Was with them for two years. Gave me the wrong medication, overcharged me, and had me come back and forth when they promised my medication would be ready but it wasnt. When I transferred over they played games yet again, took their sweet time and oly gave me some of my medicine at a time....corporate was useless, told me they illegally canceled all my meds.
Never. Go. Here.I usually wouldnt care enough to write a google review but this is, by far, the WORST pharmacy I have ever visited in my entire life. If I could give it 0 stars I would.I arrived at the drive through at around 7:35, well before the pharmacy closed. There were only 2 cars in front of me, both who seemed to just be picking up prescriptions. It took them until AFTER the 8 PM closing time just to get to the car in front of me. However, as they seemed to serve the car ahead of me at around 8:05, I didnt mind the wait as long as I get my medication. By the time it was my turn it was about 8:15-8:20 and they had the nerve to say that the pharmacy was closed after waiting for damn near an hour to get my pills.This is on top of the fact that my doctor sent in the script to them, which they took their good ole time filling without any sort of notification on my end. I am now on day two without my SSRI medication and am currently experience terrible withdrawal symptoms because of their incompetence. Go to any other pharmacy. Hell, go to a different CVS. Just DONT GO HERE.
Ive never had a good experience with the store, with the pharmacy, or with the pharmacy drive-thru. Scheduled a covid test online and waited in line for 30 minutes before just leaving (you cant go inside for the test) - the same car had been at the window the entire time (with the window up) and the line wrapped around the building.
I have never experienced such terrible customer service at a pharmacy in my life. Due to an error CVS caused with my prescription, my doctor is unable to write a refill because the error made it look like I already picked up the prescription I needed. I have had to call 5 times (so far!) to get the issue corrected, playing middleman between my Doctor and the pharmacist.My most recent phone call to CVS involved me getting verbally accosted on the phone by one of the pharmacists. She literally yelled over me as I tried to explain the situation, not letting me say a single word, only to end in her hanging up on me. CVS, you should be ashamed to be employing people with such blatant disregard to patients and even the most basic customer service.Due to the error that CVS caused, and STILL has not corrected (has been on-going for nearly 3 weeks), I am STILL without the medication I need. So if you like battling with pharmacists over mistakes THEY made, and want to pay extremely high costs, then this is the pharmacy for you.PS - CVS is one of, if not THE most expensive pharmacies you can use. They tried to charge me over $400 (with insurance!!) for one of my prescriptions that costs $32 without insurance at Kroger.
The pharmacist is less than helpful. This is the second time a particular pharmacist told me my doctor did not call in my prescription. These were different doctors and different occasions. Miraculously the next day, with a different pharmacist, the prescription was there. The rest of the store personnel are very helpful but the pharmacy is the worst!Update: When the pharmacist called down ...., she was overwhelmed as two of her staff had called out, she was helpful. I also waited and she saw I wasn’t going to leave. She looked for my prescriptions another way and found them and apologized. We are all feeling overwhelmed in these crazy times... we just have to take a breath and refocus. I appreciate her help in finding my prescriptions.
Pharmacist will be extremely rude, will ask for your personal information very loudly and want you to respond to her yelling your PERSONAL BUSINESS. Gladly I only needed to get my medicine for allergies because if it was something else everyone in the store would have known. It’s embarrassing and I was shocked how loud she was. Also the pharmacist register was down, and I waited over 3 hours when she told me it was only a 2 hr wait. WILL NEVER-COME BACK EVER.
Customer service huh. Chamblee Tucker rd ga employees don’t even know what the word means. I was on hold 30 mins & then they hung up on me. Loosing my business.

These people are the worst. I order on-line with my prescriptions all set up to be delivered by mail. I have to call almost every time to tell them to mail the renewed prescription after it sits at the pharmacy for a few days. The last time I called the woman didnt like the tone of my voice and did not mail my prescription, but she called me back to tell me she didnt like me. SO SHE WITHHELD MY MEDICATION BECAUSE SHE DIDNT LIKE ME!When I was in college I worked in drug stores and I know how they operate. This is the most unprofessional drug store I have ever seen. The service here is always terrible. They hire help that is not interested in serving the customer, they are there to collect a paycheck. Im transferring my prescriptions to another supplier that is so much more professional that it makes these people look like little children playing doctor.

Pharmacy Techician was too lazy to run my prescription benefits, told me the price was what it was and if I wanted it corrected to look up the benefits myself and call it in and pick it up the next morning. I left without my treatment because she just didnt want to do her job.
Longest wait time ever at the pharmacy…I don’t know if they are understaffed or what the issue is, but it’s normal to wait 20+ mins in line to drop off or pick up a prescription.
I sat in the drive thru line waiting for my prescription for over 30 minutes...currently still waiting. Horrible experience and it is always like this, but never this bad. I won’t be coming back to this one.
Update: I received an apology from the manager of the pharmacy. He didnt leave a note. I had to go up there, but I understand the problems they can have with staffing in these trying times. Thank you for your understanding. To that employee, I hope you learn to treat people with respect no matter what they look like. To love people even if they hate. For your hate truly only hurts you.I hate to give a one because the store employees have been great, but I was deeply offended by the pharm tech today. I will not use this pharmacy ever again. I go in cause my PARTNER has a cold and sinus infection. He feels horrible. I ask for Sudafed 4-Hour the largest you have. He is to busy looking at my John Deere hat and Fed Ex Ground shirt. He looks at me like he smells poo and says NAME?, very rudely. I repeat myself and he looks at me like Im a criminal. He didnt treat the nice lady in line behind me like that. He was nice to her. Maam can I get your name?There is enough drama in the world, I dont need anymore drama queens in my life, we have enough. I remember when there was customer service, what happened to that? Also, I called and he wont give me a manager, lies about his actions, and acts like he will give my name and number to his manager. I wont hold my breath. Ill go after his shift to complain. I have 2 doctorates with 2 minors. Dont judge a book by its cover.

