Was already having one of my worst days in a long time, Id accidentally emergency locked myself out of my phone, they were unusually packed, standing room only, no one in a hurry to wrap their customers, people returning from break, rolling eyes, and hiding in the back, and when it was my turn, the guy was nonchalant, a little sarcastic, low-key faulted me for my own mishap & said in so many words it wasnt his problem, and I left unassisted, unsatisfied, and with the impression that they were more concerned with reducing the volume than at least trying. I had to go further north to another T-Mobile and the Chamblee Tucker squad was outstanding & I was on my way. Do better, LaVista. ππΏ

This location has the best customer service! My first time going into this location. We went to purchase me a new phone and was switched over from my old carrier of 25 yrs. I would not name my old carrier. My experience at this T-Mobile location was extremely easy. When the other carrier did not wanna release my wife phone. The store manager stepped in and showed out! His knowledge and experience was phenomenal! His customer service skills I canβt say this enough perfect! perfect! PERFECT! I canβt say anything negative about this location! I decided to switch from Sprint to T-Mobile (I know, I know) and Im so glad I went to this location. I cant remember getting more knowledgable, helpful, respectful customer service. I had to go back a couple of times to switch sim cards and a third to get a new phone. Every time I received excellent care. They even went above and beyond to make sure I got every possible discount and saved as much as possible on my monthly bill. I highly recommend talking to Henny and/or Ricardo (manager) - you wont regret it!
Had the best customer experience at this store today! Shaniqua was so incredibly kind in helping to get my mother out of her dying S7 and set up in a new phone she feels comfortable operating. She took the time to walk through what was important to my mother to find a phone that would do what she wanted without overloading her with confusing and unnecessary features. Then she patiently transferred all of the data, put on the new screen protector and helped set up the email. For someone who dreads change the way my mother does to walk out of the store talking about how much fun she had is a gift. Thanks for taking such good care of us!

Guy always said that they storeβs sprint system was down. I knew he was lying because Iβve seen people do the same stuff back when I used to work for the phone service. If you donβt know how to use the system ask instead of saying it doesnβt work because every store I called said he was lying about it being down.

Ricardo, the new manager as of a few months ago, efficiently performed the device transitions I needed this afternoon while keeping the store humming.
Since I signed up for T-Mobile back in 2012, this has been my go-to location for adding lines, phones, and troubleshooting. Just today my iPhone XR locked up and the staff here had it fixed in ten minutes flat. Totally saved my day. Theyβre really friendly, helpful and focused on solving your problem. They are the reason I havenβt strayed from T-Mobile.
Lets just say not good
I went in to T-Mobile and was greeted. Went in to switch my iPhone 8 to my new iPhone XR. What a smooth, painless wonderful experience. The gentleman Henry assisted me and he was AWESOME!!! He not only transferred all my information into my new phone, but answered all my questions and helped me save $$$$. This is what true customer service is all about. I added my old phone to my current account so my son can have a phone and his line. Importantly I am starting to fall in love with my new phone as he said I would. I came in today to upgrade my phone & was greeted by Shin who took care of me front start to finish. We went through all of the phones that were available for me to upgrade to as well as fees & offers that I was eligible for. Everything went as smoothly as possible & he did a great job at helping me set everything up so I didnβt walk out without all my pertinent information on the new device.
I stopped in yesterday to buy a Pixel 3a and despite them being very busy I was promptly helped by a friendly associate named Mike. I called before going to make sure they had one and very nice lady checked to make sure they had one. I was in and out in 15 minutes.Kudos to the great team at the Tucker store.

I had a wonderful experience last night at the Northlake T- Mobile. The manager ( I cannot remember her name) was INCREDIBLE!!!! She was so helpful, patient, nice and knowledgeable! I also worked with Miluska who was also so great to work with. I am so, so, so happy I switched to T-Mobile from Verizon. Better customer service and better prices. It is a WIN-WIN! You ladies rock! Service was great! It was pretty busy, but it was a Friday before a three day weekend. Ally was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I got in and out of there very quickly.
Stopped by T-Mobile today and it was the greatest experience ever. I went in for new service and the intent to get the iPhone 11 pro or max. Henny assisted me. MAN!!!!!!! can you say the BEST SALES REP. EVER!!!!!! The time spent here with Henny and his team was just like being with family. He recommend me to go with the iPhone 11 keeping me within my budget and giving me great reasons why it would be great fit for me. T-Mobile its the DMV of phone companies they should rename themselves to T-Immobile long waiting time a very quiet atmosphere little to no eye contact the staff definitely seem like they dont want to work there! Like its their second or third job+ Its next to a abandoned game store they boarded it up! And now it just sits there vacant
Only giving them a star to write the review... I was there for 20 minutes and was talked about but not talked to... The staff talked negative about each other and while there were customers waiting one of the employees decided to walk out and go to lunch... If this is the level of customer service that Tmobile thinks is acceptable maybe I have the wrong service...

Just a brief note...it is after Christmas and it was a slow time but there were only two on staff during my visit to pay my bill. I waited about seven minutes to be helped. Yes, longer than I would have liked but not too bad. Staff is knowlegable and I have been patronizing this location since they opened several years ago.
I had an awesome customer service experience. I went in to get my son a phone because he lost the old one. My sales representative was efficient, courteous, and went above and beyond. He made a call to Customer Service on my behalf to have some adjustments made on my account for some invalid charges. He was professional the entire time. I asked them about oneplus 6t a couple of days before its in the store and they didnt even know what oneplus is. Lol Never going back to this store. Very uninformed. And a few days ago, I went there again and asked them about the Galaxy S10 deal that would come with the galaxy bud which Im going to pre-order and the employee there kept saying I dont know, I have no idea about that deal. smh. Extremely disappointed at this store. Then I went to the store on Memorial drive and everything was solved. Dont go to this store if youre into techs and follow the tech news.

Customer service reps lie to customers about product availability in other stores, as well as insurance on the iPhones.They are willing lie to you just for commission. Told me that the iPhone in red was not available in a a larger sized memory at any other T-Mobile store. Was in a pinch for time, bought the 64gb iPhone then. Called the store down the street on my way home and was told what I wanted was in stock.
The store manager and the young guy Ty helped me and was amazing but props to these people they know how to treat customers

Besides the wait, the assistants were professional and kind. The phone that I had chosen as a replacement was not in stock at either stores. The person assisting myself suggested I call local stores for availability of the phone before making the trips.
I recently switched from Verizon. Service is def not as good. But its saving me some money. I really dont think they train their people cause Ive had to talk to about 20 people to resolve my issue.

The site stated closing on Friday at 9 pm. Arrived at the store at 8:02 pm to find the store has closed and the staffs refused to assist with simple SIM card swap, just sad service.
