He was very considerate of letting us think through our decision and helped us pick a mattress that both of us, with different sleeping preferences, could agree on. Clean store that also made us feel comfortable shopping with proper COVID precautions.

Donovan was very friendly and really knew his stuff about mattresses. He was not pushy at all and was more of a guider than a salesman. He’s great with customer service and knows how to appreciate customers and potential customers. Coming back next time I need a new mattress!

We did not realize there was a Mattress Firm in the area. We visited the store during the week and we were the only customers. The store was very clean. We were greeted immediately. The associate, Ray, showed a few high end mattresses and then we discussed our desired price range ~$600. We found the perfect mattress for our price range. The associate was not pushy and was very friendly. She also went over the great perks that Mattress Firm offers (the 10 year warranty and the easy return policy). We were in and out in less than 20 minutes. We really enjoyed our shopping experience at Mattress Firm. We just received our mattress (took about 2 weeks to receive) and it is wonderful, we are already sleeping great!

The salesman was extremely nice and very helpful. They had masks available at a “sanitation station” at the entrance. We entered with masks on, yet the salesman didn’t put in a mask. We kept a distance from the desk where he was. On completion of the sale, he motioned for us to come over and I had to ask him to please put on a mask. He then put it on, but under his nose.

My husband and I brought our bed back in February and all I can say is this bed is amazing from the mattress to the adjustable base, down to the bamboo sheet and and even the pillows. My husband and I sleep like a baby each night. I appreciate the customer service from Moss and how he got everything done for us in a timely matter. He even took his time with us to help us out to pick out the bed of our dreams. Most places just sell you the product for profit but Moss really made sure my husband and I got what we needed and we are truly grateful. So if your looking for a bed, sheets, pillows etc ... Today, I had an amazing experience at the Lavista Road Mattress Firm. I dont live close to that location, but because I was in the area; I stopped in. I was able to walk around on my own for a few minutes before receiving help. I like this because it gives you time to touch stuff. Once I was approached, I was ready to receive help and suggestions. I told Moss about my back problems, and not only did he give me options to try...he educated me on the benefits. I left for a hair appointment, and when I came back; he was waiting for me a little after 8. I am so blessed to have had this random experience. I will be going back once I expand my home.

We purchased a bed and an adjustable base today from the Northlake store. The sales person did an excellent job of assisting my wife and I with all of the new types of mattresses. We have been long term mattress firm customers, but this was quit frankly our best experience. Low pressure, excellent information and prices that simply couldn’t be beat at the end of the day. We had thought about going the internet route, but there is something to be said about being able to lay down on all of the mattresses and figure out which mattress is right for you before it gets to your home and has to be later switched out or returned...especially if you have already disposed of your existing mattress. If you are in the Northlake area, I definitely suggest that you stop by and check out their mattresses.

Moss is a salesman. However, it took better than a month to receive my adjustable base. On top of that, the delivery company disassembled my bed frame & now my side rails wont stay connected. My mattress now slides either towards the headboard or too close to footboard. IM NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER AT THIS POINT!
