My loving, late, beloved husband decided we needed a newer wheelchair conversion van for our travels. This was in 2011. I did not know he was looking but he surprised me when he purchased and AMS Chrysler Town and Country minivan outright. We were living in Arizona and AMS Vans delivered this like new with all the bells and whistles.My husband unexpectedly passed away and I had to move clear across the country to live with family in PA and then, after 3 years, I moved back to Arizona and this same Chrysler Town and Country minivan made it both ways and is still in great shape! It made it through all the rough roads in PA (cant get much worse potholes than PA) and much more.I HIGHLY recommend AMS Vans because of what I just described as well as being sold reasonably priced and with wonderful service!!!! I started looking for a wheelchair accessible van in early November of 2017. I compared the different companies prices and was pleased to find that AMS Vans had the lowest prices. I searched their web site and chose a 2016 Town and Country side entry Conversion. After researching the cost of the van before the conversion I found similar vans at a lower price than what AMS had the van listed before conversion. I was pleased that David reduced their cost to match the ones I had found without any hassle or discussion. Anyone who has ever looked for a handicap vehicle knows the aggravation and headaches of doing so. Its not as simple as going to your local car lot and picking something out. We had our former van for 14 years. It was a good one but we needed a new one desperately. I called the dealership where we purchased the last one. The quote that was given to me was WAY out of our budget. So I hopped on the web and saw AMS vans. I called and spoke to Ginger. She was very professional and answered my questions honestly. She went over some prices with me and I was blown away how much cheaper they were. I told Ginger I needed to let the family view the vans and would get back with her. After a couple of days I called her back and unfortunately the van we wanted was just sold the previous day but Ginger found a van just like it (less miles!). I was in search to lease a van for my business and spoke to Ginger on 7/15/20 and she told me that this company does not LEASE vans because its ILLEGAL to LEASE a van to a businesses. What !!!!!? When my sales person had to have a few days to manage family matters his backup was fully informed. I did not have to review details to carry on with the sale. Becareful!!!! We were lied too, We bought a van for use in NY and the sales person told us that they deal with ny sales all the time and it wouldn’t be a problem. Now we are Stuck with a van that DOT of NY will not PSA because of the way AMS Vans builds their vans pods for the wheelchairs. We have not been able to use this van since we bought it and now we are out a lot of money and they will not buy back from us.EDIT: They are working hard with another local company to get my van fixed. They have gone above and beyond for our small veteran owned business, they did not have to do that and we appreciate everything they have done so far.

AMS Vans provided me with an amazing buying experience. I purchased my van from AMS sight unseen. The van was amazing, clean with new tires. The van was a much better quality and price than any van I looked at in Colorado. All the employees were very helpful and truly cared that I was well taken care of.

Now I have my transportation back without spending unrealistic costs on parts and service thanks to AMS team.Todays customer service has gone to the wayside and its all about money, I did not experience that with AMS, they truly took my concerns to heart and were truly interested in helping me as an individual get back up and running.With the proven customer service I was shown my next step is going to be buy the extended warranty they offer to go along with the lifetime warranty I bought on the van through Chrysler. The person that did the delivery Barry was a lot of fun to deal with and knew exactly what I needed explained to me on how to operate all of the equipment. Because of weather conditions the van was delayed on the road for 3 days but Barry made sure to contact me each morning and give me a complete update as to where the van was and when we should receive it. After a long search I do not believe I could have gotten a better deal or vehicle from anyone else. AMS truly came through with their promises.

When I started looking for a van for my daughter, I looked at several different places. AMS Vans wasnt the only place I looked. However, Payton was fantastic with answering my questions, helped me with choosing the right van and no pressure whatsoever. When the time came for the van to be delivered, it was just as promised. They delivered it on a car hauler, showed me where everything was and how it worked and let me test drive it, all with no obligation to buy. That being said, we love the van!!!! Excellent, exceptional and personal service!! Our van was delivered 12/17/17 by Ralph ( extremely nice, polite and personable!) right to our driveway! Our 2004 Dodge Grand Caravan and is gorgeous! Mark Wood and Art Minton were amazing! Both were ALWAYS available to answer/explain in great detail the process of preparing the van and reassuring me that the van will be in excellent mechanical, etc. condition. Both of them were extremely helpful, kind, exceptionally personable and went above and beyond! My brother(who is scooter confined) and I are now able to jump in OUR van...and GO and AMS Vans made that possible for us! I just cannot say enough about our experience, from start to delivery! We live in Loveland Colorado and bought this Van sign unseen. The sales rep Santosh Shankar was very friendly and helpful. He sent information and pictures about the van, talked to our bank to help with financing and arranged delivery of the Van. Everything went quickly and great. The delivery person went over the van and showed us how everything worked since we had never been around a wheelchair accessible van before. We highly recommend this dealership if you find yourself needing a wheelchair accessible van.

Definitely an awesome experience with Dan and the crew at AMS Vans! They worked with my daughter’s CAP waiver program to get the van approved. We were able set a pick up date and get the EZ lock system installed in the van and the locking pin on the power wheelchair. A huge thanks to Dan Miears and everyone involved at AMS!

Super friendly and helpful. The Vans on the website were actually available, unlike the competition. Upon delivery took it for a test drive before signing paperwork. Delivery driver took time to show all the controls as and then said take your time on the test drive.

The staff at AMS are amazing. Dan does beautiful work installing the lift option that you need. I did not think Id be able to find the vehicle configuration I needed for my 3 children in wheel chairs, after speaking with Allen at AMS, I hoped there was a solution. Even after not finding what I thought I wanted for my kids at AMS, Allen called to see if I needed help with anything every week, whether it be finding a van or another company...Allen never pushed AMS products. AMS Vans did an excellent job converting our van so that our wheelchair bound son can easily get in and out now. They took very good care of everything for us! The process took a little longer than expected, but the quality of the conversion was well worth the extra time. They picked the van up from us in Pennsylvania, transported it to their establishment, and then delivered it back to us. They kept us apprised of the vans progress through every stage of the process. They are wonderful people to deal with, very kind, very knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. We are so happy we went with them. You will be too!

Allen Siegel is an amazing mobility consultant! He ensured that I selected and purchased a vehicle that perfectly fit the needs of my family. I live out of state, so Allen did the leg work to ensure that my purchase experience was as easy as possible.
