This is the absolute worst company ever. Do not at all costs ever order from them. The price may be right but the execution is abysmal. I am months behind in a construction project. Nothing has been delivered correctly and if delivered as promised such as windows they show up with the frame and nothing else. They over promise and completely under deliver. Go to Home Depot heck go to Builders Surplus but do not even think about going here. I can not advise enough. Does not even deserve one star. They should be out of business.

For the customers that have bad experiences with this company just want to say that it use to not be like that. My grandfather Robert Earl Wilson sold the business in the 80’s. it’s going downhill from the new owners.

Seems like pattern with this company. The first guy I talked with seemed professional; took all my info and said they will provide a quote to my email address for a Anderson Series 400 Patio French door. It has been 4 days since I asked for a quote and three phone messages asking when they will provide a quote. No response to my phone messages and I have not received a quote. Even if they provide one at this point I am not sure they will follow through and order the door.

Ordered windows several times last 2experiences were horrible and terribly unprofessional ordered windows had sales rep come to make sure right ones were ordered since they were older and a little unique well that was a mistake windows came in totally wrongCustomer had to wait 21 extra days salesman measured them to make sure we wouldnt have this problem last time was the straw that broke the camels back ordered casement window cost was 700 bucks which was fine if not for the window looking like it was a previous reject from someone else,caulking on it was worst ever seen and bottom of the window look like it had been dragged who knows how far as each corner didnt match, one of the corners was thinner by at least an 1/8 of an inch from the dragging to make things worse when I returned it salesman tried blaming me just absolutely ridiculous with such and embarrassment for my customer to wait 3 1/2 weeks for that window to come in and look like that. Ended up putting old window back in customer was totally disgusted the way that thing looked coming off the truck . Have not been back there since wont ever go back too bad when it was Stock used to be much better.

Guys, just go shopping next door!!! I have been in business for many years. Puts me in wrong position with my clients couple times already. I am done here.Also been waiting since beginning of the year for credit. They messed up order and still waiting for money back.I guess google reviews are very accurate in regards to BMC Tucker.

Salesman seems genuine. But cant seem to figure out how to give them money. A check I gave was denied. Turns out company they use to guarantee checks just wanted my bank to talk to them. Silly. Still have not picked up returns. Bad communication all around. Getting bought doesnt seem to have been a positive thing here.Update 3/9/2019. Not a quality services company. Had to keep calling them out to fix what they installed. Any cost savings was eaten up in management oversight on our part. Never try to buy custom doors either. Good for sticks and nails. Not so sure about the rest.

Agree with other posts -- this company CAN NOT GET THINGS RIGHT! Wrong windows delivered, and now cant get anyone to return my phone call. Id give them zero stars if possible.

Horrible Horrible customer service. We buy hundreds of dollar lumber and they ship out vrat, not usable. When we call to get refund on those pieces, they say cant be returned. Quality poor, service poor, just spend some more and het from Home depot or Lowes

George Smith is the worst sales rep and his boss is no better...We have been calling about our windows for weeks and NO one calls back. Neither one of the answers the phone or returns calls. You would think they were paying for the windows and not the other way around. We will never use them again.

Buy the lumber that you cant find at Home Depot. Also, they that a person on staff who can design the LVLs that I had to install in place for a load bearing wall I took down.

I worked for this company worst place to work they show favoritism to the people that kiss their butts you dont get raises and you dont get what you deserve two thumbs down 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽
