Ive spent a lot of money and time here in the past. Due to them being scared of covid its not worth giving them the business. Rather just go to a homedepot. Dont waste your time waiting 2 hours on them to cut a piece of wood that youve already ordered precut. Ill never be back.

Horrible. I am a custom woodworker and we have been trying to give Cofer a chance and then another chance and another etc. Only to be disappointed every time. Processing is horrible you have to talk to 3-4 people just to buy something and they print off about 8 receipts. We are done. No more chances.

All the staff at Cofer Brothers is great. And in a world where deck boards are what toilet tissue was at the start of corona, they came thru..Thanks

Very good place to buy lumber,tools etc,to hell with home depot and lowes,I bought LVLs at Cofer Brothers,Home depot didnt even know what an LVL was.

If you are tired of going to Home Depot and Lowes and not getting any help in the lumber dept. then Coffee Brothers lumber is for you, not to mention most lumber prices are cheaper, and get this if you spend over two hundred dollars delivery is free in most zip codes.

Very helpful, full service lumber yard (no loading a cart, and then moving from cart to vehicle while battling a rolling cart in a sloped parking lot like at the big orange box store down the road), comparable prices, and expert help. Im done with the big stores.

We are satisfied with the product and services but, the guy at sales number 3 doesn’t know how to greet a customer.

While it was nice that they had everything we needed and delivery was within a couple of days which was great, we were just a little uncomfortable during the delivery only because of the virus. It would have been nice for who was delivering to have a mask on. He had on no mask, gloves, or shoe covers and just walked right in before we could really say anything and touched our daughters toys. Just made us a little un easy. If the virus wasnt going around that wouldnt have been an issue at all.

They had a huge variety of materials, pieces that i couldnt never find on the home depot or Lowes. Always found them here!!

Uncomfortable...all of the sales associates treat the customers with a very condescending tone. Ive been a couple of times and thought maybe I just caught someone on a bad day or maybe it was just me. Regrettably, its the same every time. Ugghh...get better Cofer Bros. Great customer service beats quality product or good pricing any day. Id much rather have at least decent customer service.

I wish I found Coffee Brothers before. After a decade shopping around for trims and doors I finally found a reliable and in budget provider. I am impressed by its customer service and the quality of the materials available in stock or by special order.

Their Yard Guys are super quick super safe and knowledgeable.They have what any construction crew needs or they can get it fast. So as Not to slow down production schedules.Sales and Counter People are super friendly and quick with the POs.The pick ticket(s) always ready when I arrive.Keep in mind you are not the only customer in the world with a dead line.Thanks for everything... Cofer Bros has the best customer service out there. They even recently helped me track down something that they didnt personally carry. I feel lucky that they are so close to me in Tucker!

Go to place with inventory and helpful people. I needed doors, so I first tried Home Depot and their contractors gave me massive runarounds and could not even measure the doors properly. I then went to Lowes, they measured just fine but 4-5 months later they had not come in. I went to Cofer Brothers and in a short time, 1 week, I was able to get the exact doors in needed (9 total) for a lot less than through the big box stores. If you know what you want, then Cofer Brothers should be one of your first locations to at least talk and think about options. The staff working there answered my questions and I am very happy with the service.

I decided to check out Cofer Brothers last week to support a local business since Im new to Tucker and hadnt shopped there before. I just needed a few pieces of wood for a planter box and while I left the store with what I needed, I was very disappointed by the lack of customer service. No one greeted me when I walked in despite there being three employees behind the counter and when I inquired about how to purchase the lumber, the man at the counter gave me a very sarcastic response rather than a genuine explanation. I can appreciate sarcasm but certainly dont think it should be your first interaction with a customer, especially when it would be so easy to shop at the big box store I usually purchase my furniture building supplies from. The men at the counter proceeded to talk more to each other than to me as I made my purchase too, further discouraging me from returning. They seemed to have a good selection of materials but their lack of customer service will probably prevent me from shopping there again in the future.

Just the best! Always a good experience at Cofer Brothers. All the staff is attentive and helpful, the selection is great and prices are the best around.

As a contractor, Ive bought a lot of my framing lumber and hardware at Cofer Brothers for years and their customer service has steadily gotten worse. I was getting jerked around by no less than 4 different people in the yard today, all of whom kept sending me on to the next person. When i complained to one of the owners that i couldnt find anyone to help, his response was, Where else are you going to get this? and proceded to try to tell me how this works. Theres nothing Cofer Brothers has that i cant get at one of my other suppliers, and usually quite bit cheaper. I take it as an added bonus that i wont have to deal with an owner who expects customers to jump through hoops just to get a product or an answer to a simple question.