I avoid going to this CVS even though I live very nearby. I use the CVS near my workplace instead. Each time I visit the Tucker CVS pharmacy, I leave upset. There is always a new display of incompetence that leaves me shocked and angry. I’ll continue to do my best to go elsewhere for meds.

Pharmacists do NOT care. Wife has ulcerative colitis. It requires a pill as you might image. 25 years my wife and I have bought our prescriptions from this cruddy staff in the pharmacy. Hang on now. This is going to be gruesome. There is a name brand and a generic. We only buy Rx at this CVS for 25 years now. They know us by name and by face. The prescription has been out since January 9 and this is August 17 now. The insurance company told this staff who doesnt care and does not try that my wife could not reorder the pill until October 9 when this staff knows absolutely the last prescription was filled January 9. When I told them that they go oh I see that now. Let me call insurance company. Now they say wife is eligible to order pill she clearly needs and has been taking daily from this drug store for 25 years. Dont care. That was 3 days ago. Drug store states they have none of the pill. I say since name brand is more money can you give wife 3 of the generic and we give you 3 of the name brand when it comes in if this drug store EVER ORDERS it for patient customer of 25 years taking it every day for 25 years from this drug store. Aetna bought this CVS out. It is scheduled for a short future I can assure you with this kind service. So after 3 days wife gets off work and I say lets go there and see them face to face on this. No we can sell you 3 pills you need for Rx we have in house but we can not give you that Rx to go elsewhere and get it. We can xfer it to another CVS. So I say yes do that. She says mgr will deliver to your home. I am not invalid. I just need this CT Rd store to do its job. You have had the Rx 3 days and cant be bothered. Same Rx always. The phone rings off the hook. The prices are crazy high. The staff are all from some other store. They make you wait at counter if someone drives up and helps them. If someone gets out of line and goes shopping they want to give him his drugs rather than help person in front of them. Awful staff of fools who think they can hand me drugs on my credit card for $ 410 when all I have to do is say no not that drug oh ok that will be $5 then Richard. So she xfers the Rx and guess what ? She xfers the generic not name brand. She had generic and refused to hand wife 3 of them. But xfers Rx to another CVS for generic. Stupid. Rude. Lack of customer service. Still have no drug 3 days later and have the audacity to tell me that you care. Bull hockey you care. This store has 2-star ranking. Now why would that be ? Answer your phone. Admit when you have made error. Give customer free pill or 2 if you have made mistake and let them pay you back with more expensive name brand. Wake up. Frankly I have no idea how you average 2-star ranking. It would seem to me we all vote 1-star. Right ? And your store hours are silly. Why have store open and pharmacy which is all anyone wants is closed ? Cant get your Rx. Fault of this staff. I also do not like the guy up-front. He is aggravating. Store mgr. See us come in ? Ive been using this location for 4 years. The pharmacy staff here has always been very helpful and friendly! They suggested possible copay discounts and we were able to save about $600 every quarter. They went out of their way to find Tamiflu for me. They worked with both doctors and insurance to clear up discrepancies. Theyre a part of my healthcare team.The front-end team is equally as helpful.
Absolutely terrible pharmacy. i rushed straight there after work and got there at 5:58, when they close at 6. i rang the service bell mutiple times at the drive through and saw a pharmacist inside walking around, closing things up. he looked at me and still did nothing. and now i cant get my birth control. lazy and rude staff. switching to a different location ASAP

They told me my prescription of atenolol was supposed to be 1 a day and not twice a day like my doc prescribed and wouldnt give it to me till they get in touch with my doctor. Only for someone to call later and said i told them my doctor made a mistake and that they werent the ones that said that. It was a new medication. How could i have known the dosage? They are the pharmacists here right?
The worst staff. i work in a doctors office, and we would never treat a late comer the way they do (and we enforce actual appointment times, unlike CVS pharm). BUT i wasnt even late, i just showed up right before they close. they saw me and refused service. so now i cant get my meds, and i work in marietta for the rest of the week. what if i had some kind of condition where it was imperative that i got my medication? CVS, a company i respect, should be concerned and ashamed to have such horrible pharmacy staff at one of their locations.

Im so utterly sick of this company. Its actually Caremark/CVS. Ive repeatedly called the pharmacist, Customer Service and written them about their policies which were changed in 2018. Nowadays they have tightened their refill dates to the point of having only a few days of meds, & then they have to order or call the doctor to to renew them. So Im without my meds for a few days to as much as a week.I gave them one star because the bathroom is clean.
Zero stars if I could. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and burned again. Dr called in an Rx I goto the Drive-Thru and they have not pulled the tx yet. 10min she says. I ask so no problems ? No 10 minuets, 30min later they tell me it is not in stock. Really you could not check first. Just stay away from this CVS.Pharmacy calls to tell me price is high on RX and asks f I want it filled amd quotes me the wrong price. (Less) suggests I switch to Generic when RX is Brand Necessary with an over ride from CVS Caremark. me: yes fill it my co-pay has not kicked in yet CVS RX OK, but then does not fill the RX. So then we must make a second trip. Just do your job it is not that complicated in this case. Put the prescribed number of pills in bottle, take our $.
The worst CVS in GA. They never have any things, will forget to order your meds, will give you attitude when you call to conplain, and the area manager is no help whatsoever. This store needs to close and close forever
