This is a wonderful gem in the heart of Decatur. This store is filled with African imports such as bags, wraps, shoes, jewelry and traditional garments. The prices are great! You should definitely visit. Ps. There parking is around the back of the store, dont park in the CVS parking lot. They will tow you.

Enjoyed my shopping experience. This store has variety of African fabric prints, clothing, jewelry, and lots, lots more. We received wonderful service. Our questions was answered was smile. The store was clean and well organized even though it was under construction.

I was really looking forward to seeing their products in person, however, when I arrived at the new location the lights were on, but door was locked, no signage, but I could see clothes through the window. This apparently is no longer a store front and is solely an online we shop, even though when you Google it, it is still listed as a store. The phone number is out of service and my customer service question was never answered. Now Im hesitant about whether or not I want to even purchase anything from them.

Used this fabric to decorate the towels for my new house

Ordered five mud cloth fabric pieces recently. They were on sale. The quality is poor because the weave is too loose and reminds me of loose weave burlap except the mud cloth is soft. If I paid full price, I’d return all five. Now, I have to apply interfacing to make the mud cloth stable for any use. Tess, you have to do better.

Love this place! Beautiful leather purses and bags! Staff is friendly and seems knowledgeable about the products they sell. They sell mostly wax cotton prints at a reasonable price, African attire, and leather bags all at a reasonable price. Highly recommend.

No one, and I mean no one, has ever provided the level of customer service that Tess World Designs has provided. Terrance called me directly to explain that one of my selections was not available. He took the time to discuss what I was looking for and sent me multiple pictures of alternate fabrics to replace my initial selection. I called to see if they do any custom clothing. They informed that they do not. I asked if they could recommend someone and they said they dont have anyone that they are working with. I find it hard to believe a boutique fabric store has no recommendations for tailors/seamstresses. I guess they are not willing to help other businesses if they are not getting a cut smh

Just wish the hours were different. The weekend hours are not convenient for those who work and have visitors on weekends. I would love to bring my sister. I know I can see and order online, but we want the experience of going to the shop.

Their delivery process is one that needs much improvement. Ive order from them twice and had to call to find out where my package was 14 days later. I placed an order on March 11th and I still dont have my items. I needed them for today and now i am highly upset. I call this place and I get an answer machine even during open business hours and to add to that the mail box is FULL!!!! This is ridiculous! I literally just called and no one answered and its within open business hours. I will never refer this business. This has been a terrible experience!

Teesworlddesigns is the one number place for African cloth and accessories, may God continue to be a blessing upon her and her business.

Came to this place based on reviews and they were closed during business hours. Theyre supposed to be moving to a new location, according to the sign on their door, but who knows when. Dont go to this store until address is updated. I came here in the rain, with a child and its not as though parking is convenient.

The customer service was terrible and their policies on measuring fabric is a joke. They dont properly measure fabric. They just cut the Ankara fabric on a seam and sell it at full cost.
