lot! Its always well organized and neat and the staff is always personable. Great items like outdoor rugs, fountains and vases that I luv added to my patio and garden. 💚

Would have spent some money here but our shopping cart was emptied by an employee and returned while we were one row over. We are getting married next weekend and wanted a few decorations and seasonable items but clearly this store did not approve. We will NEVER RETURN TO THIS OR ANY OTHER LOCATION. Clearly Home Goods is a misnomer....thanks for nothing Home Bads.

Great experience. First time in a Home Goods store. The store was clean, bathrooms were spotless and smelled great. Everything was organized and neat. My check out was fast and lovely. I will be returning.

This is a great spot for ideas and merchandise to furnish or fancy up your home. They have so much stuff for you to choose, from the floors to pictures on the wall and comfortable things in between.

One of my favorite shopping experiences. I love to have a reason to go in ... not just an excuse for window shopping. From sheets, towels, to supplies for my dog, I always find what I am looking for. And plenty Im NOT looking for. Today I found a make-up mirror with lights for $19! Just perfect.

Really nice place with a wonderful selection. Prices are very reasonable unlike other well known stores. On somethings the price is downright cheap 60% to 70% off what other places prices would be! Found some very pretty knobs for a dresser just what I was looking for!

Iv been a shopper at home goods for yrs! I do a lot of staging for people with airBNB’s this is the most well kept location I’ve ever been in! There was not a section I went into that I did not greeted in! I appreciate great customer service I was offered EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I love shopping at home goods because they have well built, sturdy, furniture at fair prices. The decor is unusual and exotic mostly. Its just a nice store.

I have been watching too much HGTV... When I need something nice to put in my place I tend to come here and explore my options. Its also a good place to find a discounted cast iron pan.

Ok if you shop at and these discount big boxes then you know each big box and their merchandise is different. This place always has some great picks. Merchandise buyer for this store location does a great job. I know because I work in this industry.Service is ok, like a typical big box. I wish they elevate their service just like their selection.

Love this place! Lots of furniture and products, but some of the prices on things are a little ridiculous. But the staff is always helpful and very nice.

Store was suuuuper quiet which was a welcomed relief. The store was so nicely merchandise and the staff was lovely!

I love this store, although their kids selection leaves something to be desired, but I felt I had to comment on the incredibly rude employee who ran over my toddler with a shopping cart (after I clearly said “watch out!”), knocked her to the ground, and then instead of saying she was sorry and moving around just stood there with a stank look on her face as my daughter got back up. Ugly behavior. I had to explain to my daughter sometimes people are rude and don’t have manners, and we don’t want to act like those people.

Stopped in this store before my flight, departure. Im glad we detoured to this store. I found some nice items to take home. I found numerius items with great prices.

I just left this location today is 1/18/19, I saw this gorgeous mirror on the sales floor that was priced at $79.99 . I noticed that this part mirror had a few chips on the glass part so I took it to the register to see if the manager would sale it to me at a discounted price. Well, the manager refuse to sell me the mirror. She said she will have to throw it away. I go throw it away thats ridiculous. She said we cant sell it. I say miss its on the sales floor for sale. She kind of shrugged her shoulders s little bit and said well I cant sell it ima have to throw it away. I say you would rather throw away this nice mirror that has a few chips on it then to sale it to me? She said its policy. Smh, Im not satisfied with the way the situation was handled. I feel as if she told me anything just so she wouldnt have to mark it down. And I can almost guarantee that as soon as I left, she put that mirror back on the sales floor. Im not a happy camper right now. I wont be back to this location.

The wait in line was excessive. Cashier was friendly. Clean and organized. I know these are discount stores, but one shouldnt have to waste alot of time waiting in line for a bargain.

Directional floor signage was a little confusing. Stock was kinda low, but thats to be expected.

Employees Are Very Helpful And Kind

This is great if you want your house to look like everyone elses house. There are some nice pieces, but its TJ Maxx quality at higher pricing. If Im going to spend money on pillows, I dont want the same pillow that is in every farmhouse bloggers home. I want my home to be my own. I dont think the pieces at this store offer me the personalized, eclectic look I most love. What they do have is off trend - ala Hobby Lobby. Youll find wall art with words that is SO OVER. Lanterns and candles, unimaginative bedding, and a one-size fits all look. Not my cup of tea at all.

The system went down, there are people browsing and they decided to close immediately after telling us they would hold any purchases until the next day. Why not give people a few minutes to get themselves together. First bad experience at this location.

This is a really good location, with great finds all over! Some of the products you would expect to find in Buckhead locations, but are there in Tucker. Staff is kind of scarce as in any Home Goods, but the products you find are worth the visit!!

Great merchandise and selection like other HomeGoods stores, but their customer service is definitely lacking. Like the Walmart in this shopping center, some of the employees at the Cofer Crossing Homegoods seem to have better things to do than actually selling their home goods.This morning at 9:35 when the store still hadnt opened, and Angela was pointedly not noticing the customers waiting outside, I tested the door and found that it was open. When I walked in, Lori pointed out that I sure was in a hurry to get inside, and when I mentioned that it was 9:35 and it seemed a natural assumption that the store was open, Angela pointed out that it was only 9:32 and Lori clarified that Angela hadnt yet unlocked the door. Apparently we all had forgotten to sync our watches, and at least two of us had forgotten that the customer is always right. And Im pretty sure I was right in at least one case, since I probably could not have opened the door if Angela hadnt yet unlocked it.After picking up some items and returning to the front to check out at 10:00, Lori apparently still wasnt ready to sell anything (or was still mad at me for actually entering the store some time between 2 and 5 minutes after it was advertised to open). She had her back to the line, gazing out the window and didnt acknowledge my presence, so I walked up to the counter at which point she did deign to ring up my items. I had brought my own bag and had to bag everything myself, but Lori did help by interrupting my bagging to tell me to sign for the purchase, then let me return to bagging the last couple of items.At no point during the purchase did she greet me or say thank you, although I did get a here you go when she kindly handed me my bag at the end.As a former retail store manager, I would suggest some basic customer service here - open the store on time, greet your customers with courtesy and thank them for their business, and bag their purchases. I went out of my way to visit this HomeGoods location today, but from now on I will most likely stick to the new location that recently opened closer to home.
