I wish that the store was bigger and had more fabric and notion selections. Im also happy that there is a fabric store within a reasonable driving distance for me. The staff is always busy, but friendly and helpful.
Great staff. Good stock. If I had to say one thing though, they need more staff and organization in teamwork. I was moved from line to register in two different places and they kept switching cashiers on the registers. I was confused as to the line for checking out and the line for the cutting table. I had to mention this after being in the store twice in one week and experiencing the same exact thing on both occasions. I will come back with higher hopes.
Love the location. However, they really lack good apparel fabric. If youre making a prom dress or a bathing suit, youre all set, but if you want to make cute work clothes for yourself like I do, you will find very little. Theres almost no stretch cotton or ponte knit. I ended up making a dress from upholstery fabric at one point because I couldnt find anything else worthwhile. In addition, once you do make a selection, finding someone to cut fabric or run the register is almost impossible. They are putting a Joanns fabric store near the old Hancock location. To me, it is totally worth the drive to go to a better fabric store. What a disappointment!
Would be better if they actually kept their merchandise in stock. Went in today to buy a pattern and a zipper, and both were out of stock. Not the first time this has happened.
I always love it there. As usual, they had what I needed.
Hate they had to change locations, but the new location is nice. Feels kinda cramped, but there is always a sale so Im happy
They have friendly and knowledgeable staff
This store is a perpetual wreck.
