Zero stars Horrible service everywhere front desk girl unorganized they will mess up your order and not take blame They didnt have my order but charged me still and me made me wait. then charged me the difference for a more expensive one. Then I waited for them to bring it out they didnt come I had to look for them to bring it out then the fork lift guy dropped my roofing supply for driving like a mad man. I spent and lost about a hour there and thats money lost. Stay away.

I went in to purchase some shingles got the shingles I needed found out they had siding so I went back 20 minutes later and then they said they were sold out entirely so I ended up costing me about an hours worth of my day because they provided the wrong information other than that Ive had a good experience with the company but you cant tell people that you have siding for sale and then when I come back everything sold out there was plenty in the yard and I only needed 10 pieces hopefully go take this and a consideration and make sure that when you tell somebody you have siding you let them know we have it but were so it out and were going to get more on this particular day and I didnt do that

Prices were better than the big box stores, and I knew that my questions were being answered by a roofing professional. Likewise when I was leaving to go there I realized that I would not arrive until a few minutes after they closed. I called to tell them this and they said to go ahead and come. They kept a register open for me, and even though I was keeping them there late they were still friendly and happy to answer the myriad of questions I had for them, as I am not a roofing pro. Then they quickly got my order and even loaded it in my truck for me. An overall great experience.

I bought 6 squares of architectural shingles and 2 rolls of felt paper a few days ago. I started on my roof today and started to unroll the felt paper to cut it. Ive thrown better stuff than this in the garbage! I hope the shingles are better quality than the 2 rolls of paper.

Honestly, the best priced roofing company in Atlanta. They work with you and break down the cost of material like no other company does. I used them once and because of that one experience Ive recommended them to everyone I know. If youre curious about how much cost goes into the material and labor to do roofing work, call them. We even noticed a leak from tree damage we thought hadnt damaged our roof. Paul at Preferred had someone to fix the area within the hour. I cant say enough good things.
